So I found these guys online and after using them the first time. I thought they was good people. Boy was I sadly mistaken, the first repair on my kids phone was good and on-time with no issues. The 2nd I took my Fiancee's laptop in to get a battery done. Was told it would be 3 to 5 days, dropped it off on tue, didn't bother them or even ask about it tell the following wed. Went up the following wed and was told the battery had no come in. No problem came back in on that fri, was told still no battery. They needed more time, it took another whole week. They didn't offee no discounts no nothing!! I would think twice about using these guys on your repairs!! I don't buy the bull shit story blaming it on shipping!!! Beware beware and beware. I've used this business for several years now as well as other friends. I had one previous BAD EXPERIENCE with them replacing my computer screen without authorization. They tried to make me pay for something I didn't ask them to do. Lately in the last 8 months I've had to buy 3 different used phones because they went bad after their 30 day warranty expired. 30 day warranty is a joke ! My last phone lasted 4 days and they said warranty doesn't cover water damage. The phone was never by any water BUT they are more concerned about policy & profit INSTEAD of taking care of a customer that has patronized them on numerous occasions over the years. 4 days... they should have said ok Mr. John Doe we don't really know what happended with your last 3 phones BUT we appreciate as a returning customer come in and pick out another phone and we hope this one works better for you at no charge. These guys stuck with a particularly troublesome repair on my iPhone XS which I was able to trade-in some time later. They are not the most communicative (you'll need to keep constantly checking in) but their prices are what I expect in the marketplace (nobody is really cheap) and the person who checked me out was very accommodating and friendly. read more

This is my third time back and Anna has been there every time she's the sweetest! The rest of the staff is friendly but understandably busy so I was very grateful for Anna at the front. Everyone here knows what they're talking about and is of great help, I had to wait a few days because my issue was more complex but it was well worth the wait to get back almost 200gb of data I thought I lost forever. I was planning to get a new one in a couple of months so I just needed it to function a little while longer. PC repair 3511 Noland Normally I have never had issues but today they lost my business I took my Iwatch in because the face came undone and they said between $75-$100 and would need to order parts takes about 7-10 days. So far I'm fine. Nearly a month later the parts come in and I picked the watch up yesterday 10/29 $107, and change. Disappointed in price and length of time but I'm still ok. Got home with watch and charged it, this morning noticed the face was loose again, obviously not fixed properly. I put it on and headed out to get gas, car washed and stop by repair shop to return it since there's a 30 day warranty. Somewhere between home and repair shop it came completely unattached and was lost. So I went in, and here's where I got the shaft. They need that part to fix it or give me my money back. When I said I've backtracked but it came off because you didn't secure it properly. He argued he did,and I said then why did it come off? He said I have no idea but I'm not refunding your money without that part. Part is light and likely blew away before I even knew it was gone. I no longer will patronize a shop that doesn't stand behind their work. If it had been secured properly the face would not have come off, that's the reason for the repair to begin with. My experience was not great. I dropped off a non working Kindle Fire 10hd. I was told it would take two weeks, but would receive a call in a few days with an estimate. I was ok with that because I had other tablets. While they called in a few days with an estimate and diagnosis, I was shocked to hear it also had a cracked screen. The screen wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. I didn't argue, just told the guy I would come pick it up. I didn't argue based on prior bad reviews, I knew it wouldn't get me anywhere. I gave them a chance because some reviews were good while others weren't so good. Even if I wanted to take it somewhere else for a possible repair I can't, it is beyond repair. I would not recommend this business. I learned a valuable lesson, take a picture of your product before you take it in for a repair. read more

I've had several repairs done (4 over the last three years) and purchased one phone. Most recently, I brought in my smart phone w a broken screen. They fixed it in less than an hour. It looked lovely. Then I tried using it as an actual phone... The speaker that had previously worked now sounded terrible. I brought the phone back up w my receipt, he said the speaker may not be covered since that wasn't in the initial job. I came back in less than an hour, and they'd installed a new speaker, no charge. Do yourself a favor and do not take your phone to be repaired here. I had my screen replaced and my phone has never functioned properly since. The customer service was below par. I was told that the wait would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. After 3 hours I was told to come pick up my phone. There, I waited another 30 minutes while they "tested" my phone. Apparently the "testing" done by their "professionals" is not satisfactory. So my daughter roller bladed over her cellphone and I took it in to have the screen repaired and they replaced the screen but the phone had some internal damage and they spent days going over the phone and pretty much rebuilt her phone for her. I don't know where to begin. I will start with this is the first review I have made. I bought a 300 dollar EVO and a 175 dollar HTC something or other. The charger ports have had to be replaced twice. Then when you bring their junk back to them to fix, they become belligerent, rude and down right snarky. I have never had some punk pr*^% talk to me like that unprovoked in my life. I wanted to spit in his face. I was totally fine with just paying to have them fixed, again, so they were usable. I'd give this place a negative if possible. The screen they used to fix my iPhone 6 is some cheap screen from China. When I touch the screen it doesn't recognize it in the spot but slightly over. Sure they were half the price of Apple but there's no point if the phone doesn't work properly. The screen they use costs $20 bucks on eBay. Don't waste your money at this place. Today, with my receipt in hand, I went to have my screen fixed (again). They replaced the screen on my phone a month ago. Within warranty, they will not fix my phone because my screen protector had a small blemish and that small blemish means I dropped my phone with enough force to cause my screen to completely go black. I'd like to think they attached my screen well enough but obviously that is not the case if a small blemish on my screen protector means the screen will come disconnected. I have had several phones fixed there at $165+ a piece and they were not willing to even look at why the screen is not working without charging me a diagnostic fee. Places like this are why I love Yelp as a consumer tool. I got my HTC Inspire 4G phone wet, dried it out, everything worked fine except for the touch screen. They did a water damage treatment to the phone and replaced the screen. Phone works great! Total cost $87. What's the problem? The SIM card was in the phone when I dropped it off. It wasn't in the phone when I picked it up and they are denying that it was in the phone. Denying it to the point that the woman I called to ask if she could have her techs take a look and double check wrote me off by saying, "Since our paperwork doesn't reflect that your phone had a SIM card in it, I doubt we have it.". She pretty much refused to have anyone look for it. I KNOW IT WAS IN IT...100% sure of it. I tried to explain that I am not trying to get into a "pissing match" or "start an argument", and before I could ask her again to please have someone look for it, she rudely interrupted me by saying "I don't like your attitude, call back when you get a better one" and hung up on me. Are you kidding?! I haven't even gotten to the issue that you guys did a factory reset on my phone with out telling me first. I had contacts and data in that phone and on that SIM card that are important to me. I immediately called back and got a guy who I nicely requested he have someone look for my SIM card. He was more than obliging about looking for it, and I am currently waiting for a call back. I drove from Overland Park to Independence to drop my phone off for repair and made the drive again 3 days later to pick it up. The way this lady treats the customers is absolutely unacceptable. The quality of the actual repair was good, but not returning my SIM card was an amateur move, and then refusing to look for my SIM card THAT YOU LOST, getting snippy with me, and hanging up on me is complete bullshit. These people are rude and absent minded. Take your phone somewhere else if you need repair. It's too bad, because other cell phone repair places told me the phone was not fixable. read more

These guys did a great job. I broke the screen on my iPhone 6+ and the battery died all in a one week time frame. I tried going to a local competitor and they claimed to not have any iPhone batteries and were just generally unhelpful. These guys had my entire phone fixed and up and running within a couple of hours. They even noticed a couple of things that weren't working 100% and fixed those as well at no extra charge (e..g.. A wiggly home button and blurry front facing camera left from a previous screen repair by a competitor.) I'm very hard on my phones and insurance doesn't help in my case. These guys don't cost an arm and a leg and it's faster than fixing it myself. I'm leaving for vaca in 24hrs and they got my phone up and running and were courteous.
