I was at this store and they had the "customer appreciation" day going on, it was a Saturday and…read moresuper busy! As I was waiting I was watching the crew interact with the customers. The crew was,Tristan, Sam, Mary and Savannah. These 4 were happy and customer focused and actually having fun! I've been a retail manager for over 40 years and can assure you this is rare! When it was my turn, Tristan went above and beyond helping me and making sure I got what I needed. I noticed at this time a older lady brought in a rug to mail back and Savannah ran outside to carry the rug in for her, customer service at it's finest! You should be very proud of this crew! Hopefully they can get some recognition for this, I'm certain all you ever hear are the complaints. Let's give recognition where it's due. I explained to her what options I chose online and she let me know that wasn't an option. I said but it was. She said on my 8 years of working here you are the first person to ever say that. I said well is there someone or somewhere that we can submit a complaint that for online address changes that what I clicked, shouldn't be an option. She said no. I said I can't be the only one to click that. She then repeated that isn't an option. Finally another worker came over and asked what was going on. She started to explain but then changed what she said to me. So I corrected her and said no, you said that wasn't an option. Basically calling me a liar and making me feel crazy. So I said I'll pull it up and show you. At this point I need you to know that is an option so in case another person comes in. She waited. And there it was. She goes if you click it, it won't let you proceed. I showed her that actually it does. I did apologize many times during saying I know the system isn't her issue. But her attitude is. Did she apologize for her attitude or for being wrong and making me feel crazy? Of course not!

The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!
