As a Target fanatic (nope I won't boycott lol), I stopped in to grab a few personal and pet items. I was able to find 95% of what I was looking for, via signage or looking on the app for the location. Huge Target, big selection, tons of variety. Prices were moderate. They were remodeling the "feminine" aisle, so I had to go to Customer Service for help locating an item, a young gentleman helped me and even went to the back to look for the item I needed. Love the self checkout option, don't have to wait in super long lines. This location is huge with elevator and escalators. Covered parking garage. read more

I've shopped at Target weekly for over 15 years. This is the first time interacting with customer service. I received a Lego set that apperantly retails for $109 for Christmas. I was looking to exchange for something different since my Grandmother in Mich told me she purchased at Target. I was told that this was $9 over the no receipt limit and was denied. I asked to speak with the manager to try and find a solution. I was open to a credit, I was open to them giving me $9 less. I was told by this manager that the new manager Ashley does not allow for ANY exceptions. I was given no options, no attempt for satisfaction. Just blame given towards the GM Ashley. This is my favorite Target of the 3 I associate with out here. This one is the closest to my apartment and the ease of pick up, never had any issues. That's literally 90% of my interaction with this store. I've ventured in it, maybe 5 times since July! I like the covered parking though it's hard to find a spot sometimes. Walking up, you take the stairs or escalator to the actual store. It's a regular Target, nothing special. I do complain the few times I've been in there, the wait was always long, crazy long. The last time I went inside a few weeks ago, I looked at the bullseye section and was about to proceed to continue shopping and saw that self checkout was the only thing available and the line was bent and around the corner. I walked my ssa right out of there! I've had to wait for quite a while sometimes in the pickup but overall, it's not that bad and the workers are typically pleasant and just focused on doing their jobs! read more

This target is a shame. It's the only one around for many miles and they are busy. Well they have one cashier on rush hour, no manager until 1pm and the AC is off. For pick up online orders I waited forever, very very slow. Choose shipping if you want to get something online. This establishment was extremely clean and organized. I absolutely loved how their website linked their products along with the aisle that they may be found. We found this family inflatable pool in isle E43 for only $34.00. This pool was sold out in all Walmart's in both Florida and Alabama. So excited that target came through for me. read more

I spend a ridiculous amount of time at this Target due to the convenience of the location and the wide variety of fantastic clearance items. In addition to the joy of scoring major deals, I find this location to be clean and well organized. Not to mention, they have a Starbucks along with a café. This is most helpful if one needs to refuel. I regularly fill prescriptions here and the pharmacists are both friendly and eager to answer questions when applicable. The grocery section is limited in comparison to a super store; however, it's large enough to accommodate most of my needs. I frequently visit the home section, accessories and the women's clothing department. I like them all! Their children's section offers some really cute apparel so I highly recommend to anyone with young children. #Targetstyle Finally, I love the ability to save money at Target. Cartwheel, coupons and RED card discounts allow for great savings opportunities! Not to mention, one can save $.05 for each recyclable bag used. As one can probably tell, I'm definitely #TeamTarget. Wow. This is not a typical Target. First off, the parking lot and parking garage are on the ground floor and the store sits on the footprint of the garage. Garage parking is free but it is a crazy place. Picture a free for all and people in a hurry. Getting in is tricky, walking to the lobby doors is dangerous and cars don't stop in the crosswalk for pedestrians. I made it into the store safely to begin my shopping experience. The lobby area has up and down escalators, elevators, shopping carts and a view of the coffee cafe upstairs. In between the down escalator is a down conveyor system of shopping carts after the checkout from upstairs. Upstairs the store seems very large as it also has groceries. I did not think they had the selection or variety of a super target that I was used to. There were virtually no clearance racks and things that I had seen on clearance at other Targets was not on clearance at this location. I guess it must be the location and the clientele. I thought the store was very clean and organized. The staff was very nice. I had a return to do and the clerk named Joyce was very nice and quick. I got everything I needed and made it back to my car and out of the garage all in one piece! It was a good trip. read more

Update: This is the WORST Target in South Florida. Corporate start paying attention. I thought it would been Miami no, it's always something with this location. Things at this location have not changed at all. I have not seen ONE manager on the floor everytime I come. Just Walmart vibes all over. Find out yourself. The associates seem to be running the store with fine job they are the backbone of the store. Work them young folk like dogs and they will for sure leave! But Target y'all need to get this location in line - Managers put a security employee outside controlling that parking lot. I seen someone hit someone's car and act like they didn't. And way more. The scan and go needs to be a thing here. You scan the item and when you're done shopping you click check out and pay on your phone so you don't have to wait in that ridiculous line. You pick up and still have to wait. Don't waste too much of your time in here you will always leave frustrated just like everyone else look at their faces! read more

I have no idea what's been going on with target. They used to be the fastest serving department store but since they cut everybody's work hours there's nobody to help in the check out lines. It's very ghetto and unsatisfying. All the changes they're making is horrible and they really need to reconsider upping peoples hours so things can run smoothly. Clean store, terrible customer service. I lost my car keys and came in to an extremely long line at both the guest service and the register. We kindly asked another employee who was walking around if she could take a quick peek because the guest services lady was super busy. This employee replied "no, I'm busy too." All we needed was for her to take a quick look. My keys were sitting behind the desk. It would've taken two seconds to ask me a description and then hand them to me. The check out lines are super long with no direction on which line is for which register. Just all around rude employees. Also, I called three times and my phone was ringing for 5 minutes each time while I was driving back. Never got an answer. read more

This place is horrendous. They had me sitting in the pickup slot for over 15 mins and then when I tried to call customer service they just kept hanging up on me, and as though that weren't enough, the order then magically cancelled itself. I even redeemed a gift card on the order and it was just missing altogether after the store CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Consent is sexy; this store, most definitely, is not. read more

Target is evil for making their baristsas work for Starbucks and if you tip them / Target takes that money. Target is paying it's employees $15 but they are intentionally understaffed now. Yes, it is just another Target but wait, there are some cheap thrills here. They seem to have pretty good stock on there grocery lines and every time I have been here the lines to pay are never more than three deep. The two story building has a parking garage on the ground floor. You can choose to get your steps in or take the elevator. It is always fun to see your cart take the escalator on it's own and you retrieve it at the bottom before exiting the store. We picked up some Canyon Bakehouse 7-grain, gluten free bread which turned out to be delicious! A big bag full of cuties and a bag full of Honey crisp apples, some frozen edamame and some Horizon's string cheese. We also picked out a rice cooker/steamer for my daughter. College cafeteria's have much to be desired after a while. We did pick up a few instant miso soups but none the oodles of noodles stuff. Overall this Target is convenient and has descent prices. I like that I save 5% everyday as I am up there visiting often. I will be back for more snack stuff for the dorm room in the future. It sure beats lugging everything up from Broward. read more

I hate Walmart more than life but I'm going there now. Very weird experience. Security guard was flirting with associates in self checkout. I asked for help - told me it wasn't his job it was the girls. That's when I figured out he was a security guard. He just stood there staring. As I was leaving I told him he could have handled it better. He followed me outside to my car!!! Scared the crap out of me. Plus he had a man bun! I almost called 911. I am extremely disappointed Target. Your security guard literally man-handled a senior citizen for not having a face mask. Meanwhile, half of your employees were not properly wearing face masks, with their noses completely exposed. In addition, multiple patrons were not even wearing face masks; maybe they took them off as soon as they were beyond the entrance and security guard. When I used to live in the WPB area, this was the Target to shop. Way back when, it was remodeled into a two story Target-- covered parking is pretty much the highlight of the downstairs area. We stopped in for the Christmas tree and of course--you can't leave Target without stopping by those brightly colored Clearance signs. The store has a relatively large and well-laid out grocery section. The seasonal items are placed towards the back of the store in a large display. Head there for reasonably priced Christmas trees, menorahs, back to school items, and all other major occurrences. read more

Visited on Tue. 7/17/18. Seemed like the entire crew was on a mission to greet every single person- I was asked if I needed help by at least 15 different people in the 45min I was there. Very nice and helpful but almost a little overboard. When I went to try on some clothes, I asked how many I can bring in and the girl said they were trying something new - more boutique-like service so no limit. Might explain the leveled-up service. Lots of little training huddles (I think that's what they called them) - it's nice to see professional development in action. One weird thing - I chose to get in a check out line (instead of going to the self check out). A girl who was directing customers in this area gave me a "look" for choosing this. I had a massive cart full of items and didn't want to run it through myself. I told her I wanted to wait also to have time to go through my. Cartwheel App. Then when she had someone open up a new register for me, I felt bad but told her again that I would rather wait in line because I was setting up my Cartwheel. She gave me a weird look that was offputting and just didn't feel good. I know it's not the norm to WANT to wait in line but that day I just preferred it and was annoyed since I already told her. I'd give it 4.5 stars. It really did put me in a happy mood to be greeted with a good morning. Minus half a star only because it was a little overwhelming and annoying to be asked "you still ok?" by the SAME associate at least 4 times. We enjoy our shopping experience her at target. The parking garage is on the ground floor, so you never have to park in the sun during the hot summer season. The check out lines are always attended by someone. You rarely have to wait in line, plus they have since added self checkout lanes. A favorite of mines of this store is they have a Starbucks located inside the store. Now, depending on the day Starbucks can be a place of wait. The barista tries to keep up with the coffee orders, but the small space is only intended for one person to man. read more

Girl named Lindsay , but she had a "Lilly" name tag on, she made sure to tell me her real name is Lindsay because she can't find her name tag, was so RUDE!!! After leaving the West Palm Beach outlet mall, I went across the street to Target. Once I purchased my hair product, and a few other incidentals, I thought I'd visit the grocery section for some fresh fruit to take back to the hotel. This review is specifically for the food section at this target location. I know you can't expect much in terms of quality but I was blown away by how bad the experience was. First, we tried the Pizza Hut and they were out of pizza and breadsticks at 4pm. So I ordered the pasta and it was undercooked in some sections and burnt in other sections. I returned it and moved over to the Starbucks instead. Got a simple pre packaged snack. I noticed the expiration label was handwritten and sat on top of another label, I peeled it off to see the old expiration label dated 3 weeks earlier. I guess it's ok for them to just put new handwritten stickers on food and it passes health inspection? Or maybe they just haven't had a health inspector since 2014 so they have become lazy. I would recommend no one eats any food there since you can never be sure what's been sitting around. read more

I'm a regular Target shopper. The lines are never too long. The stores are clean (including the bathrooms, I have a thing for bathrooms). Well-lit, good selection, friendly staff, etc... This particular Target is no different. I often run-in before work or during my lunch to buy things we need at home. I have never had any problems at this store. This store is upstairs. The ground floor is for parking. Pretty cool to have covered parking since it rains so often in Florida. No umbrella required. What can I say, I'm a sucker for Target. :) read more

From the looks of it this is just your standard Target. But what this one sets different with every single Target around here is that the Target department store is on the second floor, while on the first floor is the garage/parking. So with parking being downstairs, you would think that it would be packed with cars, but its not there are many parking spots available. You can either you the elevator, escalator, and if you have a cart. You can put that on its own shopping cart escalator. As excepted, Target is clean and staff are always friendly. read more

This target is huge! I was just searching for a target to grab some extra socks and was shocked upon driving into the large parking lot located under the building. This place is the size of many Wal-Marts I have been to, but it is organized and clean. The cashier laughed and made jokes at checkout, so it was a very pleasurable Target experience. read more
