I had the same thing done at this store two years ago with no charge. The process takes 30 seconds as they use special tweezers to pull out the debris. It took 30 seconds this time too, but they charged me $40.00 dollars. I expected to pay something, but not $40.00. Based on a 30 second repair, this cost represents $4,800.00 an hour labor cost!!! You might want to check around for another repair shop.

Daniel calls to tell me they shipped it to their repair center in Florida and their technician called and said they can't fix it. I then received a call from the manager that I can pick up my device but it's not repairable (at this point I spent $120 for the deposit.) I go and purchase him a new PS5..two days later , I receive a phone call from a UBreakiFix employee telling me there it is repairable and I was told incorrectly that it wasn't. I was also advised my balance is $150 to get it fixed and pick it up. I had been told they fixed it, plugged it up and everything was running smoothly. It took me some time to pay it off but every time I called in and went in to make a payment...I was met with the most disrespectful turn it customer service by an employee by the name of Dustin W. Even when I went in to pay the balance off...he felt the need to continue to be disrespectful and make unnecessary comments. For example, there was a sticker on my console with my name and number..in the middle of him getting the sticker off he says "yea it's been here so long there's no telling how much hard it'll be to get this off." I simply took my device and was able to get the sticker off myself. Once my son and I get home...he plugs up the console...not gen seconds in the same thing starts happening again! The fan ran hit and eventually shut off. I call ubreakifix and I speak with Paul and explain everything to him...he even admits after looking at bites and transaction history that something seems off and he's going to have Daniel the store manager call me the following day. It's the following day at 4pm and I still haven't heard from anyone at the store. So I call and Daniel answers and tells me that had I listened and not taken so long to pay off the repair that I was told couldn't be fixed...I'd know that this is my fault act also that I don't have a warranty cause they don't offer one so there's nothing I can do to even get half of my money back. They knew there was not %100 guarantee that my device would work but they still took my money in the meantime and anytime I cane to me he a payment I was met with sarcasm in regards to me having to make payments on my device instead of paying it off in full at one time.

I was driving my family around in the van when I hear a chirping sound under the hood, then my A/C…read moregoes out, and my battery light goes on. It's 95 degrees outside. In my best Scottish accent I yelled, "Great! That's just great!" I pulled in to O'Reilly's on Marshall drive (just off I-35) . The first guy tests the battery, and says it's indeed low. I asked for prices on a new one, but he pointed out that my current battery was under warranty from the place I bought it, so I should take it back. This alone is worth some stars because it saved $80, and was honest, but it gets better. Meanwhile, I looked down and saw my serpentine belt was broken in two! That's not good, and explains the rest of the problems with the AC and battery. To have the van towed and have even a cheap mechanic replace this would be $300 MINIMUM, and likely more. I bought a belt there for $12, and another O'Reilly guy helped me replace it. He looked up the diagram (it wasn't under the hood like usual) and loaned me the tools. Within 45 minutes or less, I was back on the road and all is good. So what could have been a day or two without the van and $380+, turned into $12 (plus what I tipped the guy on the side) in under an hour. If I need any auto parts or advice, there's only one place I'm going henceforth!

Left my vehicle outside with the window down. Worst experience ever. They are unprofessional, terrible crooks. They wanted me to pay in full and hadn't even been able to work on my vehicle. They friend the MCU when the took the HV battery out. They pulled it out before updating with Tesla. They got the car bricked. Then Tesla confirmed they bricked it and Green Tech said I needed to pay for that at Tesla $2500. They are amateurs. No idea what they are doing and then they held me responsible for their mistake. Buyer before. My insurance is now filing a claim with their insurance company. When my husband went to pick up my car (From Florida with my 11 year old). He let us know that he had the tools to take the battery off when we got there. He actually did more than just give us the tools, he came out to help us which was great since I didn't know how to take my battery off. He tested the battery and hooked us up. There is a one year warranty on the battery. I have no complaints.
