We brought our own design and our own shirts. We needed them to print on the shirts front/back and they delivered!(not literally). When we dropped off our shirts, Ana called and let us know we were missing 1 more and gave us the size that was missing out of the order and was able to get all of them rushed and printed within 2 days. Of course there was a rush fee but nothing crazy. The total for all our shirts, outside product fee aaand the rush fee was all affordable and reasonable. We were able to get our order early before our trip. Compared to all the custom printing shops, their prices plus their customer service that we contacted and visited, TW Custom Branding is hands down the best! We were greeted sincerely with a warm welcome every time. This was a great experience in a sensitive matter and timing. TW Custom Branding came through for us and they can for you and your orders too! If you are looking for quality, great customer service and promptness. LOOK NO FURTHER, You've found it.

I've been using Waldo T-shirts for all of my business apparel the last five or six years and he was…read moregreat in the beginning. I've always used my own shirts as I like a specific style and fit. I bought some coveralls to have my logo put on and, he said he could do it. I dropped off the coveralls and paid in full what he had requested which was around $855. Aside from the coveralls I also had some more T-shirts made as well. After washing them only once, the logos were starting to peel. I had reached out to Chris (owner) and voiced my concerns about the situation. His response was."Oh no,How?" He asked for pictures which I provided. He wanted to know how they were washed and cared for. I wash all of my things according to how the manufacturer specifies. He said if I had provided receipts, he would offer a refund. Needless to say, I never saw a red cent. Super nice guy in the beginning but didn't back his workmanship. I will never use this business again.

He even customized a few of our shirts to make them specific to a couple people in our group which was something that was really important to me. They got them done exactly when they said they would. They were able to get the shirts ordered and printed before my event even with short notice. I had requested a quote two weeks ago, but I didn't actually receive the artwork and make it into the shop until Monday to talk specifics. Tuesday morning, they had a mock up for me to look at to make sure I was happy with how my design looked printed on the shirt. I gave them the go ahead to order the t-shirts I wanted. We emailed back and forth to nail down the exact details of my design, and I had my 70 shirts in my hands by Friday evening. I'm so happy with how they turned out. The price was awesome, and I'm just thrilled with my entire experience with Sonshine! Use them for your next order. You'll be happy you did!

On the negative side, I have found that the art department is subpar for custom team gear compared to other companies I have worked with that offer custom gear such as Rudis, Barbarian, and Takedown. Many of the mockups I have received are pretty awful looking. I'm not a graphic artist so I expect the uniform company to provide visually appealing presentations. The revision process is also cumbersome and slow. Often suggestions or requests are completely ignored. I've given up on ordering several uniforms from them because the process became so dragged out.
