I explained to her what options I chose online and she let me know that wasn't an option. I said but it was. She said on my 8 years of working here you are the first person to ever say that. I said well is there someone or somewhere that we can submit a complaint that for online address changes that what I clicked, shouldn't be an option. She said no. I said I can't be the only one to click that. She then repeated that isn't an option. Finally another worker came over and asked what was going on. She started to explain but then changed what she said to me. So I corrected her and said no, you said that wasn't an option. Basically calling me a liar and making me feel crazy. So I said I'll pull it up and show you. At this point I need you to know that is an option so in case another person comes in. She waited. And there it was. She goes if you click it, it won't let you proceed. I showed her that actually it does. I did apologize many times during saying I know the system isn't her issue. But her attitude is. The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off.
