On 11/13/23 I bought a new motorcycle battery from BP+. When I got home I installed the battery into the motorcycle and there was no charge in the battery. I've never bought a new battery that wasn't charged up. I jumped the battery Drove about 20 miles came home and the next morning I went to start bike and there was no charge in the battery. I thought I must've done something wrong on the install? Then then I checked the voltage comming out of the battery and it was 12.5 V I turn the key the voltage went down to 4 1/2 V (the battery was dead!). They sold me a used battery that was some ones core exchange for a new one. I went to BP+ and they said that they couldn't warrant me a new one until they try to charge this old one for 1 hour. In a strip mall off a busy road, Battery + Bulbs is a small store that can be easily missed if you were not looking for it. Thanks to a friend's referral, I had no problem finding them. My personal requirements was for better illumination in my Kitchen & Bathroom in my home. I had purchased LED's at a popular competitive warehouse chain and I found the product not to be effective. When I arrived at Battery + Bulbs, the manager Allan Campbell, was very attentive to understand what I was attempting to accomplish. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but also he provided exactly what I needed. After installing the new lighting which I was very satisfied with the results, I returned to the store to buy additional LED bulbs. I went in here a couple of weeks ago and had a very urgent need to fix my key fob quickly. Not only were they probably the most courteous people in "any" store I have ever been in, but they fixed my Fob in 5 minutes and at 1/2 the price that anybody else quoted me. They could have charged me a lot more, but chose not to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys...Great Experience...I only wish more stores were this helpful and honest. read more

I never saw the other person place a batter in my phone and when I asked he said: Oh, already done !! My phone had no life whatsoever.. I went back in to explain that their battery wasn't working. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment online to get my cracked Saumsung Galaxy S7 screen replaced. In the notes, I requested them to call me ahead of time if they didn't have the correct parts that they needed. I didn't receive a call prior to arriving to the store. I arrived around 4:30 PM to drop off my phone. They told me that it would be ready in 2 hours for pick-up. I arrived back to the store at 6:30 PM (the store closed at 8 PM). The gentleman at the front desk went to the back to grab my phone. He literally handed it to me in about 5 pieces - more broken than it was before and no screen at all. He says the guy that was fixing my phone had gone home for the night and that I was basically out of luck because they would need to order additional parts in order to put my phone back together. I walked out of the the store and drove away frustrated because they didn't give me any other option but to wait for these parts to arrive the following afternoon (even with other stores in the area). I was supposed to leave for the airport at 3 AM the following morning and would need to use my phone as an alarm, then call a taxi or Uber to get there, so this was not acceptable. I turned around and drove back to the store when I realized that they didn't hand me all of the pieces to my phone. I was missing the most important part - the screen that they removed. It had apparently been so damaged when it was removed, that there was no way to hand it back to me. It was thrown in the trash. I demanded that they get my phone back to me in a way that I could at least bring it to T-Mobile and get it replaced using insurance (I didn't do this the first time around because although it would have been $100 less, I was leaving town and hoped to have a working phone by that night). After about an hour (around 7:30 PM) the guy who took my phone apart and left it there in pieces when he left for the night came back to the store to put my phone back together. He said that him and his manager called around to different stores in the area and they believe they could have a tech bring them the parts that they needed before closing time (This should have happened at 6:30 PM and not 7:30 PM when their store was about to close and many other stores in the area were closing for the night). While I was waiting for the tech to get back to the store, which took 1 hour from the time I arrived, I decided to go home and call when I get there for an update. I called as soon as I arrived home and the tech told me that he put my phone back together, but it doesn't work and I would need to go to another unrelated store in the area that he found for me with the part. I drove back to the store to pick up my phone. The guy who put my phone back together left the second that I arrived without warning or assisting me with the next move.. and the back of my phone was COMPLETELY destroyed and melted. When I brought my phone to the store to get fixed, the back of my phone was in perfect condition. Anyway, without my phone, I couldn't look up the phone number, address, or directions to this other unrelated store. The guy at the front printed up the phone number and I decided to call to make sure this store actually had the part that the tech claimed they did. The tech said he used to work at that specific location that I called and he spoke to them and they confirmed that they had the part and could fix it for me that night. Upon calling the store, I realized this was a complete lie. There was only one man working that store that night and he didn't speak with anyone about my phone and they did NOT have the part that was needed. With the help of the guy at the front, I was able to locate another store in the area that had the part I needed. They were 20 minutes away, the store closed in 45 minutes, and this job typically takes 1 1/2 hours. They couldn't make me any promises over the phone until they saw what they were working with. I RUSHED over there and their customer service was amazing. This store was completely unrelated to Batteries + Bulbs. They were called IFixAndRepair in the Palm Beach Outlets and they price matched and were able to give me a working phone within the hour. I will NEVER go to Batteries + Bulbs again and I recommend that if you need your phone fixed, you go to IFixAndRepair in the Palm Beach Outlets instead. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The service counter personnel wing it. They don't know what they are doing. They will lie to you about just about everything. They don't know there batteries and there a battery store! I ordered a 6 volt car battery which Jose said they had the exact one I needed at the warehouse, he said it was a fresh one. I ordered it two days before Christmas and he said I would get it on Thursday , Friday the latest because it was Christmas or I would have it the next day. Thursday I called and it wasn't in, he said call tomorrow. I called Friday and no one answered the phone , it went to voicemail, I left a message, they never call me back, I called near the end of the day and they said we didn't call you back because we didn't get your battery yet. I called Saturday and it wasn't in. I called Monday and I t wasn't in, they said it will be another week call next Monday we will have. So now two weeks later that Monday I called and they said it was in but they have to unpack the shipment. I came in the next day two employees looked frantically but to no avail. They said they were shipped the wrong 6 Volt battery since the warehouse didn't have the one I ordered and they can't get the one I ordered! So I guess I should be happy, it's a 6 volt battery, it just will not fit my car. They returned my full payment and my old battery. I left there and went to a NAPA auto parts store in Riviera Beach and they had two in stock! NAPA price was $117.68 and the Batteries and Bulbs store was $140.70. Do yourself a favor and find an honest and reputable store to buy batteries. read more

Took three phones for repair. Had to return three times as parts did not arrive when stated. Was quoted a price and when I returned to pick up the third phone I was told a different price. The manager on duty Friday PM refused to call the manager the quoted me the price and threatened to hold my phone thru the Christmas weekend unless I paid what he wanted. He raised his voice at me created and verbal altercation when there did not have to be one, over a few dollars. read more

Both workers did not greet me, I had to ask all the questions instead of them making me feel comfortable. Do not go to this store! I doubt if he even put in a new battery!!! Went by on a Saturday morning needing a battery for iphone 6....they had a online coupon for 10% if you make a appointment. There were several customers in the store at the time and 3 employees at the front counter. Everyone including myself were waited on batteries installed and out the door in 20 minutes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Can not ask for more than that, thumbs up! read more
