He ordered the cheapest OLED screen he could get, charged me $160 for it and it cracked the same day I picked it up from him after repairing it. Fingerprint scanner didn't even show up in my phone as if it never existed. The screen also didn't show the picture to the edges like it did before I had it repaired. Went back and he refused to do anything. Said he would order me another junk screen and replace it after calling me a liar when I told him I did nothing to crack the new screen after leaving his business. He will overcharge you for subpar work with less than subpar parts. Take your business elsewhere cuz this one isn't worthy of giving your hard earned money to. read more

I had an iPhone that had low volume in the earpiece and brought it in for a look-see. Abraham said there could either be water or dirt that worked its way into the earpiece. He explained that he could clean it, and if that didn't do it, he could replace it but that would stop face recognition from working anymore. I got lucky in that it was only dirty and I walked out with only a $50 service and cleaning charge. No problems for me, and it was fixed in an hour. I'll go back again in the future. read more

I called into this establishment to get my phone screen replaced on my iPhone 6+. I was told $64.99 on the phone but in store I was later charged $74.99 because the LCD was said to be damaged. I was told that I would have to get it fixed even though I inspected my device and it was very responsive to touch and had no discoloration (these are the reasons he explained why I needed to get it replaced). I truly believe that that my cracked screen was the only issue to my phone so I definitely got scammed for $10. The quality of the screen replacement is not best but it will get the job done. The only thing that satisfied me during this visit was the speed of the service. The attendant told me it would take an hour but it took around 15-20 minutes to get my phone repaired. I also bought a charger for my iPhone and in less than 2 days there was a shortage in it. Overall if you come here your phone will be fixed quickly but do not expect the best quality and expect an up-charge!!! read more

I have used this location three times. Only one time with satisfactory. Today I was told after the big guy with black hair that he wanted me out of the store after I told him that it was just like my phone was just like it was before. When the owner is there he does great service the other guy is awful. I would never go back. On top of that he overcharged my credit card by $0.50. For the price, you can't beat it, but after I got my screen fixed, I think they forgot to connect my camera & flash. I can't find my receipt so I can already assume what would happen if I went in. Sucks too because I referred 2 other friends with cracked screens there. So don't expect your screen to be just like your original, but double check your camera works before you leave. read more

I have had my exact phone repaired here 3-4 times in One year. I recently had my iPhone glass repaired today I'm sitting on my floor with my phone on my knee it falls off my Knee and hits the on the top right corner of my hardwood Floor and shatters the entire screen from the corner. There's nothing that hit the screen it wasn't dropped from a high place or anything. It literally fell a few inches there is no point of impact. I just paid not even a month ago to have the screen repaired. I should have took it as a sign that something isn't right the second time I had it repaired when it was in my purse and I pulled it out and the screen was full of small fractures for absolutely no reason. Somehow all the times I have ever been in there it's always dang near the same price too even though it's supposedly cheaper when you use them more often. I'm more ticked off that I didn't go get a new phone and chose to repair this one only to have the screen bust for no reason. If I dropped it or threw it I can understand but this is messed up. I had my iPhone X screen repaired. When I got it back the Face ID didn't work. So I left and tried to reset the Face ID and it didn't work. So I did a software update and when it was finished my screen was black. I took it back they inspected the phone and said I needed to go to Apple because I had software issues.I went to Apple and Apple told me that I didn't that the screen they put on was a 3rd party screen and it wasn't comparable. I took it back to the technician at this business. He took it behind the counter, and then he all of a sudden found a crack in the screen. Mind you we both checked this screen together on my first visit. When was I there earlier. He claimed he had to "really" clean the glass to see it. No way this crack was there. It is highly visible now. No doubt in my mind they took it to the back put a crack on the screen so they didn't have to replace it. This crack is now all of a sudden very visible. Shady outfit. Horrible Business!! Very Unprofessional and Rude!! They constantly use false advertising on Facebook to lure in customers only to charge you more than other repair services. I have a iPhone 6 plus .my screen cracked but phone great. my son suggested ez to take it to.i took it there,man at counter picked out new screen cover gave me no choice and added a special piece of plastic over that another charge.ok they fixed phone in about 30 mins,got home all my settingswere off ,and I couldn't push the buttons and have them make contact,took back next day they had put wrong glass in ,also cover the man sold me was to tight on the phone which made the screen have a green tint .so took cover off.put another plastic cover on it said all done,later 2 hrs or so went to use phone still wouldn't work .buttons would work.didnt go back yesterday was I,ll.took back whilie still I,ll.but noticed befor I took it back that my finger print was gone and no pass word needed,got on home pc ,it said I needed to re register my phone ,you don't have tp re register apple unless they are hacked and apple do not not get get hacked.unless sim card taken out and and copied.took phone back today showed them new glass installed was on croocked and I could dial ,asked siri a question for apple support it routed me to another country,went to store explained all this .very rude man told me get out of his store or he will call police I told him go ahead,police came I explained what had happened and showed them the receipt ,it says take sim card out of phone before repairs,dosnt say that any where in the store,they don't let you know that till after they charge you and you get a receipt .so I'm still out 96.00 and a broken phone,even though they say they they will repair your phone or refund your money. police were on my side .we have contacted apple and at&t. so if you have a I phone or android or a computer fixed there and have issues it came from there .don't use these people ,I'm 57 years old I didn't go in there with a attitude but when I spoke the truth they were very rude told me to leave or they would call the police ,I told them go ahead I would but my phone dosnt work BEWARE ALL THAT HAVE WORK DONE HERE!!!!!!! read more
