Do not use them! They are completely useless and here is why. ​While the installers delivered the new unit and removed the old one, they failed to complete the installation as per LG's standards and the expectation set by paying for a professional service. ​Specifically, the installation team: ​Failed to secure the dishwasher: They placed the unit in the old footprint but refused to attach it underneath the counter. They claimed they do not assume the liability for this and stated I, as the homeowner, must purchase special screws and install it myself. This is a fundamental step of installation that I paid for. ​Refused to install crucial components: They did not install the sound-dampening mat and the vapor barrier, both explicitly detailed in the LG installation manual. They told me they do not install these items. Now I am required to pull the dishwasher out myself to properly install these components. ​Attempted to leave the unit improperly positioned: The installers were planning to leave the sides of the dishwasher sticking out from the counter, and the rubber side flaps exposed, until I insisted they push the unit back further and correctly position the flaps. ​I paid $154.99 for a complete, professional installation, not simply to have the unit dropped off, set in the opening, and plugged in, which is what occurred. I would not have paid for this service if I knew I would have to complete the essential steps of securing the unit and installing the necessary barriers myself. I paid for them to install it but I ended up having to install the dishwasher my self. read more

I have been waiting nearly a month for my delivery. When I ask to speak with a manager I stayed on hold for 16 minutes before I was automatically disconnected. I have emailed them as well. They keep rescheduling and not following through. Terrible experience. read more

RXO texted me prior, giving me plenty of time to prepare ahead. Then, the delivery men also called letting me know they were on the way. This worked out great for me. The two young men who delivered our appliance this morning were great. They were very careful not to damage doorways, or our home in any way, which was very much appreciated! We're in the middle of an ordeal with them. Basically, they sent three high (marijuana) men to deliver and assemble a piece of furniture. You can probably guess what happened next: they broke it upon assembly. I'm not really one to judge what adults do on their own time, but I think professionalism would preclude a company from sending intoxicated people to a house with children, and carry and assemble large expensive furniture. Now we are waiting for the replacement parts from the seller--we asked the seller to use any other courier, but I guess options here are limited--and scheduling has been a pain: they just reschedule on a whim, and they send you an e-mail late the night before without a mechanism to contact them to reschedule. I'd be a little bit more patient about the scheduling issues if they hadn't already wasted a bunch of my time with the first fiasco and put the safety of my home and family at risk in the process. read more

XPO came out and installed my Tempo workout machine in short order, were friendly and asked if they could do anything else once finished. I do wish they both would have worn masks, one did and one didn't or at least ask if I wanted them to. Also wish they would have asked if I wanted them to wear shoe coverings to protect flooring/carpet. Nothing happened, just would have been a nice ask. This company has been assigned to delivery to us when it's been large items. NEVER once have they been on time and 4 out of 5s deliveries the item is damaged. I've watched them handle items in the trucks and they push it over hard, drop it and toss random items. So I'm not shocked everything get damaged. The customer service people in KCK are beyond rude. When the delivery driver misses the window by hours they say it runs later and that's not their fault and we can send the item back if you want. So rude! People move their days around to match the window and the company doesn't even attempt to stick to if! If you don't want your time wasted and your item delivered don't use this company!!!! read more

I live on Fort Leavenworth (military installation) and today was the THIRD failed attempt at delivery. Before each delivery I state the requirements to both RXO and Peloton and they both assure me it will be taken care of. The requirements to get on the installation are that the driver must have a driver's license and all passengers 16 and older must have a valid ID. For the third time they failed to have valid ID and that I must reschedule. This is ridiculous and borderline unprofessional. I'm so frustrated because I am going out of my way by constantly calling and emailing the requirements as a reminder and they still continue to fail me. read more

This review is a follow-up to the one I posted on 9/24/20. I hope that this most recent experience will be my last one with XPO Logistics. Anyone who reads my previous review may also notice that someone named "Bryan B," supposedly the business owner, responded to my review with his apologies and assurances that he would make things right. He apparently intended to give me the impression (as well as anyone who reads my review) that he would resolve my complaints, but he did nothing. I emailed him at the address he provided, but he did not respond. His manager at the local hub, Kevin Jackson, responded but did nothing, either. In fact, he refused to to help at all. I also messaged Bryan using the link provided in his response, and I gave him my cell phone number to call me, but he didn't follow up on that request. If there was a negative star. It would still be too high to rate this company!. They stole my peloton and the driver said the assistant manager is trash because doesn't even pick up the phone. I called yesterday after this company have failed to deliver my peloton 6 to times. The driver showed up to my house with 4 peloton in the truck and said " oops, we forgot to upload yours in the truck" when I called RXO they lied to me and said that they didn't have enough space in for truck. Looks like Mary D.'s stuff was on the same "truck" as our stuff, except the cover story my wife is getting is "vehicle breakdown" preventing our 11:30 to 4:30 delivery yesterday. Now she's being told that the stuff hasn't quite yet been returned to the delivery center for reshippment efforts. I think we should be actively publicizing the poor service quality to the companies that are using them to get their stuff from manufacturer to consumer, and expecting some $$ back on our purchases. For us we didn't lose employment $, but did lose several project opportunities that amounted to loss of $$$$. Not happy already, and steaming mad now that I've seen Mary D.'s confirmation of the company's apparent shadyness. read more

Took the day off from work to receive our delivery of our foundation for our king mattress, I scheduled this 3 weeks ago. Our delivery window was from 8 am to noon. Received two text messages confirming this time frame. Never heard from anyone. I contacted the 800 number, got off shore employees, that couldn't assist at all. Finally reached someone at 3:30 pm, they said I was not available to receive the delivery, when I was home all day. Not only did I not get paid today, we did not receive our item. So disappointed n this service. Now they want to reschedule the delivery for next week. this delivery service is completely unreliable and unprofessional, we will never use this service again. read more

Wish I could give a negative star. Delivery was to happen on 02/16/2023 of my large item. I received call from the delivery guy stating they cannot make the delivery due to ice on the roads and that they will be reaching out to reschedule the delivery. I have called everyday since and they tell me the same thing... that my order has not arrived. They say they sent an urgent email every time I call the call center but I asked today if they can see the past emails sent on my file. Apparently no one has sent an email! I called Samsung and they tell me the item has already shipped. Thankfully I screenshotted the tracking information and time the item arrived at RXO as the tracking screen has updated and miraculously the information is now gone. After looking at these reviews I have a feeling I will not be getting my item. Which is a refrigerator and my family has been living with out one for weeks now. This is quite riduculous. read more
