I was at this store and they had the "customer appreciation" day going on, it was a Saturday and super busy! As I was waiting I was watching the crew interact with the customers. The crew was,Tristan, Sam, Mary and Savannah. These 4 were happy and customer focused and actually having fun! I've been a retail manager for over 40 years and can assure you this is rare! When it was my turn, Tristan went above and beyond helping me and making sure I got what I needed. I noticed at this time a older lady brought in a rug to mail back and Savannah ran outside to carry the rug in for her, customer service at it's finest! You should be very proud of this crew! Hopefully they can get some recognition for this, I'm certain all you ever hear are the complaints. Let's give recognition where it's due. They did what we needed but jeez they are cranky, rude, and kinda trashy. I got multiple eye rolls from the girl helping me. There were also 3 employees in store and only one was helping customers. Line was long. read more

I went into the UPS store and asked if they had a flat rate box and the guy said they have them and then brought me a box. I asked what do I do, just bring it back in and he said yes. I come back and they measure and weigh the package and inform me it's not a flat rate box. So, I paid for an expensive box and then shipping. I was mad and calmly said "Man I hate this place" as I stepped back. Nearly under my breath and not at anyone. The employee then said you can go somewhere else, but I was already there so I went forward with the shipping. That should have been the first red flag from this employee. As SOON as he put the money in hand with the receipt the employee raised his voice and started yelling saying he would put me on a list because I hate this place. I told him to go for it. Then he started yelling that I was threatening him as he continued to yell at me and saying there was no way you asked for a flat rate box, yelling that I was lying and he continued to yell at me as I was leaving. He started a confrontation that didn't need to be started. The employee should be investigated for his interactions with customers because he was yelling, irate, confrontational and continued to berate me as I was leaving. read more

The staff at this location is awesome. They're always friendly and happy to help which is very refreshing. They have an Amazon kiosk for returns, making the process quick and efficient. read more

I've been stressing over how to send my son's family's Christmas and birthday to CA. The female assistant manager has the matters of a petulant child and does not know when to stop talking. I was there to fax and while there asked about that service for Amazon returns. She gave me a short summary and then proceeded to talk and talk and talk and talk and talk about it and soon I just wanted her to stop. I have sciatica and since the fax had trouble going thru, I needed a place to sit down since the sciatica became painful. There are no chairs there. I start on a low lying box beside a copier and soon the assistant said in a clearly irritated voice that I needed to get up so a customer could use the copier. I told her she was being rude and she immediately said that I was rude. I asked how to fi a complaint and asked for the address for the corporate office and she would provide only her managers phone and told me that legally she only had to give me her first name and that I had been rude and that everything was on tape. She told me this 3 times. She has no idea how to handle a customer. She does not understand that you never win arguments with customers, you just lose business read more

You can count on Brian and his team to get things done. Great service, friendly and reliable. I mailed a package that got delayed by Hurricane Florence and returned to his store. I was moving to New Zealand and needed the package to make a shipment to NZ. His team boxed it and air shipment so I could get it on the boat. Can not say thank you enough. I have never been to this UPS store and received the same curtesy's that I see White people get at his location. Today stood alone waiting 5 mins while 3 agents walked all around me never acknowledged or gave me any eye contact while they did paper work or something. SMH read more

This is a good UPS Store with convenient hours and an easily accessible location. Myself and other associates have used them multiple times over the years to ship various items (big and small). Bring it in packed and ready or their staff will assist with packing it (easy). They also offer other services there, such as Mailboxes. My only recommendation when using this location is to avoid the tall, red-headed fellow (the only reason I did not give them five stars). His customer service and socialization skills are a bit lacking. The rest of the staff is very friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. My understanding is the UPS drivers pick-up from this location once, possibly twice, a day (definitely later in the evening before they close), so packages leave everyday. Happy Shipping! read more
