Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store. It's so small, but their process just clears people out quick and happy. The GM is always there just cranking out business and helping folks out. Please have him train other locations.

I'm not sure how that works when it popped on on the local UPS store location. I asked for him to call the manager because it didn't make sense and he said he was the manager. I'm not sure if there's new management since the update. He did end up recognizing the 10% coupon but I did not appreciate his service. But I had never been a client before, so I was not sure what it was like working with her, and I also knew that letterpress invites can be pricey. Turns out, the whole deal was extremely easy, professional and affordable, too! We came in with a very plain and simple design in mind. And also a pretty tight budget. Michelle and Angie worked with us every step of the way to stay well within our budget and were happy to make proofing changes multiple times before printing to ensure satisfaction. In the end, they delivered a finished product that was even better -- more classy, more gorgeous -- than we envisioned. They turned everything around in a timely manner, and even though the invites are simple compared to some of Two Tone's other work, they are quite possibly the best wedding invitations on earth. I walked in and asked if they could print a pdf of a the front of the local newspaper's sports section when Sporting Kansas City won the MLS Cup. They said yes and they did me solid.
