    Their service is always on and off... when I last called them to repair their internet service they sent a team that ran over my road sign. They backed up into it as they approached the internet box, broke it and dumped it by the house. I called Xfinity to report the incident and they took over two months to say i couldn't prove it was them since I didn't have a video. The people knew for a fact it was them with the pictures i provided but they nevertheless contested my word and did nothing to fix it.

    I've had Xfinity for over a year now and every single day, it disconnects for 5-60 seconds, multiple times a day. They sent technicians more than 10 times, changing cables, routers, etc. nothing worked. Their system has issues and they don't seem to care to fix it. The poor-quality connection has been extremely frustrating. I constantly get kicked out of meetings, streaming, and everything with internet. My smart devices connected to Apple Home constantly get disconnected, so every day we have issues with something not working. Every time I talk to customer service, they want to sell me phone plans, or upgrade my speed, and when I ask them to focus on my issue instead of selling me more services, they leave the chat and disconnect my internet for 20 minutes. I never hated a company as much as I hate Xfinity. I can't wait for Verizon to come to our building so I don't have to see Xfinity's name again.

    Months without usable service from xfinity...Run don't walk from this company.

    Worst company. They will overcharge you for equipment you turned in months ago and will not refund your money. Huh

    Nothing good to say about this company. Save yourself a big headache and go with another company. The worst customer service ever!

When he did not call the next day I let it go. The day after I decided to reach out myself it's ready, we go pick up. He had decided himself to change the color of the iPad and did not inform me to make the decision myself. And didn't even change the button still left it white! So now I have an iPad that I'm not sure was even mines in the first place(after bringing it home I have more questions then answers). Keep your DEVICES AWAY!!

I came in with a phone that had a small crack in the front left corner, and a spider crack on the back. I needed it fixed simply for a trade in with my own cell phone service provider, who requires the phone to be in perfect working condition. Moe "claimed" that he repaired it by replacing the front and back of the phone. After waiting for 30 minutes, he handed me a completely different phone, stating that it was mine; he had just switched out the back to another color. I knew it was a lie, but I didn't feel like the hassle. After I left the store, I remembered that I had my old memory card left in my old phone, so I called him the next day to retrieve it. He goes and gets my old phone that he claimed he only replaced the body out on and hands it to me. It's bad enough that you try to get over on people, but don't be so stupid to realize that sometimes some of those people might be law enforcement or undercover officers. In my line of work, I a lot of shady people, so handling an unscrupulous person like this would not be hard to do. To top it off, he got smart and mad with me because I pulled his trick card. PROCEED TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
