I did not go to a store and want to report the horrible T-Mobile service online. Online you get no help. I had to change my credit card to pay my monthly bill on time and I was on hold for 20 minutes on the second call and trying to communicate with multiple bots. The first call never answered and disconnected. The company relies on off-shore people to answer the phone. That means lower prices (perhaps) but that no Americans can have jobs. I found a new provider and will go elsewhere. I'm proud to be an American and I have no problem supporting my country while T-Mobile offers bots and basically no service options! read more

I've been in the luxury jewelry business in NYC for 30+ yrs, so I've always had to provide the best customer service experience. New Yorkers are by far the hardest people to please. Upon arriving at this T-Mobile store, I was greeted by Jose immediately. My saleswoman, Emily went above and beyond to help my Verizon Wireless mess. She didn't rush me and explained everything so I felt comfortable to get a phone at this store. Not only did Emily help me, but JP the manager as well. This is the first time I didn't feel stressed out by what I was being told. In fact the other workers, Victor too was, so polite. I've worked retail and wholesale and this store has by far the best team that I feel gave me the best experience I've ever had with a phone carrier. I'm in my late 50's so I've had many a phone and many different carriers. I went here to get my "Tuesday" reward. It's always odd how things are done here. There's no sign up sheet- you just at you're here and they say ok. I was going to leave because I wasn't sure someone was actually going to help em. So I gave myself a time frame to work with and just when I was about to leave- they took me. I went to T-Mobile the other day to switch my internet service to them. Once again, Obi was there and he was able to help me. With less and less expert instructions from Carl, Obi was able to switch my service and set up the new Modem. All I did was plug it in when I got home. Easy Peasy!!!! These guys are great! Update: I visited recently (4/2024) and met Sway. Knowledgeable and very polite. I appreciated Sway's professionalism and laid back demeanor. He knows the product. Because so, I was confident with my decision! AND .... John, another salesman that I was very impressed with as well. Although John didn't assist me, I did notice his AMAZING tolerance with two VERY difficult customers (I visited 2 consecutive days). Holleeeee-cow! Had the best ever customer service with any company I've ever had to call! I had an outstanding issue of 3 years just solved.It was concerning my monthly bill.A few years I was told I could not get reimbursed for what I thought was a bad deal for me when T-Mobile took over Sprint. Most of my calls were frustrating and went nowhere. I finally just gave up and accepted it until today when I had a text from T-Mobile got a possible hack into my account . The lady I spoke to verified my account and summary everything was fine and did I have any other questions. I did I bought up the incident from 3 years ago about the bill and then I felt I was being overcharged. She really cared about what I saying she's I'm going to work it on for you I was like really!! She was yes we want our customers to be happy and we want them to stay with us Make a long story short supervisor also call me I explained to him what happened and they actually gave me money back and lowered my bill to what it was when I was with Sprint never thought that could ever happen!! T-Mobile must have rebound their entire customer service model they really really try hard to keep their customers happy these days.They really want to work with you on plans and fees etc I certainly would recommend them after having this satisfying resolution to my problem. read more

Come to buy a phone. It was a lot of people waiting and just 4 attendants very lazy and rude. I waited for about an hour and they don't want to help me because my last name was different on the system. They made it a huge problem. Any information I provided wasn't enough to certificate that I was the head of the account. They called the manager and she was also very rude and keep yelling at the store repeating the same thing over and over. "It's the rules!"... So I came home and I did online without proof of ID. Super job all around by the staff at this place. Very informative, they may great recommendations and were easy to work with. Josh & Darron were the people we dealt with primarily. We even had an issue with one of our phones (A malfunctioning iPhone) and they were quick to remedy everything and swap it all out. I was having a problem with my phone for 3 days. Not being familiar with the Apple processor I really didn t know how to troubleshoot the issue. Thought for sure I was going to be spending the day at the Apple Store. Walked in and after only a few minutes, Karen took a look and listen. She reset the phone and fixed the issue!! I thought I was going to be out hundreds of dollars on a new phone and hours either connecting or reconnecting but it was only minutes and cost nothing. Literally THE best customer service experience I've ever had. I walked in ready to break up with AT&T after nearly five years of overpaying for my cell phone plan. $110 a month for one person? I'm so grateful that I chose to come to this location, which is nicely located right off of Federal in Delray Beach. Serge assisted me and really took the time to listen to what I wanted and what I didn't when it came to choosing a phone. I ended up with the Samsung Galaxy s5 in Rose Gold and am in love with it. After being an owner of an iPhone 4G for over 2 years, it was surprisingly a seamless transition. Now, I not only cut my monthly bill by 30%, but I actually understand how my plan works AND I love my device. Win. Win. Win. Can't believe this place has 5 stars for customer service! Walked in and the guy working (tall, male, in a cast, on scooter) looked my mother and I straight in the eye and did not say a word. We proceeded to look around because she wanted a new phone, I guess he didn't take us too seriously because of how casual we were dressed and the color of our skin. There was only one other customer in the store, it was not busy at all. Stayed in the store for a good 10 minutes and still not a peep out of him. I said hello and he said nothing so we walked out and decided to go to another location where we were actually acknowledged and treated like human beings. Ahmed was thorough with explanations, switched my phone over without a glitch, helped me with becoming a family plan account and also helped put my daughter on the plan--and she's residing in San Francisco. Ahmed is courteous, thoughtful, intelligent and a true professional. Yes, it takes time to change plans, add phones, deal with kinks in the system, but well worth the wait! We went in and purchased a phone it took another hour to be out of the store simply to get the number changed. Steve,then told us we could handle it ourselves. I was told that I qualify for free phone and I will receive a pre-paid mastercard. I was lied and free phone was not approved by T-mobile. Noticed few months later that I was billed for the phone. Check and check what is told to you. I trusted that T-mobile staff knows what they are selling. Guess they wanted the sale so bad that they had to present incorrect info. T-mobile is not refunfing for the months paid, even though, they see where to ohone was promised. Avoid this store. read more
