But Romeo, co-owner of 911 Electrical Service showed up at 3:30 am & power was finally restored around 4 am - with a temporary fix & a promise to return to do a permanent fix. Today, Romeo returned, as promised, with help to fix things. They added a master switch for the whole house & replaced a few other parts. Now, everything is back to normal. There's a particular kind of stress that comes with handling things like this alone -- trusting that the people who show up to help are honest, asking the right questions while you're exhausted, and making decisions anyway. I am grateful for competent people who show up when it matters -- and for lights that turn back on.

The time it took to replace it was 35 minutes. The charge that I paid for this service was $275., an exorbitant amount by any standard. The average charge in Florida for a licensed electrician is between $100 and $150. per hour. I will not be using SunCoast Electric again.

Was told they will be there in 15 min it was dispatched wrong. They showed up at my neighbors and told him they want to replace GSCI with a regular outlet in the garage. Than says he doesn't have one and would need to go to Home Depot and leaves. I call in for ask if that's going to work and the person who answered was beyond rude and condescending. I asked to speak with a manager and he said "I am the manager, I'm the end all". I asked to speak with the owner and he responded "here was I'm going to do, I'm not going to do the job" , I responded "well I'm going to blast a review how unprofessional you are"... he then proceeded to to say I'm come to your house and kick me ass in front of my family.
