I dont know who the nasty woman is that works at the back counter but, if she is an employee, she…read moreshould be told she is not the owner. If she is the owner she should just be ashamed of herself. I went to pick up an order today. A man was before me and he asked a simple question about a sign printed on tin above her head. She snapped that they do not make them and began to tell him how difficult a process it is. Not once did she mention a reasonable alternative which she might have sold. When my job was presented to me I saw that it did not fit the box I had built for it by fractions of an inch ( When I measured at home it was 1/32 of an inch) I asked the girl attending me if they could shave it down to fit and she said she would ask. Miss busybody at the back stated that they could NOT even before she approached to see what we were talking about. She then grabbed a tape measure and measured and told me that I "should have measured better before placing the order". She then started to tell me that they would have to send it back and it would be days before it would be ready. I had had enough of her hot air, grabbed my sign and left. By the way Miss Know It All, it only took a few swipes with fine sand paper and fit like a glove. Thank God there are plenty of printers around. No reason to go back to this nasty woman.

I…read moredon't have great phones very much and I usually don't need services very much of other individuals but each time that I have upgraded over the last 10 years I have gone to this location and I have been treated very well by the younger generation who works there. They treat senior citizens with respect and they take their time to explain things so we can understand properly and make good decision decisions. This past week was no different. My wife and I walked to upgrade our iPhone 12 Pro to the 17 Pro and the good individuals of this location easily able to explain the best plans for us and within an hour we were upgraded and out of the shop. In today's world, it's not always easy to find younger people with empathy and understanding of some of your constraints, possibly. Wireless zone has taken care of us tremendously well over the years and granted not everything is perfect but really what is perfect.? I will continue to patronize wireless zone. They take good care of their customers for the most part.

Scam - your property will be damaged by movers, and you may be too…read more We hired College Hunks for a local move which started with a site walk-through ahead of time. Considering that, I'm unsure how we wound up stuck for multiple days, culminating in a 19-plus hour day and a 1 a.m. move to the new location just 30 minutes away. But the largest issue is how highly unprofessional and shockingly aggressive the movers were. Our belongings were bafflingly thrown from a third floor balcony within a shared community complex, endangering others and ruining property. When we expressed dismay, one employee, Derrick, became violent and had to be physically restrained by another, who actually quit shortly after, citing Derrick's disrespect. Upon arrival, all of our belongings were stacked and left at the entryway; hundreds of pounds of furniture blocking the only door to the home of an elderly couple. College Hunks also left all trash and company packing materials, including dozens of heavy blankets. A staggering amount of our property was damaged too; gauges to a 150-year-old family heirloom, ripped artwork, scuffed tables and floors, multiple shattered glass tables. Not what you'd expect from a multi-thousand dollar move. College Hunks has not offered any compensation, refund, or explanation, despite our repeated attempts to speak with local and corporate leads to discuss further. I genuinely would not recommend them under any circumstance if you value your belongings and personal safety.
