They claim their franchise agreement dictates how customers must pack Amazon returns being dropped off, yet Amazon tells me it doesn't really matter. The previous ownership and management would make exceptions when it made sense and when customer service dictated. Instead, UPS is coming to my house for free to pick it up and the driver won't care at all. Once Amazon starts offering shipping services and they compete head to head with UPS, I think these UPS stores will lose a lot of their foot traffic.

I recently had a family photo session with a photographer and bought the CD of prints to use, and sadly a family member was unable to make the session last minute...so...yep, I had a high resolution photo of the missing person photoshopped into a couple of the family portrait shots and it looks great! They took great time and detail to perfect the lighting, color and proportion to make it look like they were really there. Great place for quick prints off phones, but is best to load them on a flash drive to bring in as our phones have so many pics it takes a long time to load on kiosks...plus it prevents you siting there for hours sorting thru pics while others are waiting...

This Target (like another Target location in the metro) said that they had them in stock but they were nowhere to be found. When I asked an employee they said they were on the truck and that it's such a mess to unload the truck that it can take a day or a week to actually get to the new inventory. The other Target said the same thing. I feel like marking things as in stock when staff is unable to get to these items is unfair to the staff as it makes customers a bit disgruntled. I encountered a kid and his grandfather also hunting for these squishy toys and he was also disappointed. Hoping Target can fix this in the future.

Not that many staff members had masks during the pandemic, the store is cramped, and just has a weird vibe overall. I'm glad this isn't my neighborhood hardware store, and if it was, I'd take the extra few minutes to go down to Euston Hardware instead.
