When he was ready to put money down, my son brought me with him to CMG and a different gentleman helped us but again treated us with the same respect, interest and care. The salesman was young himself so he even offered style and sizing suggestions for my son, which as a single Mom, I really appreciated. We could also see that they created beautiful, high quality chains at a fair price and we were comfortable we were making the right choice on this high ticket item. After putting money down, my son's chain was ready sooner than promised --about a week after we put the deposit down--and the quality was top notch. He loves it and I think it looks great on him.
