He also installed carpet in an additional bedroom and even recommended an excellent carpet for us to purchase. Joe is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of flooring installation. He removed our existing carpet, laminate, and tile, leveled our floors (which had numerous dips), and even uncovered three layers of tile downstairs before installing the new flooring. Despite the tremendous amount of work involved, he took the time to really prep the floors and completed the entire project by himself. His work ethic, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were truly impressive. I'm exhausted just thinking of all the work he did! Joe was always kind, respectful, and kept us updated throughout the entire process so we always knew what to expect. On top of all that, his pricing was very fair and offered outstanding value for the quality of work he delivered. He even helped us to get the best prices on our flooring. Like many others, we had a great experience with Paradise Flooring and would highly recommend them…read morefor any/all of your flooring needs! I used them twice in the past year. The first time was to replace laminate flooring in half of my condo following a refrigerator leak. Paradise Flooring was able to match the existing flooring, originally purchased from a different company nearly 10 years ago. They also connected me to a great installer. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and the finished product is perfect, as if nothing had ever happened. The second time was purchasing ceramic tiles for the shower wall of my parents' condo during their building-wide plumbing replacement. Again, I wanted to match the existing shower walls (possibly from the 80's) and although a perfect match was not possible, the ones we chose are very close and look great. Besides the product itself, I appreciated Paradise Flooring for their clear communication, kind and professional staff, and efficiency and care even though this was a relatively small job. Thanks, Paradise Flooring!

She knows a lot about the business and steered me in the right direction, making me feel confident abt my purchase. The price was right and the install was set up within a week! One small thing I want to point out is that the carpet scraped one side of the wall when they were cutting or laying it down, and didn't mention a word about it to me. I had to get the paint out and paint the wall about 1' by 5'. I didn't like that they couldn't fess up to that. I'm sure it must happen a lot of times. Initial contact with Jack was great. We called and he came a few days later to measure our rooms and to prepare an estimate. First time meeting him, we knew this would be the person we would like to have to do our flooring. He mentioned that he had a backlog, but we were in no rush for this job, so we said we would wait until he could fit us into his schedule. During this time, we ordered the flooring and all the materials needed (baseboards, T-molding, etc.). Pami, did an awesome job in breaking down the estimate and the square footage for us so we knew how much flooring to purchase. She was always able to respond to my emails that very same day. Usually within a few minutes. And we appreciate just how friendly and responsive she is! The quote was broken down nicely so you know just what you're paying for, and we appreciated that. There was no hidden fees or anything sneaky. The pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work that Jack does for the project. Jack's quality of work is outstanding. He's very meticulous and has pride in his work. His attention to detail is also excellent. The job site is very clean. He protects items and every day after leaving, cleans up. JDS Flooring is highly recommended for your flooring project. We found Jack based on all these highly praised reviews. Every single 5-star he receives is well worth it. Jack is a really cool guy to talk to about practically everything. There's a reason why Jack is in high demand. His personality, attention to detail and the quality of work along with a very reasonable price are all the reasons why. Also, don't forget Pami, who is also awesome with providing quotes, clarification and if there are any questions, will consult with Jack and get back to you. Thank you Jack and Pami!
