Targets customer service has continued to drop over the years, but this specific location is very rough. "T" was extremely rude and insensitive. She acted as though since I had a return with no receipt that I was a thief even after explaining to her they were gifts and I unfortunately wasn't given a gift receipt. It's sad because this is the closest location to my house so I generally go to it. T also instead of scanning my ID on the phone, had me drive all the way back home to pick up my ID on Mother's Day to bring it back to do a return. I understand it's their policy but at the same time I also know most places would still take care of their customers especially since I had front and back pictures of my ID that we could've used instead. Overall I'm not even mad about the drive since I'm around 6 minutes away, it's mainly how she conducted herself and acted as if I was a problem when I spend hundreds of dollars every month at their location. Just disappointed all around. I attached a picture of my receipt- although the cashier who assisted me when I came back was a different person and she was much more friendly and pleasant. I'm a Target shopper -- and a Target circle member -- so I do enjoy the extra 5 percent off all purchases and the special perks. We were going to another store in the area (Christmas shopping still) and stopped here. The store is huge and immaculate. It felt fairly new, as well. While here, we went through their grocery section and found a number of food items on my shopping list, as well. But the real reason we came was because they had a discount offer on buying Target gift cards. These are always good gifts and stocking stuffers. Plus we saved 10 percent on the face value of each one. We got some excellent customer service here, as well. I was looking for a storage bin to help organize part of the garage. I found the perfect size, but couldn't find a matching lid. The guy was nice enough to search through the back room and found one that fit. Woohoo. This Target has recently underwent a tremendous renovation. They now even have an Ulta beauty inside of the store. Huge selection of items range from outdoor decor, deodorant, shampoo, lipstick, auto needs you name it, they have it. They have 2 large self check out areas - one on each side of the store by each entrance and exit - easily marked aisles. Clean and neat aisles. They have an app that will tell you exactly what aisle something is in, if you have the app you get additional coupons added on to their competitive pricing. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is the lack of human cashiers and the fact that the last 2 times I asked an employee where something was they told me they did not carry it, but I was able to find it when I went to the general area of the item I was looking for. So they could train their employees better on that, but other than that I can not see what not to like. read more

I really don't enjoy leaving reviews like this, but I have to be honest. I.am.annoyed. I came to this Target for two iced matcha drinks, and I'm honestly so disappointed. The barista seemed unsure of how to make the drink--she mixed matcha powder with coffee and was reading from a paper the whole time. After I mentioned it wasn't right, she remade it the exact same way. I also asked for two extra pumps of vanilla, but that didn't happen. As pictured, both drinks aren't green as it should be it has a brown tint to it because the coffee was added. It took almost 20 minutes to make these drinks, however my sister ended up keeping hers, but I couldn't even drink mine. Needs more training, for sure. read more

I've been coming to this Target for a long time, and I've always been satisfied with their products, service and overall atmosphere. However, this time was different. At the self checkout, I realized my phone was nowhere to be found. I use my phone for just about everything, including work and simply paying for things. There's a point to what I'm saying, and I'll try to use brevity as best I can. I traced my steps numerous times, but no luck. Ultimately, losing my phone, or it being stolen was my fault, as I put it in the cart while shopping. I finally asked for help, and I knew they wouldn't really do their best! Mediocrity can be extremely frustrating! Resigning myself to the situation, I see the manager approaching with a kind smile letting me know she's contacting someone in the Electronics section and advised her of the situation. Unique, in Electronics, suggested we trace my steps again while she calls my phone. As she was about to make the first call, Unique sees a random unattended cart with a phone in it and asks, "Would this be it?" apparently, as I was doing my shopping, I turned around took a few steps from the cart and pick something up from the shelf and put it right back in the cart. Only, it wasn't the same cart as the one that had my phone it. I was more than simply relieved. The employees at this Target went the extra mile with kindness and efficiency for their customer. I was so caught up in a stressed moment that I didn't see their commitment to value their customers. I hope I get the name correct of the lady at checkout section who initiated the call to the manager: Amy (Maybe Ashley?)- Thank you! Unique in Electronics- Thank you! The store is currently finishing up a renovation and things are looking really nice and updated. Including two large sections for self checkout. There is a Starbucks inside which is also an added plus. Anytime I've done a curbside pickup, they have alway been quick to bring it out as well. read more

One of the best things I like about the store is the self checkout option. It's very convenient and there's never a long line to checkout. There are so many sections to select from including clothing, self care essentials, pets, groceries etc and the prices aren't too bad either. This Target is terrible. I couldn't find the drive up so I went to the front entrance where there was an employee by the carts. I kindly said excuse me and asked him where the drive up is and he ignored me. I repeated myself several times and he kept ignoring me... not sure why considering I was right by him and even spoke louder in case he couldn't hear me the first time. I then walked outside to an employee and she told me it's on the side of the building which was quite odd. I would have never guessed that as it seems to be where you'd expect a loading dock. Once I found it and parked, the employee that came by seemed irritated to bring the items out to me. I love Target, but I'd never come back to this location. read more

After the recent store "upgrade" the only way to check out is to use self-checkout. I am not paid or receive anything to weigh and check out my own already overpriced items and groceries! Today I finally had enough and I walked up to customer service counter where 3 young women were chatting and requested that they send a cashier to one of the many empty counters. They refused. I then asked them to check me out. They only were willing to check out 5 items. I left the rest in the cart and vowed never to return to any of the Target stores again. I have 3 girls who used to go to Target for their makeup, while they shopped I typically bought groceries, clothes, etc. and would spend about $1,500 a month at Target. No more! I don't know what changed but there are now next to no clothes in this store made for normal sized people. All clothing is made for overweight people. There are two shelves left in the whole store with any normal sized clothing, and those shirts are either all XXL or made like crap, show your whole chest off, etc. Target used to have a wonderful selection of basic clothing items and now there is nothing for normal people. They never have more than one regular register open, either. I am always waiting in a long line for self checkout, as the line for a regular checkout would have me there all day waiting. Everything good and decent about Target has been removed and thrown away. The service is bad, the clothing is trashy fast fashion, and the workers are always in a bad mood. I have been going to this Target Almost 10 years . While nothing stood out I did like the clean store . Generally they have very few meat selections as well as very few vegetable selection. Many times they are out of Fish like salmon as well . Seems they carry only stuff that is convenient to Target stores and not so much customer . My worst experience came on August 16 2021 . I purchased a $100 Apple gift card . Just 5 minutes later in my car at Target parking lot I tried to use the card and it had alreday been redeemed . I was shocked . I asked the store to investigate but 4 days later between them and Apple I got no where . I lost my $100 . So buyer be ware ; do not buy gift card from this store or if you do be prepared to loose the value of the gift card . I will never purchase a gift card from this store . read more

I was treated like a thief for returning pants my parents sent me from target.com without having a receipt. I know I should have just reached out to my parents so they could have forwarded me the receipt but to be treated poorly for doing a return makes no sense. This location is just so so. It's not as organized as other Target stores I have been to in Palm Beach County. Also the employees are few and I think they just don't care about the appearance of how things look in their aisles. Some aisles were half empty or disorganized. I went in the middle of the day on a weekday so I think that shouldn't have been the case. Since most stores stock at night or in the early morning. They have Starbucks inside so that's a nice treat after shopping. I do like the self check out counters since it eliminates the time of waiting in line further more. I went to get some accessories for a party, half the things I did not find here and I really wish I had ordered online in the Target Website before or bought at a different location. This location is a notch above the rest! I drive an additional 12 miles to make special visits to this location. It's everything that we as consumers and people of sound mind love about Target. I consistently find marked down clothing, handbags, jewelry and other odds and ends that I had no idea I actually needed until that moment in the aisle staring into the bright red Clearance stickers! It is both clean and organized. If you do need assistance, service is readily available and advice even at times given. The quality and variety makes it stand out in ways that some other Targets and their un-worthy competitors should take note. I have found their extensive merchandise variety to make the extra commute to this location more than worthwhile! read more

I love my Super T. But be aware of the fried chicken. Got it today and it made me want to get on Yelp to say. Shame on you Deli. We have got the fried chicken in the past and it was always good. Today OMG!!! It was way over cooked. White meat was so dry had to take a sup of water each time to get it down. Got a wing and the meat was gone. Needless to say had to throw it away. The target on Lantana and 441 is by far the worst target in the area. Pick up order? Over three hours to get eight items. Constantly out of stock on the majority of things you would want or need. Do you want to return something? Don't worry they'll find a way to steal five dollars from you, like they did me; with horrible return policies... and when I asked to speak with the manager she was the manager and she just doesn't give a s***. I love Target, I spend money here every week at this location and get everything from toys, to clothes, and groceries. Well, I recently had a baby shower for my preemie baby who was kept in the NICU for a month. My friends bought me diapers to help me with the cost that a new baby brings. However, they bought me too many of the same size diapers and when I asked where they had purchased them from, they told me Target. My friends live quite a distance from me and did not keep the receipts from their diaper purchases. I had three boxes of diapers that I brought to this location to either return or exchange for a different size. I really wish I would have gotten the name of the unhelpful and rude woman who was at the "Customer Service" counter. I asked to return the diapers after she confirmed that they were purchased from Target. She told me that without a receipt, I could only get a portion of the price back. I asked her what that consisted of, she rolled her eyes and told me that I could get $16.99 back for a $40 box of diapers?!? She kept repeating that this is Target policy. Ok, I ask if I can just trade for a different size, she says, "it depends on who is working the counter that day" and then told me she couldn't do anything today!! I asked for the 1-800 number for Target and she begrudgingly wrote it down for me while whispering under her breath to her coworker. When I called the 1-800, the first man who tried to help me had no idea how to do his job. The second man said he would call that Target where I was and work something out with the manager and call me back... never received a call back. I had a c-section and had my toddler in tow, if I would have known how unhelpful and ridiculous these policies and the "customer service" desk were, I would have just stayed home. I ended up going across town to Walmart and they exchanged the diapers no questions asked. The woman who helped us there was nice, helpful, and made friends with my toddler by giving her stickers and talking to her about her new baby sister. Never did I think I'd see the day when Walmart had better service and cared more about their customers than Target!?! I don't even shop at Walmart, but I think they've just gained a customer. Buyer also beware- Target will only let you return up to $75 worth of merchandise a year.. God forbid I would have received a stroller purchased in cash with no receipt and tried to exchange or return it, I would have completely out of luck. read more

This target is good. Not great but pretty good. I use curbside quite often here and they are always very fast. The store is usually stocked very rarely do I find them out of a thing I'm looking for. However as mentioned someone previously almost a year ago, I still agree to their comment. This target or target in general needs to step up their produce and meats section. I've been to targets in Delray Beach and I've seen more options and better. I just thinking they need some revamping and also making sure it's fresh. I get my fish at Walmart but if target had a better selection or more appetizing it would be different. read more

Whenever I am visiting relatives in this area of Florida I shop at this Target. They have a great selection of food especially frozen foods and juices. I can't say much about the clothing though. When I shop at Targets in NY and NJ I always find something cute in the clothing section, even if it is just a cute pajama set or a tee shirt. This never happens at this Target though. I will say that all the sales people I have encountered there have been polite, friendly and helpful. read more

This Target is a ghost-town. The surrounding area is sparsely populated so nobody comes here. I have never been in the store and seen more than a dozen people. In fact, I think the employees always outnumber the customers. Stuff is never out on the shelf. It still takes a good amount of time to check out though. They probably need to understaff to cut the money they are hemorrhaging. Best Target I've ever been to in terms of shopping experience. Corona compliance is required it but not enforced. Plenty of shoppers without masks....however sign on door reads mask WEAR a MASK. Also a shopper or 2 with their dogs in the shopping carts. These are not service dogs...they have the bull soup tag but the shopper should know better. We place food in these carts. It's a nice store. I frequent this store. Usually a great experience, however today I picked out a couple of toys for the kids went to 3 registers and was ultimately told I can't buy them. Why? This is my favorite Target in the area because it's always neat and orderly. They are huge, with a pretty decent bakery and deli. The best part overall, though, is that it never seems to be crowded. No matter when I go, it is easy to park and I don't have to jockey for position in the aisles. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful, the dollar aisle is great. read more

There are always long lines. Self service is fantastic until you add wine to your list (can't buy alcohol in self service line). Management takes too long to see there is an issue with the customers standing in line to open more. Hopefully they can get it back together before the holiday shopping gets crazy. read more

I have to say...I love Target. Three days ago, i dropped off some perscriptions at the pharmacy. While waiting for them to get filled, I purchased about a dozen items like razor blades, makeup, graduation cards, mouthwash, etc. When I came home, I couldn't find the razor blades or the mouthwash. Three days later, I realized I left one of the bags at the Target store. I went in without a receipt (thrown out three days ago) and they were able to look up the purchases on my card, then they found a receipt at Customer Service showing items left at checkout and gave me a gift receipt for the value of the items which i paid for but left behind. It took about 5 minutes! Easy peasy. read more
