New ownership has not helped the customer service at this store. They are sticklers for the RULES…read moreand are inflexible. They claim their franchise agreement dictates how customers must pack Amazon returns being dropped off, yet Amazon tells me it doesn't really matter. The previous ownership and management would make exceptions when it made sense and when customer service dictated. Instead, UPS is coming to my house for free to pick it up and the driver won't care at all. Once Amazon starts offering shipping services and they compete head to head with UPS, I think these UPS stores will lose a lot of their foot traffic.

I made a mistake: I printed the same label twice and put it on two different packages, then dropped off at this location. The staff caught it before it went into the system, went out of their way to contact me more than once, waiting for my response, and then went above and beyond to resolve it first over the phone and then in person. And all the while they were a total pleasure to work with! This was my third time to go in and every experience has been excellent.
