He is a MENSCH. totally rewired the lamp along with inserting a new interior component. I was amazed. One would never know that the lamp is brand new - that was the issue and it matches the other 2 lamps . Mike is a rare find - He is honest, has immense integrity and keeps communication on what is happening. Not like many trades that take the money and run. I endorse Mike as the best in PBC. If you have any electrical need or replacement of a component, he is the man to see !!!

Unfortunately, when I was moving, the lamp was damaged and every time I plugged it in it would pop a breaker. I called reward lighting and they were so kind and helpful. Not only did they rewire it and replace the lightbulbs in the sockets, but they added a weight plate at the bottom for more stability so it would be more stable (which I did not even ask them to do). I was treated with kindness and respect and they got my lamp working again and went above and beyond my expectations I will be coming to this business exclusively for all of my future lighting needs. Reward Lighting helped rewire it and to find a suitable lampshade and finial (gifted by them!) at a very very reasonable price. They carried it (heavy) to and from the car with smiles. The first lampshade didn't look right when we got home, so we called and they said come right on back. We made a successful exchange with their expert advice on size! I loved this place. It is in an industrial area but the care given to our precious lamp and US was above and beyond. You won't be disappointed going there. Hurry, what are you waiting for?

My only advice: When your call center says the item is in stock for your location, you need to understand that the call center is NOT AT YOUR LOCATION. They mean it will be shipped to your location in a few days. The local store staff have tried so many times to resolve this miscommunication. This is my only complaint so customers will not expect to load up their item same day. Excited about our future purchase,

The architecture and design of the store are stunning, leading up to a beautifully adorned, ornate rooftop dining space that sets a premium atmosphere. The culinary execution and service matched the environment perfectly. Our server was highly attentive, pacing the meal flawlessly. The Food & Wine Pairing: The Main: Ordered the warm, buttered lobster roll and added the optional 15 grams of Kaluga caviar. The execution was superb; the lobster was sweet and perfectly cooked. The briny brightness of the caviar provided a precise counterpoint to the rich, warm butter. The Sides: Served with excellent, well-salted french fries accompanied by ketchup and a high-quality aioli. The Wine: Paired the dish with a Grüner Veltliner, which had the exact acidity needed to cut through the richness of the butter and complement the seafood. The Dessert: Finished with the strawberries and chantilly cream. The inclusion of fresh vanilla bean flecks in the cream elevated a simple classic, making it a light, refreshing palate cleanser to end the meal. An exquisite experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for both the atmosphere and the precise execution of the menu. The value is definitely there. I will absolutely return the next time I am in the area.
