I found a new provider and will go elsewhere. I'm proud to be an American and I have no problem supporting my country while T-Mobile offers bots and basically no service options!

While setting up my new phone, two employees, both young adult, were speaking a foreign language to each other, ignoring me, and acting as if they were doing their own thing rather than helping a customer. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the process. They were BOTH on Snapchat at one point while I waited for their service. Unacceptable. Because of their lack of communication, my phone was set up incorrectly and even shut off during this week. This was unacceptable and avoidable if they had shown basic courtesy and focus. The manager of this location needs to address this immediately. These employees clearly do not care about the customer experience or the way they represent AT&T as a company.
