I have seen a lot of negative reviews about this store, but I had a great experience visiting it. They were busy, and I was fifth in line. The wait was long, but it was worth it. Dan helped me choose the right phone and plan. He helped transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new phone. He and all of the employees there were wonderful and so easy to be with. This location has some of the most arrogant male staff members I've had the displeasure of dealing with since leaving Miami. In fact, I was so fed up with the blatant machismo that I told the late 20-mid 30 year old man that I don't accept sass from the students I teach and I absolutely wasn't going to accept it from him. He told me I could leave. I told him I'd absolutely do that and after 20 years with Verizon I went up the road to T-Mobile where I transferred service for myself, my husband, my mother, and 3 teens; a total of 11 lines for phones, iPads, and watches. I'm a brand loyalist to the core but I refuse to reward your lack of customer care and loyalty with my hard earned money. read more

I went to this location recently and was really considering to potentially change my Cell service to this company but need to find a better local experience before I take that leap from Sprint where I have ben for a long time. I say this because they do not tell yo until they go to the door that They Are Not Open for Normal Business and while most of the local economy is trying to recover and be as normal as possible...they Will Not open their store for New Service and the person I met at the door on July 15th did not seem to care that I do not understand why they even have their door open...Just to turn Any and everyone away no matter what. I have been a Verizon customer for about 10 years and I love the service HOWEVER the local Verizon store on 441 in Wellington Florida needs to be shut down!! The customer service in there is a negative 100!! Every single time I have been in there it's either only two employees working or they never have any products. It's really frustrating! I walked in yesterday to try to add a line to my plan. They told me I could wait 30-45 mins but there was no guarantee I'd be able to be seen and suggested I make an appointment. They scheduled me for 10am today. I came and sat outside for 15 mins waiting for someone to open the store. When I walked up, there's a sign that says the store is temporarily closed?! Absolutely horrible service. I am disgusted and will NEVER become a Verizon customer thanks to this location. I showed up almost 2 hours before they closed and the doors were locked. I needed to make sure I have phone service for a work trip tomorrow and the manager came and laughed at me saying the store has "new hours today only" AND would be closed tomorrow. The store hours were on the door and this man completely refused me as a customer when the store should have been open for business. I was not the only one trying to get in. Thanks to Verizon's horrible service, I am now a happy T-Mobile customer. P.s. don't ever get verizon I used to collect debt for them and they are the absolute worst phone company in existence. VERY DISAPPOINTED, I upgraded my wife's phone on 12/07 to an IPhone 14 plus and was told there was a special promotion. I could get an Apple Watch for free. Long story short they never ordered my watch, even though on multiple times I reached out to them to check the status of my order. It wasn't until I called 611 that I was told this, and because more than 30 days passed I was no longer eligible for the Watch. I went back to the store to see if they could make their mistake right, and to add insult to injury they offered to sell me the watch that was supposed to be free. Even though I showed them multiple text messages between me and their sale associate (Chris) asking for the status of the watch he said I would receive, he never mentioned to me, that for what ever reason he didn't order the Watch. I'm a loyal customer, but this is terrible customer service, not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Just it's nothing we are willing to do about it attitude, so deal with it.STAY FAR AWAY, from this location and Verizon in general. read more

Let me start of by saying we showed up for upgrades and to purchase watches. We walk in and the store in packed, so we gave the lady in front our name and number - she said it'll be about an hour n half wait - so we left , picked up food to eat with my mother and head back when we got the call. 1 hr passed by, I just got home with the food and I got a call saying I'm next in line, so we drop the food off at the house and rush back to Verizon so we can be helped. We arrived and checked in , waited an hour and heard the lady at the counter call someone and tell them they're next in line... we've been next in line for 1 hour and the moment this lady walked in she got helped. Meanwhile, nobody helped us... we let the lady at the counter know and she said "I don't know why they would have called you" meanwhile it's another 20 minutes, and we got notified it'd be another 10 min. We left. If I could give them a zero and demand to talk to someone who knew what they were doing , I would... but then I'd be waiting .... read more

She also helps med find a coupon to help me save on the upgrade. This was a good customer service experience. One suggestion is to have someone stand upfront to get people signed in during busy periods. I think that was the confusing part when I first walked in. The service here is terrible. Doesn't even deserve 2 stars, but I'm not a mean person. We entered the store and signed in and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. One and a half hours later and finally we were seen. The person who walked in right before us was seen after 30 minutes with no appointment. Many others who came in just walked in and were helped. Three employees, including the manager, were walking around or behind the window, not helping anyone. They knew we wanted to find out about deals on a trade in on our phone. When we finally were called up we were told we would only get $42 for our phone. They could have told us that from the start and we wouldn't have wasted an hour and a half. First experience here, but been with Verizon for 7 years. The experience was great and was helped right away by Jeb who worked fast and efficiently. Good atmosphere in the store allowing for ease of shopping. The process of upgrading my phone was simple due to Jeb's expertise and Verizon's software. It's nice to walk into a store dealing with latest technology and still feel comfortable enough to not want to run out ASAP. I'm actually standing in the store right now and yes they closed at 8PM. Still have not been helped. Extremely poor customer service. Had to find someone to get my name on the list. Only two people helping customers. Several people who walked in after me were helped quickly, when I inquired why they were being helped first I was told the need different help than you do.
