In my effort to get my unit running I called another HVAC company who tried to help expedite my claim with Del's as he knew the owner.I received a nasty phone call from a woman at Dells office, telling me off and accusing me of bad mouthing their company to another HVAC company. She was so rude I couldn't get a word in edgewise and ultimately, she hung up on me. She also stated before she hung up that she would cancel my claim with my warranty company. She actually did me a favor, the new HVAC company that came out to replace my unit was very professional and courteous. Something I didn't get from De'ls.

After some discussion we determined the part could be covered under warranty and a part request email was sent to Cowboy Appliance Repair. While Austin was on speaker phone with Wayne he asked if I was being difficult and mentioned he charge me sales tax on the service call which he was not going to pay the State, how's that for a honest company? Not to mention he has yet to provide me a receipt, I have asked him 3 times for the service call receipt. Wayne has yet to get the part from LG nor keep me informed on the progress. If you have any type of warranty work you can find another "Cowboy". My wife found his reviews to be positive on Angie's List, he hasn't done anything to solve our problem, and doesn't respond to requests for a receipt or progress on getting this part. They didn't leave any receipt detailing what they did (I wasn't home for the repair) and it took three phone calls for them to email me the work order, that simply said " tightened handle, reattached oven burner element." That's just a lot of damn money for what I got.
