    Their service is always on and off... when I last called them to repair their internet service they sent a team that ran over my road sign. They backed up into it as they approached the internet box, broke it and dumped it by the house. I called Xfinity to report the incident and they took over two months to say i couldn't prove it was them since I didn't have a video. The people knew for a fact it was them with the pictures i provided but they nevertheless contested my word and did nothing to fix it.

    I've had Xfinity for over a year now and every single day, it disconnects for 5-60 seconds, multiple times a day. They sent technicians more than 10 times, changing cables, routers, etc. nothing worked. Their system has issues and they don't seem to care to fix it. The poor-quality connection has been extremely frustrating. I constantly get kicked out of meetings, streaming, and everything with internet. My smart devices connected to Apple Home constantly get disconnected, so every day we have issues with something not working. Every time I talk to customer service, they want to sell me phone plans, or upgrade my speed, and when I ask them to focus on my issue instead of selling me more services, they leave the chat and disconnect my internet for 20 minutes. I never hated a company as much as I hate Xfinity. I can't wait for Verizon to come to our building so I don't have to see Xfinity's name again.

    Months without usable service from xfinity...Run don't walk from this company.

This is a third party contracted through Dish to sell on their behalf, they are a small family-run company. If you have an issue with the products they are selling, complain to HQ. Now their service is also straightforward, you go in you come out. They are not going to hold your hand through the process. The equipment sells itself if you want your handheld to go through a bigger distributor. If you inherited equipment from a previous tenant, landlords problem. If a car is left on a property you inherited, do you call the manufacture to come and clean it up or the person that sold it to the previous tenant. Anyways, great people great service.

I rent and the landlord has asked me to remove it, even though the previous tenant is responsible for service I presume. I contacted DISH and was told they could do nothing about it by every person, and phone number I called. It gets me thinking that if you actually have DISH service you can probably expect the same terrible service. The retailer was very uncooperative and wanted to charge me a fee of $29.99 for its removal. They said they could "care less" about getting their equipment back. Well I suppose they also could "care less" about their customers as well. The customer service line including the supervisor was also very rude and even made a sassy remark. Jessica said "your not a customer so I don't give a damn." Her name is Jessica code 34Y. I pity anybody who ends up speaking to her. Clearly Dish network needs to invest in some employee training programs for customer service if they want to continue profiting. As for me I will remove it and trash it maybe uploading a hysterical video destroying the thing to youtube if time permits. As awful as everyone says Comcast is, I have never had any issues and only polite generous customer service. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for". I have seen the advertisements and cheap satellite = crappy customer service.

    I needed to return my security package because it is not compatible with my home. I called customer…read moreand was informed to just return the equipment and a credit of $211 would be credited to the acct. I asked if there is anything I should be aware of before going to the store, because I don't want to be told at the store I have to go thru customer service. I was informed that would not be the case. That was misinformation and I feel that he lied on purpose. Upon going to the store front I was informed they could only take one of the items and I must take the other two doorbells home. Stating they can't be returned and I must continue paying for something that's not compatible with my home. The employee was more concern with getting a bad review vs helping me out. I called the number that was provided. The employee immediately told me it was the wrong dept and she could not help. Employee was very short, rude, and sounded aggravated from the first moment in the conversation (never properly greeting me). She then told me she would transfer me and hung up on me. This is not a service that I pay for with a smile. As a new member I'm not feeling too secure in my choice of company. SN: I even added to my package prior to knowing that I was being bamboozled with a false promise regarding the equipment/credits . I may have to find another provider. This hasn't been a great experience.
