In one case, I wanted an induction cooktop with a built-in fan. Hours of internet searches, and speaking with supposed "experts" at other appliance stores, convinced me that what I wanted simply did not exist. I visited Alexander & Rays and they knew immediately how to get exactly what I was looking for--which was a little known luxury brand that almost nobody carries. Oh and BTW, their installers are fantastic.

My Samsung dryer started hysterically screaming at me over the past week so I had to get it fixed…read more I'm not the type to call any company for service before I do my research because let's face it, not all companies are genuine and honest about what's needed. After reading these reviews I decided to call Nutterman's to repair my dryer. I had service with Nick Jr and he explained clearly what was going on. He even suggested he could repair the rollers but from the looks of them I didn't need them at the moment. Repair took less than an hour and I was drying my clothes instantly. I definitely recommend this company. Any future repairs (knock on wood) I'm giving them a call.

In the beginning of January 2026 I had a tech from Jay's come out (very quickly, I'll credit them…read moreon that) to look into why our fridge wasn't working at all, the water filter dispenser was broken and the freezer seemed to be overworking. He cleaned out the coils behind the refrigerator and went to the store to get a replacement part for the fan. He only installed a portion of the part purchased since he said the entire piece wasn't the issue, only the fan. He then said he ordered a part on back-order for the water filter and freezer issue. He came back a while later to fix the water filter but realized the kit he'd purchased was missing a part and said he would be back with it and would keep us updated on the back ordered part. It's now SEVEN months later and we've not heard back. My husband has tried to call many times and has not gotten any answers. We feel that we were robbed of our $666.40- our fridge is still not completely fixed nor is our water filter/dispenser working. DO NOT HIRE this company if you want positive results and good communication.
