However, Tmobile did not receive their equipment and now they are charging me for the equipment. I have spoken with T-Mobile and UPS several times telling me to go back to where I shipped the equipment. i have called them and gone to facility Design 4 Sports Several times. Receptionist was very friendly and as helpful as she could be, but she's fairly new. I asked to speak to manager to help resolve and locate T-Mobile equipment that I left at Design 4 Sports. Per Tommy Morris, Owner "What do you want me to do about it?" He didn't offer nor try to help. His receptionist and me both have done all the steps to try and locate Tmobile Equipment. Per Tommy Morris "I don't know what to tell you" "You can drive to Ottawa and talk to UPS in person" thanks Tommy Morris for suggesting me to drive 40 minutes to UPS store. Thanks you Tommy Morris for me being stuck paying $420 for equipment I left at your facility Design 4 Sports. My lesson learned never use nor recommend Design 4 Sports for any shopping needs!!! *Yes, I have tracking number.
