Update on my issue. I have one final payment left, and Verizon has yet to make any attempt to return the AirPods they owe me or issue a reimbursement. I'm left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Internet connection service is great......however..... online account management and customer service is a nightmare. Every month it takes apxt 1.5 -2 hours trying to access my account and customer service for support just to pay my bill !!!! So for that reason I have to give Verizon 1 star. read more

Poor service! I made an appointment and the Verizon Rep started my iPhone setup. But as he was about half way through my setup, he was pulled away to work with another customer. This left me waiting for an excessive period of time with no help - although I had an appointment. When I raised my concern with the Verizon person who pulled Verizon rep away to work with another customer, she appeared agitated. Worst experience with business ever. from the start my company has had problems with my services. They put all these credits like they are doing you a favor for their mess up but then two months later you are right back in the same position because they never fixed the problem which is their rates bouncing all over the place. I have had services since July 4th and my monthly rate has changed 3 times in 4 months. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. there is no accountability and the phone customer service representatives are programmed to blind transfer you so that it's not their problem. read more

There is an old saying that states "if an offer is too good to be true" it most likely is. Verizon Wireless is apparently running a promotion right now, at least that is what we were offered last Friday at the store on PGA Blvd, were they offer us a second line if you need it or not. We were encouraged to take it despite our response that we don't need it with the statement that it is free since the $10 cost is credited back to you against your phone charges. Once we got home I was still skeptical so I checked my next month's bill. To my shock the true cost of the second line is really $22 after taxes and surcharges before the $10 credit. Absolutely horrible experience with this store. Sold me a phone that had to be shipped. They never told me it required a signature so here I am a week and a half later, still no phone and no option to go pick it up from UPS. The employees here could care less about you. Well, let me start by saying we had visited the version store close to the Wellington mall- it was terrible - we ended up leaving because of the pisspoor service - neglect , and ignorance of the store employees. Now we visited this store. Mariann greeted us at the door , asked what we needed and we let her know. She helped us while the store was fairly busy. She was able to satisfy our request, assisted us with the purchase and got us out in a timely manner. She was extremely friendly and hospitable. She should be recognized for this. This is the worst store , I have not had "internet access. " or any type of data for 4 days now. talked to Apple they said it's a service issue . Verizon said I'm all good to go . Then go to this store and they say I have a serious glitch that no one can figure out . After 2 hours they still let me walk out with no fix no internet access . I can text call whatever but cannot do anything else and I'll hey told me they cannot take any charges off of my account for this issue so I am paying for text and call with an iPhone 12.... they said they can give me a 13 for $180 but no way am I giving this place money when they cannot fix an issue .... They refuse to give me another iPhone 12 and gave me 30 days of free WiFi but still no phone fix .. I am going back and taking my card off of file and going to a new company .... read more

Lasaun, the General Manager, helped my girlfriend and I, in such a quick and efficient manner swapping out a car changer for a wall charger. I ordered the car charger online from Verizon directly that was not the correct plug so he happily exchanged it for the correct galaxy plug! Very friendly team and all smiles in that store! If I could give no stars, I would. I walked into this Verizon store with my husband. I was looking to buy new phone and accessories. There were approx. 4 employees- but only one helping customers. It is Wednesday and the store is not busy- maybe three customers including ourselves. I mention I am there to buy a new phone and that I need to transfer information from my old phone. Immediately the song and dance of employees calling out so they are short staffed and are not doing transfers today -even though there are in total 4 employees and only 3 customers. My husband gets sees the BS and says they should do their job which includes customer service. I am quiet and thinking whether to continue- and as soon as they are told by my husband to do their job- the manager and 1 employee rudely turn their backs and walk away. I am surprised to say the least- and I say- you walked away from me so I will walk away from you and proceeded to leave the store. As we left the sadly lacking business skill manager says "Have a nice Day". I said nothing and walked out. I have owned and ran a NY business for nineteen years. They couldn't even turn their attention to the one, myself, who was quiet and actually looking to purchase- aw well as assessing whether to go further - and instead they walk away cause my husband told them they should do their job. The manager had no business skills and no idea how to handle customers. They don't even try- which is why Verizon should assess this store a- particularly the whatever skilless manager. There are real reasons why the reviews are so bad- your 5 star way overpowered by 1 star reviews. I advise people not to go to this West Palm Beach store. However- I did "have a nice day" as when we left we then went straight over to the Wellington Verizon store. The jury is still out about this Store's Rating. I asked to have a new SIM card for my phone after a third degree questioning about WHY I wanted a FREE SIM card, the guy finally agreed to get me one. Not sure WHY All the questions for a FREE Verizon SIM card replacement but it took awhile for him to go get me one. I will say this about this store, it is 10-stars ABOVE the one on Lake Worth Rd. & Jog Rd. Greenacres, Florida. Just went to the Verizon store for this W.P.B location and "Chase" was very helpful, I added another Star for Him being so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Chase, nice guy. read more

After multiple issues with Verizon customer service, I came into the store for help. If it weren't for Xander, one of the solutions mangers, I would no longer be a long time Verizon customer. The customer service I received here was exceptional! Xander did everything within his power to help me with my issue and I could not be more thankful. He truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! The staff at this locations is second to none. You can tell that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I have worked with Ben Ramirez several times and he has always gone above and beyond to assist me, even with the most basic questions. I had an appointment On 27 May as required at the Verizon store located at 2615 Okeechobee. My appt was at 12 and I arrived at 1150, stood outside and waited for my appt. As I waited one of the reps who appeared to be Hispanic took an inordinate amount of time assisting an old male customer standing outside who apparently had no appointment. I continued to wait without any acknowledgement till the rep finished assisting the elderly customer. I was finally asked by the this rep if I could be assisted. I stated I had a 1200 appointment. He asked me to wait and he would send someone to get me. A very sullen young white guy came to the door and instead of allowing me in questioned me about my issue as if he did not want me admitted. I asked him if I was going to be let in as I also needed accessories. He finally relented as He probably thought I would be making a purchase. I explained my problem and he was quick to say he could not help me and explained he didn't actually work there he was called in to help. This explained his cavalier attitude, he did not want to be there and obviously did not want to assist me. He also stated there were no accessories for my phone as it was too old. To get rid of me he went in the back and gave me a connective device that might help me transfer data from my old phone to the new one. He offered no advice as to where I may be able to have my old phone repaired, I had to ask. This rep exhibited the worse customer service I have ever received from Verizon. This experience was disturbing and disappointing as I have been a Verizon customer for more than 15 years. It was obvious that if I was not buying a new phone or service I was not welcome. Perhaps I was unfortunate to be served by the worst rep in the building. Whatever occurs with my phone in the future, I will never return to this store. read more

Took my Dad in to upgrade his iPhone and we were lucky enough to work with Isiah. He was incredibly helpful and patient. Helping us not just upgrade the phone but also get the monthly plan aligned with usage. Isiah has a wonderful demeanor, manners and was so respectful of my elderly father who is not a techie.
