I need printed materials fairly often, and since I don't have an office here in KC, that means a lot of outsourcing to local printers. Ive used AlphaGraphics a few times now, and everything's been A-OK! My jobs have been completed on time, looked good and were at a reasonable price. I don't really know what more you could ask for or expect! One thing I particularly appreciate is that a couple of times they've let me pay over the phone with my credit card, allowing me to send my intern or another helper to pick up materials for me. On a busy day, it's great to get something like that off of your plate. The people have always been friendly, and while nothing I've ever sent in has been overly complicated, things are done when and as they said they would be be. Unprofessional company. I don't understand how its a 5 star company but it took them from May to the end of July to let me know they couldnt make my labels. I was told multiple times my label would be done this week or that week and that turned into months! They even had the nerve to let their designer, why they only have 1 is beyond me, go on vacation in the middle of my project and the day he got back told me I would have to pay for the time it took to design! what??? i already paid the labels in full and I was overcharged in the first place! what they didnt know is I'm a graphic designer WITH A DEGREE in my field. I might be naive to label printing BUT not designing. I designed my own label so WHAT design time? when I asked, they said the designer had to go along the lines of everything in white...OK?! THAT'S HIS JOB. If creating outlines took 3 months, why is he there?? Where is the 5 star service? they have to be friends with whoever's writing their reviews! I had N O issues with them until I started to hold them accountable on how long it was taking. Seirra told me "oh did you need them at a certain time?" after 2 months! I guess Amanda took over because she had no clue what to do and dropped the ball as well. After me holding them accountable EVERY single time I called they were "in a production meeting" no matter what time I called. when I pointed this out, Amanda said they have them everyday. well maybe thats the problem! this is why it takes yall a WEEK to change a color, counterproductive! Everytime I came in they were doing absolutely NOTHING. They stopped responding to my emails, told me they would call me back and DIDN'T EVEN THOUGH THEY NOTED IN THE FILE THEY DID, just to tell me after MONTHSSSSSS that I must pay more money and if Im unhappy they can give me the money back when I return the illegible labels they sent me last week! were yall blind when yall sent them?! Why as a professional company would you send out labels you can clearly see are illegible? I will GLADLY bring them back. And the only reason why they FINALLY offered a refund after I've been telling them for the last 2 weeks if they couldn't finish them by this certain time I need a refund is because Amanda typed up a new invoice and sent it to me as complete. I emailed her back my original invoice and said "compared to the new invoice, I should be credited money back because my original invoice is 3 colors while the new one is 2." And Amanda said the number of colors dont matter. Did y'all THINK I didn't keep my receipt/invoice?? I proved my invoice price CHANGED after I added a 3rd color so if the color doesn't matter, why did the price go up" and thats when Amanda said I would have to pay more money since I changed the font SHE TOLD ME TO CHANGE last Friday! And thats when I was OFFERED a refund. All this BS just to not receive my labels anyway. I believe Y'ALL ARE RACIST. BBB will hear about this! read more

Some of the nicest people in the print and promotional product industry. I would stop in here about once every two weeks. Each person who helped me was always courteous and detail oriented. I never had to worry about a thing. Through my previous work, there were somethings that we couldn't do as screen printers, so we referred customers to Alpha Graphics because we knew they are great people to deal with. Friendly service, great location in the middle of KC (Crossroads), private parking lot, attention to detail, and quick turnaround time. We've used AlphaGraphics for a couple of years now and all of our projects have turned out great. Their customer service really sets them apart from any of the other companies we've used in the past. Scott has always taken care of our projects from start to finish and his professionalism and attention to detail have always impressed me. The location has one drawback - lack of close-by parking. But once again, Scott has solved this problem for me. I give him a call when I get to the door and he brings my order right to the car, something I really appreciate, especially when the temps are in the single digits!
