To my surprise and disappointment, the Apple Store was no longer stocking either for my model, an Xs Max. Immediately outside the store was a kiosk selling all sorts of accessories for numerous brands of mobile phones. While I was looking for a black or gray phone case, which they did not have, I settled for a blue one. The rep, whose name was Chilli, expertly removed my damaged screen protector, cleaned the screen, and placed a tempered glass protector. He did the same for the case protector. I was done in less than 5 minutes, mission accomplished. Highly recommend this as an alternative to Apple Store for your Apple compatible accessories.

I brought my PlayStation in for repair and got it back in worse condition than when I dropped it…read moreoff. It was clearly taken apart in an attempt to fix it, then labeled "unfixable" or too expensive to do so--but instead of reassembling it properly, they returned it missing screws and without the internal factory cover. This is completely unacceptable. It's not your decision whether something is "worth fixing"--your job is to either repair it or return it exactly as it was given. What I received back was careless, incomplete, and honestly a mess. I ended up ordering the parts myself to try to fix it, and that's when I saw just how poorly it had been handled. This level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I would not trust them with any device.

Ended up getting two back to back bills for 160.00 and have no idea how they generated hundreds of dollars of extra charges etc and now threatening with non payment for collections. I have had AT & T play billing games before and they are the king of tack on charges and smoke and mirror games. Hence the reason, so many customers go to online sources for mobile phones.

Finally, one of the guys ahead of me asked a question and the verizon employee complained that he is working on his day off and he shouldn't even be there. Didn't even answer the guy's question. Nobody looked like they were in any hurry to take care of customers. The only guy actually serving customers was on the phone with other verizon employees getting help that he needed to help him support the customer that was sitting at his desk. So now I have to call Verizon again (had already called and they told me I could fix my plan in the store...). Rep was nice enough but told me that syncing my info to my phone was in-process when I left, everything was being downloaded from the cloud. When I got home a few hours later, none of that had happened and I spent the next few hours sorting it out. Also, none of their accessories were genuine Apple accessories, so I ended up going straight to the Apple store anyway. Either find a real Verizon store or get your phone straight from Apple to save the hassle.

I had a new phone and plan within an hour. The assistant manager helped me transfer everything from the iCloud and was on my way with no issue! Upon arriving at this T-Mobile store, I was greeted by Jose immediately. My saleswoman, Emily went above and beyond to help my Verizon Wireless mess. She didn't rush me and explained everything so I felt comfortable to get a phone at this store. Not only did Emily help me, but JP the manager as well. This is the first time I didn't feel stressed out by what I was being told. In fact the other workers, Victor too was, so polite. I've worked retail and wholesale and this store has by far the best team that I feel gave me the best experience I've ever had with a phone carrier. I'm in my late 50's so I've had many a phone and many different carriers. I had to change my credit card to pay my monthly bill on time and I was on hold for 20 minutes on the second call and trying to communicate with multiple bots. The first call never answered and disconnected. The company relies on off-shore people to answer the phone. That means lower prices (perhaps) but that no Americans can have jobs. I found a new provider and will go elsewhere. I'm proud to be an American and I have no problem supporting my country while T-Mobile offers bots and basically no service options!
