I really don't enjoy leaving reviews like this, but I have to be honest. I.am.annoyed. I came to this Target for two iced matcha drinks, and I'm honestly so disappointed. The barista seemed unsure of how to make the drink--she mixed matcha powder with coffee and was reading from a paper the whole time. After I mentioned it wasn't right, she remade it the exact same way. I also asked for two extra pumps of vanilla, but that didn't happen. As pictured, both drinks aren't green as it should be it has a brown tint to it because the coffee was added. It took almost 20 minutes to make these drinks, however my sister ended up keeping hers, but I couldn't even drink mine. Needs more training, for sure.

I've been coming to this Target for a long time, and I've always been satisfied with their products, service and overall atmosphere. However, this time was different. At the self checkout, I realized my phone was nowhere to be found. I use my phone for just about everything, including work and simply paying for things. There's a point to what I'm saying, and I'll try to use brevity as best I can. I traced my steps numerous times, but no luck. Ultimately, losing my phone, or it being stolen was my fault, as I put it in the cart while shopping. I finally asked for help, and I knew they wouldn't really do their best! Mediocrity can be extremely frustrating! Resigning myself to the situation, I see the manager approaching with a kind smile letting me know she's contacting someone in the Electronics section and advised her of the situation. Unique, in Electronics, suggested we trace my steps again while she calls my phone. As she was about to make the first call, Unique sees a random unattended cart with a phone in it and asks, "Would this be it?" apparently, as I was doing my shopping, I turned around took a few steps from the cart and pick something up from the shelf and put it right back in the cart. Only, it wasn't the same cart as the one that had my phone it. I was more than simply relieved. The employees at this Target went the extra mile with kindness and efficiency for their customer. I was so caught up in a stressed moment that I didn't see their commitment to value their customers. I hope I get the name correct of the lady at checkout section who initiated the call to the manager: Amy (Maybe Ashley?)- Thank you! Unique in Electronics- Thank you! I wish I got the name of the manager- Thanking you Target Manageryou as well. they receive this review. I can't remember ever making a review for anything credit is due! This target store really is amazing because of their staff. So to bring this full circle, I wasn't just satisfied this time; my experience today was eye-opening In that there are people who have common decency, Empathy and not mediocre when someone asks for help when it doesn't seem like that would be part of their job. PS - Most importantly, their wings and fries at the deli are absolutely delicious!

This target is great to shop in, but to check out is exhausting, none of the cashiers are ever open! 2-4 at most.

While waiting for them to get filled, I purchased about a dozen items like razor blades, makeup, graduation cards, mouthwash, etc.

Everything in this small store is marked and neatly displayed. There's room between most of the items. Price wise it's not bad with some items reasonable and others on the side of a higher priced goodwill -- but better quality. All items seem clean and in good shape. We didn't find anything we liked well enough to buy today, but that's not saying you won't.

According to their Facebook page they have been in business since 2013. They are estate buyers so their merchandise is always changing depending on what they are purchasing . I have tried estate sales before but it feels like trespassing, going through someone's house that you know just died and picking through their stuff as their photos stare at you from the walls. Of course not everyone has died. Some people just want to sell a household of stuff in bulk before a move. In any case I'd much rather purchase estate items which are usually of a nicer quality than thrift, at a clean store like this. Also you are not having to drive around to multiple addresses. Everything I saw was in great condition. They had furniture, collectibles, mattresses, house hold goods, and even some clothes. If it makes up items in someone's household, they sell it. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. They had some nice knick knack shelves and I am currently studying my walls to see if they will accommodate them.I wanted to know if prices were firm or negotiable but the man who was working was chatting to someone else and I didn't want to interrupt. Although they didn't have a huge amount of items, what they do have warrants a look if you are in the area.

The Badcock experience... where do I start!? My experience from the shopping experience in the…read morestore left me frustrated by my sales person Isa. I was delivered a ripped, scuffed, and color penned up seat that was from someone trying to fix it. And a missing power cord. When I called back to the store to speak to a manager about the power cord and other things I was was told he was out of the store at the time so the next day I went to the store and spoke to the manager. They told me it was a floor model. and yes I knew that, but before delivering something like this, someone should have called the customer to inform them that this sofa was ripped and scuffed. And if I knew this I wouldnt have bought it in the first place. I didn't see it because of the direction that it was in At the store, so they agreed to replace it with a brand new one, but I had a three year warranty anyway so I'm sure why it seemed like it was a problem in the first place. So when I left the store, I got a couple calls from the manager about it being delivered the same day and then another call saying no the next day. Then the day before the delivery I received a call from the sales person Isa about needing to send pictures of damage to some approval person or something which I waited to hear what the outcome was, but no one followed up with me. I had to call to make sure someone was coming out as promised. So, I thought to make it easier and quicker for the delivery person and because I had other things that needs to be done on this day because it was basically 4 PM now and yes I was given a delivery time between 12 to 6 PM but like I stated, I had some other things I needed to do. I took the sofas outside, so it would be an easy exchange. But no! That turned into a big problem.! The deliver drivers told me I shouldn't have done it and then the deliver driver called the manager which tried to blame me for the damages that I had already reported! . And that's just absurd! all of this could have been avoided by a manager calling or having their ( and I'm using this term loosely) their sales person call the customer to report the damages. And to ask if you're OK with accepting this as is. That place dropped the ball in so many different occasions. I was told that he thought the sales person called me ... smh!! so now you don't even know what your employees are doing.. Great example of the blind leading the blind! Badcock that whole experience was so inexcusably unprofessional, and you have the wrong people representing you. What a horrific experience! Buyers please beware!!

When we moved into our new home, we spent a substantial amount of money furnishing it through El Dorado. During the sales process, we were repeatedly advised that purchasing the protection plan was a wise investment that would protect us if problems arose. Based on those representations, we purchased the coverage. That turned out to be a costly mistake. The kitchen chairs we purchased began failing almost immediately. Within just two months, one chair started ripping along the seams. We filed a claim, and the insurance company's representative, Alejandro, inspected the chair and told us it could not be repaired. Shortly thereafter, two more chairs developed the exact same defect. Alejandro returned and again stated that the chairs could not be repaired. When the final chair also ripped, the story suddenly changed. We were informed that parts had been ordered and that repairs would be completed within 90 days. That 90-day period is now almost over, and we have received nothing no parts, no repairs, no replacement chairs, and no meaningful communication. Instead, we are now being told that if the parts do not arrive within the promised 90 days, the claim will simply be "updated." In other words, after months of waiting, we are expected to continue waiting indefinitely while the condition of the chairs continues to deteriorate. What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that the defects appeared almost immediately after purchase, affected multiple chairs, and were acknowledged by the company's own representative as not repairable. Yet we are still left with damaged furniture and no resolution. The quality of these chairs has been extremely disappointing, but the handling of the warranty claim has been even worse. The protection plan that was sold as peace of mind has delivered nothing but delays, excuses, and frustration. Consumers should think very carefully before purchasing furniture from El Dorado Furniture and especially before spending additional money on their protection plan. My experience has been that when a legitimate problem arises, getting a fair and timely resolution is far more difficult than promised at the time of sale.
