After reading these reviews I decided to call Nutterman's to repair my dryer. I had service with Nick Jr and he explained clearly what was going on. He even suggested he could repair the rollers but from the looks of them I didn't need them at the moment. Repair took less than an hour and I was drying my clothes instantly. He ordered the replacement part and came back out a couple days after the part was delivered. He installed the part within a couple hours, probably closer to an hour. The cost for labor was very reasonable, and then the cost of the part completed the total amount billed. With this fix, the fridge/freezer should last another five years. I started to worry I needed to buy a new one when I couldn't find the replacement part online. I'm glad J & J was able to get the part and fix in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price.
