Was told it would be 3 to 5 days, dropped it off on tue, didn't bother them or even ask about it tell the following wed. Went up the following wed and was told the battery had no come in. No problem came back in on that fri, was told still no battery. They needed more time, it took another whole week. They didn't offee no discounts no nothing!! He recommended that the main board in the range be replaced, but Samsung wanted the unit powered off and not used until they reach back out to us. Bryant tried his best to get us an answer on when Samsung would get this resolved for us as I listened in but they said that was up to another department. So thumbs up to Fairway TV Service and Bryant for their assistance and thumbs down to Samsung as I have been waiting over a month to have this issue fixed.

Got my iPhone 14 Pro's screen fixed here 6 months ago and it randomly stopped working last week,…read morewhen I brought it in they told me it needed a motherboard fix and charged me $160 even though that wasn't the problem, then tried to charge me for a whole new screen. When I asked them why there repairs only last 6 months they added the screen for free. After a week I was able to pick up the phone and they said it was working fine, but when I was walking out I noticed the whole screen popping out of the phone. When I took it out of the case, the screen was out enough I could stick a finger nail under it. ON top of that the touch screen didn't even work and there was also huge black bars on all sides that weren't there before. I physically couldn't believe they would give me a finished product like this. All of this and I hadn't even left the parking lot, I went back inside, gave them the phone they just gave me and asked nicely if it could be fixed correctly, but they ended up calling me later in the day to cancel the order. So I had to go back the AGAIN the next day to pick up my broken phone that was literally in worse condition than when I dropped it off, they put all my old parts in but didn't even bother putting them on correctly, my old screen was falling off the phone when I got it and I found a total of 4 screws that just fell off when I took it out the case. I brought the phone to a real repair shop and they said I would be better off just buying a new phone because of the repairs. NEVER taking anything electronic here again.

When I arrived my iPod hadn't been worked on. After a short conversation, the gentleman apologized and said it might be a couple of weeks because he had to source a battery. Things happen and I said okay. A couple of weeks later I had my iPod and a brand new battery. The work was a-ok and I'm good to go.
