Convenient and easy to drop off packages if you have them per-labeled. They also have all the things you need to send a package if you don't have boxes, etc. They can send it for you if you don't have a UPS account. Very friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that if you take in a package that you have insured for a high dollar amount they make you unpack it and repack it in front of them so they can guantee that it is packaged properly. read more

We are in this location from time to time, as it's on the way to many of our other errands and kids' practice locations. *Most* of the time, the folks here are nice enough, and work pretty quickly. However, there have been a couple instances of walking in with no one around - no workers, no other customers, and kind of wondering what to do next...besides wait around for someone to check for customers. ...which, they do, within a couple of minutes. Maybe a sign that reads, "BE RIGHT BACK" ...or something, would be helpful? Like our other frequently-visited location, the professionalism is lacking here at times. I've had a couple instances of unprofessional interactions with the employees where they were less than helpful with shipping options, or whether or not they would allow USPS drop off. Also, they don't consistently wear any sort of "uniform" or other company shirts or name tags, so you're left wondering who's who, which can be disconcerting when you're dropping off valuable shipping. read more

The Sante Fe/Murlen location has horrible customer service. The female clerks are rude and unfriendly. I've gone there several times because the location is convenient despite the sour attitudes, but after today I will only be using the friendly and helpful location at 119/Quivira. Today I walked in and was heading towards the counter, when the clerk who was waiting on someone yelled, "We're closed!" in a hateful voice and made a shooing motion towards the door. There were at least two customers plus a UPS driver in the store and the door wasn't locked. The driver felt bad for me and was embarrassed by her behavior. read more

I have used this store for years and always great service, recently the people who have worked here for years are no longer there, looks like it's under new management. Today will be the last day I go to this store. I purchased a book of forever stamps which originally rang up as $15.50. I paid, got to my car and looked at the receipt. They charged me $20. I went back in the store and asked where the $4.50 was being charged, she said that's what we charge. I pulled up the actual charge of stamps with shipping which totaled $16.84 (stamps are $0.69). I had a Nespresso package delivered to this store and was charged a $20 "miscellaneous non-taxable fee" for pickup with very little explanation. I attempted to show my receipt from Nespresso and explained how I was able to choose the storefront as a free delivery choice, but it fell on deaf ears. I contacted Nespresso and was told by their representatives that I should not have been charged for pickup. I also contacted UPS and was told that, at most, I should have been charged $7 for pickup and could not explain why I was charged as much as I was. I have had previous Nespresso deliveries to this particular store and have had zero issues before. 10/10 do not recommend utilizing this particular store's services if this is how they conduct business. read more

Easy for them to publicly disavow consumer feedback--even though a phone number is attached to a UPS account, it's never used to solicit a customer's involvement. One wonders: why include this data field if it's not to be used locally? Even though I've asked for call backs from this site's management, time is spent here in a public debate, and not in resolution or even empathy--and zero apology offered for taking unapproved unilateral action an entire business day after receiving my package. I have used this ups store for a very long time. If I could rate it a 10 I would. There are 2 guys Stephan and Dan that work there they are so efficient they go out of there way to help you everytime I am in there. Whether it's having a label printed or taping a box or just sending a package they give 100%. Last week we had a horrible storm all the electricity was down. I pulled up there Stephan was standing outside to let everyone know they had no electricity. I never Evan had to get out of my car. That's called customer service. I went to a few other places not 1 single place had anyone standing outside. I wanted to recognize these 2 guys and say thank you. You guys are outstanding employees. I ran to the store May 6th to get a tracking number for my package. I always wear a mask and of course the only time I forget I ran into this store. I entered and told the employee what I needed and he took my package. He then looked at me and said "Mask?!" I reached up to my face and said "oh my gosh, I'm so sorry I completely forgot do you have one?" He made a face at me and said "No!" I lifted my sweater up and said sorry. I stepped back and dropped my sweater and he said no lift it back up, you need to be wearing a mask! I told him I always do and just forgot. They really should have disposable masks available in case customers don't have one or forget, we are human and people make mistakes. I understand it was my fault for not wearing one but it was honestly an oversite, he was very rude and almost aggressive in his manor. I told him I didn't come in for a lecture just the tracking number. It was very embarrassing and left the store feeling really upset. Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. Very aggressive intimidating man (something tells me he enjoys this kind of behavior due to other reviews) I work in a business that requires our customers and employee to wear masks, there is always a polite way to ask/enforce. I've done business with this particular UPS store off and on for over 15 years. Employees come and go, but generally I have been very happy with the service and attention. My most recent transactions there have been particularly positive primarily due to the speed and efficiency of the staff. Lost my business over 9 cents. Easy At&t return was a debacle. A new model number on the equipment caused me to have to call At&t customer service and have a smart label sent, problem was there was no box. I told the clerk I left my wallet at home and so I ended up going through their trash looking for a mailer or box. I finally went over to great clips next door where they gladly gave me an empty box. I forwarded the e-mail to the clerk Sean and he wanted to charge me 9 cents to print the label off from the e-mail he told me to forward to him. He knew I didn't have my wallet....arg. read more
