Unfortunately, when I was moving, the lamp was damaged and every time I plugged it in it would pop a breaker. I called reward lighting and they were so kind and helpful. Not only did they rewire it and replace the lightbulbs in the sockets, but they added a weight plate at the bottom for more stability so it would be more stable (which I did not even ask them to do). I was treated with kindness and respect and they got my lamp working again and went above and beyond my expectations I will be coming to this business exclusively for all of my future lighting needs. Thank you!

Reward Lighting helped rewire it and to find a suitable lampshade and finial (gifted by them!) at a very very reasonable price. They carried it (heavy) to and from the car with smiles. The first lampshade didn't look right when we got home, so we called and they said come right on back. We made a successful exchange with their expert advice on size! I loved this place. It is in an industrial area but the care given to our precious lamp and US was above and beyond. You won't be disappointed going there. Hurry, what are you waiting for?

He is a MENSCH. totally rewired the lamp along with inserting a new interior component. I was amazed. One would never know that the lamp is brand new - that was the issue and it matches the other 2 lamps . Mike is a rare find - He is honest, has immense integrity and keeps communication on what is happening. Not like many trades that take the money and run. I endorse Mike as the best in PBC. If you have any electrical need or replacement of a component, he is the man to see !!!

My only advice: When your call center says the item is in stock for your location, you need to understand that the call center is NOT AT YOUR LOCATION. They mean it will be shipped to your location in a few days. The local store staff have tried so many times to resolve this miscommunication. This is my only complaint so customers will not expect to load up their item same day. Excited about our future purchase,

With that in mind, I consider my standards are high and I gave 5 stars for the above and beyond interaction I had with Ingrid @ MH. She was so pleasant, responsive and helpful. I am happy with the products I purchased thus far. Communication with Cheryl was good. If MH asked what could have improved my experience, I would have appreciated updates on my order since it had taken quite a bit of time to arrive (on manufacturer's end not MH) tho Cheryl was responsive when needed. Also, important to note, their product/shipping combined price was better than I could find elsewhere online. Always important to do your research;)

I happen to be in the West Palm Beach area meeting a friend for coffee and stopped by this Ollie's. Good timing. It's a pretty big outlet with lots of affordable options on new items. I will say the book selection here is quite nice. I saw a lot of cool books that I would definitely buy. I have way too many books as is, so I didn't need to buy that many more. Ha. The prices were fair and a really good deal. They have another location in the Delray Beach area as well. Unfortunately, they don't have any Ollie's locations closer to me, but that's ok because I don't need to spend more money on BOOKS!!! This was a good find all in all and I'm glad I got to stop by and check it out. They sell tons of other stuff too but I was laser focused on the books during this trip.
