I go to this location OFTEN for work. This is the closest location to my studio. So I can attest that they are CONSTANTLY messing up. I get it, they dont get paid well, its corporate. Okay cool if you mess up, fine i understand we are humans. This last time, I ordered all my paperworks for a work training & had to go out of town that night. I realized once I'm there I'm missing half of a document (40 pages total) after spending $100+ for people to always be messing up your order. My fault for not checking immediately but i had up to 300 pages worth of documents so yeah idk if theres 40 pages missing from a manual that I've never even seen myself. But must your employees make it so DIFFICULT for me to get what I need FROM THEIR MISTAKES? Im already wasting my time from them messing up but this manager told me i had to bring the physical copy even though thats not what she said on the phone. I honestly HATE it here. Please somebody local make a paper company to replace this dumpster of a location called fedex in WESTPORT.

It only has one option and that's to start scanning completely over. On top of that, I was about to go over the pre authorized amount to my card and that stopped the job. Not a very efficient process or machine at all.

I saved about $30 bucks on just boxes I assumed I needed. With the check in offer : 10% off with Yelp check in my total was $170 saving almost $20 bucks with check in. Soo grateful for that. Sure, me knowing what's up makes it easier for his staff; but this is definitely not the same at every store. Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store. It's so small, but their process just clears people out quick and happy. The GM is always there just cranking out business and helping folks out. Please have him train other locations.

Michelle and Angie worked with us every step of the way to stay well within our budget and were happy to make proofing changes multiple times before printing to ensure satisfaction. I walked in and asked if they could print a pdf of a the front of the local newspaper's sports section when Sporting Kansas City won the MLS Cup. They said yes and they did me solid.
