I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. I ended up getting OEM screen for the same price I'd payed at the other place across the street for an aftermarket screen that never really worked right. When I picked up phone I tested the screen and one quadrant wasn't working properly.
