He had the part to fix it. He explained why it failed so quickly. He showed me what to do to prevent having the same problem. By far Bud was the most efficient repairman I've ever had. Within one hour of filing the claim however, B&H called and would be in the area that afternoon. They asked if they could come by same day in case any parts needed to be ordered prior to the Wednesday repair appt. They arrived shortly after the time I had specified I'd be home, and called first. Within seconds of diagnosing the issue they determined they had the parts on hand. Belt and Idler were replaced within 30 minutes and dryer works great! Not sure anything could have gone better, certainly never experienced or expected same day service within hours of discovering the issue.
