New ownership has not helped the customer service at this store. They are sticklers for the RULES and are inflexible. They claim their franchise agreement dictates how customers must pack Amazon returns being dropped off, yet Amazon tells me it doesn't really matter. The previous ownership and management would make exceptions when it made sense and when customer service dictated. Instead, UPS is coming to my house for free to pick it up and the driver won't care at all. Once Amazon starts offering shipping services and they compete head to head with UPS, I think these UPS stores will lose a lot of their foot traffic. read more

Best advice is go to a different Ups store. Very rude to their customers and they try to scam you with up charges when they aren't necessary. Third time this has happened I take a return package to them that shipped to me via ups. No box damage or anything and they refuse it unless I pay the upcharge for a new box which is outrageously priced. I asked the lady why because that's exactly how he came to me and she got very rude. I walked out and went to the Lee's Summit store and they took it without any question or issue. I don't know if they changed ownership or what, but this store didn't used to be like this. I will not be returning to this store ever. read more

Very rude employees in the store. They are no help at all when it comes to mailing anything. Walked in one day to two employees yelling at each other while there were customers waiting in line. Very unprofessional employees. Go to any other location trust me it's worth it. read more

The Blue Springs store has always been so helping and go above and beyond for me! Friday I needed to get something to my son working in Louisiana due to Hurricane. Laura helped me this day and I can't thank her enough! Very grateful! Thank you Laura and to all the employees there! read more

They do not offer notary because of "new ownership" but the website says they do. The staff was rude to point it out

These people always go out of their way for me I have been in there at least 30 times and never had a bad experience. They are fast helpful professional and caring half the time I'm there somebody comes in and they greet them by their name. I was really impressed when around Christmas time they set up a whole side station to expedite returns to Amazon which happened to be exactly what I needed that visit. read more

This place has gone downhill under new ownership. Workers were not helpful or friendly.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The store managers/owners, Jen and her husband are beyond great. They really go out of their way for their customers. I not only use UPS for all of my printing/mailing needs, but I also have a mailbox there as well. From day one they have been nothing but wonderful to me. The entire staff is great and you may get lucky and see their cute little office mascots running around too! :) Thank you for being so kind! I highly recommend this UPS store. read more

My brother mailed me a package from this location it weighed around 2lbs with what the label said. He had put a shirt and a 2 hand sanitizers bottles in the package . Well when I got the package it only had the shirt and was taped up. Which my brother said he never put tape on the package. Plus the shirt was super light , their is absolutely no way it weighed 2lbs I'm just really disappointed that UPS goes so low and steals peoples things out of their packages. And gets away with it ! I DON'T RECCOMEND UPS AT ALL ! Me and my family won't ever use them again ! If I could it would be zero stars ! read more

I use this store mainly for Amazon returns. The staff is always very friendly and has you in and out in no time. Today, I was having a hard time getting my return code to come up on my cell phone. The gentleman who helped me couldn't have been nicer or more patient. He tried to help me with my phone and then let me use their computer to pull up my Amazon account to retrieve the return code. I always have my Amazon account credited for the return within a couple hours of using this location. So nice to receive this level of service while most companies are still blaming Covid for their shortcomings! Thank you for caring about customer service- don't see a lot of that nowadays. read more

Just moved to the area and have had to use services here a few times. Everyone is always amazing to work with..always pleasant, helpful and efficient. The staff do what they can to help you with what you need, and they can joke around and be friendly while doing it. In a day where customer service isn't what it use to be, the service here is always appreciated! read more

I had the worst experience ever at this location. Got helped by the person named Jeanette and she had to ask me over and over again my address and phone number, she could not understand a single word I was saying. She was either discriminating me or just simply she was not qualified for the position she was taken. read more

Always so helpful, cheerful, and efficient. Great customer service. Always happy to do my shipping here.

Been doing business w/ Blue Springs UPS Store for almost 3-years. Utilizing their services for routine postal delivery, as well as personal shipping and receiving needs, they have ~ and continue to deliver a diverse array of services, competitive / reasonable prices and *****5-Star***** customer service...!! Owners are a delight to do business with. Staff are friendly, professional, well-dressed, clean-cut and address myself and wife by name as we walk thru the door. On those occasions they should see our car pull up in front of their store, they'll often have our mail pulled from our box and waiting for us by the time we hit the door. 'Old School' courtesy and service w/ a smile are going the way of the dinosaur. But they're alive and well @ the UPS Store in Blue Springs. My gratitude... read more
