This was a Monday morning and the first available time it allowed me to select was Wednesday morning for service with B&H. Within one hour of filing the claim however, B&H called and would be in the area that afternoon. They asked if they could come by same day in case any parts needed to be ordered prior to the Wednesday repair appt. They arrived shortly after the time I had specified I'd be home, and called first. Within seconds of diagnosing the issue they determined they had the parts on hand. Belt and Idler were replaced within 30 minutes and dryer works great! Not sure anything could have gone better, certainly never experienced or expected same day service within hours of discovering the issue.

He ordered the replacement part and came back out a couple days after the part was delivered. He installed the part within a couple hours, probably closer to an hour. The cost for labor was very reasonable, and then the cost of the part completed the total amount billed. With this fix, the fridge/freezer should last another five years.
