I never signed a contract or agreed to a contract. Now, since I have not paid that fee they sent the amount due to collections and it dropped my credit score by 38 points. This company takes advance of people. Has everyone else experienced this with Xfinity as I am considering speaking to an attorney regarding filling a class action lawsuit.

At that point, I decided to visit my local Breezeline store to see if getting a new modem would solve the problem. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Sonia. She took the time to actually listen to my concerns, understood what I was experiencing, and offered me another modem. What impressed me most was her knowledge and willingness to explain what was really going on. Sonia informed me that my condo association is in the process of upgrading to fiber, something I wasn't even aware of. She explained the process clearly, answered my questions, and even scheduled a technician to come to my condo tomorrow. I'll be honest--I haven't always been the biggest fan of Breezeline as my internet service provider. However, excellent employees like Sonia can make a huge difference in the customer experience. Her professionalism, expertise, patience, and willingness to help really stood out to me. Sonia, thank you for listening, educating me, and taking the initiative to get this issue moving in the right direction. Breezeline is fortunate to have someone like you representing the company. We were requested to provide a new email address during installation. When we went to our email for the first time there were already lengthy disturbingly pornographic emails in our yet to be used account. (we had not given our address to anyone). These hurtful disgusting emails came on a daily basis for our then young teen to stomach. I phoned to explain the situation and asked for the email address to be deleted and replaced because the one we had was unusable. The assistant said it could not be deleted because it was the primary account. We solved the issue by setting up sub-accounts and never did get to use our main account. A few years later we were purchasing another property and phoned to enquire if U-Verse was available there. After several days of phoning and being switched to different departments and left holding on for hours we were told no it was not available. I went into my account online which had a record of large bill payments paid consistently on time and messaged if U-verse was available there. They said yes. Apart from that the U-verse internet functioned well.

I came in with a phone that had a small crack in the front left corner, and a spider crack on the back. I needed it fixed simply for a trade in with my own cell phone service provider, who requires the phone to be in perfect working condition. Moe "claimed" that he repaired it by replacing the front and back of the phone. After waiting for 30 minutes, he handed me a completely different phone, stating that it was mine; he had just switched out the back to another color. I knew it was a lie, but I didn't feel like the hassle. After I left the store, I remembered that I had my old memory card left in my old phone, so I called him the next day to retrieve it. He goes and gets my old phone that he claimed he only replaced the body out on and hands it to me. It's bad enough that you try to get over on people, but don't be so stupid to realize that sometimes some of those people might be law enforcement or undercover officers. In my line of work, I a lot of shady people, so handling an unscrupulous person like this would not be hard to do. To top it off, he got smart and mad with me because I pulled his trick card.
