"AVOID KASPER ELECTRIC AT ALL COSTS!" This company is a nightmare--dishonest, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent. We hired them for an emergency electrical fix at Harbour View, which they resolved in ONE hour. We paid their steep emergency rate, no questions asked. Then their technician lingered for THREE extra hours messing with a non-emergency kitchen light we didn't even request. We still paid for it out of courtesy, and the technician confirmed payment was complete--twice! Suddenly, they demanded an extra $268 for 'material' that NEVER HAPPENED. Our records prove we paid for all billed time, plus material, but they don't care. Mona screamed at me over the phone, refused to let me speak to Justin or Cassie Kasper, and hung up. Justin ignored my email begging for a call to sort this out. Worse, they THREATENED to illegally charge an owner's credit card without permission--a total scam move. Kasper Electric preys on customers with fake charges, ignores evidence, and treats you like garbage when you call them out. We're reporting them to consumer protection agencies. Kasper is great at what they do, but check with other reliable electrical companies. What Kasper charges you $1500 for can be found for $500 to $700 elsewhere with all the guarantees you want. I'm a disabled vet & most companies offer a discount to us .. but Kasper doesn't. I think they got full of themselves and forgot what made them great .. their customer service & competitive pricing. read more

Kasper Electrical is great. I was able to make an appointment easily and the electrician (Adrian) arrived on time. He analyzed the problem with our landscape lighting and provided a fair estimate before completing the repair. Because of this good experience, we had Adrian return to replace faulty recessed ceiling lights and install a dimmer. We had Kasper electric install a generator that was purchased by us. After less than a year we had problems with our generator not functioning properly. At which time we call Kasper electric to come out to see what the problem was. They sent out their person a week later to look at the generator. We were told it seems to be a problem with the generator. Are you kidding me, we already knew there was a problem with the generator. The guy they sent said he did not have tools to repair generator. Also told us that because we purchased our own generator that we would have to call the Genetac Company. They charge us $178.50 for this service. So my point is to make you aware if you purchase a generator on your own and they install it do not call them. To save yourself some money if you have them install it don't waste your time calling Kasper to just look at it!! Call the generator company directly and they will recommend somebody that will come out to service your generator and do any repairs as necessary. I I feel that we were ripped off !!! my husband and I are senior citizens and what they've done is wrong. read more

Before he arrived, I received a text that he was on the way along with his picture and background information. The problem was diagnosed and resolved within 30 minutes for a very fair price. Asked them to come and give an estimate to install bathroom fans for two bathrooms. They changed $157 just to walk in the door for the estimate Then quoted over $3000! The technician did noot seem knowledgeable. I ended up using another company who charged much less and I am very happy WW-uitkering their work. I would not recommend Kasper electric at all. Friendly, on time, professional! A Kasper electrician just replaced a couple of faulty switches and the light connected with a fan chain. He also tightened a plug that worked off and on. Joe was fantastic, answered all my questions (without frustration), worked efficiently and with consideration for switch plate appearances. Called Kasper , person on phone was wonderful. Set appointment for next day 8am. Later that day 2pm , the electrician called and apologized for not being there at 8am, but he could come now, told him no, it is set for tomorrow at 8am. He said ok see you then. 8 am today came and he did not show up, I called at 9:15 they said sorry but he'll be there at 10am. He again did not show up.
