I was given a confirmed delivery date and time window, which required me to take time off work. Five minutes before delivery, I received a call informing me that the associate who sold me the appliances had set up the order incorrectly, making it impossible to complete the delivery as scheduled. I fully understand that mistakes happen; that part is not what frustrated me. The issue is the financial impact this oversight had on my family due to missed work--and the fact that I will now need to take additional time off when the remaining appliances finally arrive. I recognize that Warners' Stellian is a business with its own processes and interests, but there should be some level of financial accountability when an internal error creates a burden for the customer. As a result of this experience, I will be sharing my story with others so they can make informed decisions--just as Warners' Stellian protects their interests, customers deserve the same consideration. Delivery team: excellent. Sales and logistics: extremely disappointing.

This is the second time trying to use this company, and I believe they use the word 'diagnostic'…read moreway too much and probably mean nothing will be done and they take you for $40-50 on the diagnostic fee. I feel duped twice now, and now see from the reviews the word scam comes up a lot in one star. I would agree that the company itself is running a scam and in my opinion does no diagnostic work unless the part replacing is cheap with very little time to repair. If you can save yourself the time, this place in my opinion is a complete Scam as so many others have mentioned. Lesson learned the hard way I suppose! Adding to my original review after speaking with owner...I'm not mad at all actually, it's my fault. I made the choice to come to your store. Where the owner is being dishonest is the diagnostic part, he said controller was broken and that's not true. My controller panel was working, it was the motor or fan in the back overheating. His tech probably researched the parts first and saw nothing was available. Once again this is my fault because i should have researched parts, but I didn't think a company would just take my money not doing any diagnostic work. The word they should use is 'research' instead of diagnostic like a car dealership diagnostic is just a scam. You can go to O'Riley or Advanced auto store to get a diagnostic check with your car for free. My only ask from customers is don't be foolish like me, and trust diagnostic is actually being done. I got took for $50 but learned a good lesson that this company isn't transparent about diagnosing your problem with an appliance, and if anything they just want to take your money like a car dealership who also takes a diagnostic fee when they're offered around the corner for free. For the customer who don't want to throw their money away. I would simply ask your tech if parts for your appliance are readily available and if he tells you I don't know because he's trying to take your money below is a few sites you might want to quickly check. http://searspartsdirect.com https://www.appliancepartspros.com Hopefully this review is helpful for people, once again I'm not upset at all. Just won't be making the same mistake or utilizing this place ever again. Also glad it wasn't more than $50, feel bad for some of these other customers who gave one star.

Tried to reach out to T.O.G.A.R. via Yelp reservations and via their website Contact Us page…read morewebform directly, and had zero luck getting any response. The Yelp form seemed to have some issues going through; not sure if it was a Yelp issue or vendor issue, so that's why I went to the vendor's website directly, and attempted their webform. As of now, it's been numerous business days with no reply. I see from other reviews that my experience appears to be outside the norm, so that's unfortunate.

Ok, close it down folks, I've found my new appliance repair guy for the foreseeable future…read more I had started down the YouTube instructional video.. you know the ones that make everything look incredibly easy, but then it turns out it's a marginally different model of dryer and completely changes the whole equation? Yeah, one of those. So about fifty suppressed swear words later, I'm on the phone with The Other Guy, and we're booked for a short window the next day. He jumped right in and dismantled the entire thing to clean it out, test out parts, and make sure he got it right. He showed me how the burner was glowing too hot, which means we'd just be replacing it again in a handful of months. We tested and tried different things on it, and he landed on an airflow issue (in addition to already fixing the broken part), and shortened our exhaust duct. He stuck around to make sure this fix was it and was going to take, and it's been humming ever since. I also found his pricing fair, and will go to him again (but good lord hopefully not for a while, we've had enough of these things this year). On last note -- just call him. I know. I want to send the message and hope it works out, but I think it's easier and more likely to happen if you just call on this one.
