Unfortunately, when I was moving, the lamp was damaged and every time I plugged it in it would pop a breaker. I called reward lighting and they were so kind and helpful. Not only did they rewire it and replace the lightbulbs in the sockets, but they added a weight plate at the bottom for more stability so it would be more stable (which I did not even ask them to do). I was treated with kindness and respect and they got my lamp working again and went above and beyond my expectations I will be coming to this business exclusively for all of my future lighting needs. Thank you!

Reward Lighting helped rewire it and to find a suitable lampshade and finial (gifted by them!) at a very very reasonable price. They carried it (heavy) to and from the car with smiles. The first lampshade didn't look right when we got home, so we called and they said come right on back. We made a successful exchange with their expert advice on size! I loved this place. It is in an industrial area but the care given to our precious lamp and US was above and beyond. You won't be disappointed going there. Hurry, what are you waiting for?

I needed to install an electrical outlet in my master bathroom. After reading several good reviews…read morefrom happy customers on Nextdoor, I decided to give this company a try. They were the 3rd company I got a quote from and I'm so happy I waited & found them! Here's why: PROS: - The initial call was thorough and not rushed. James - a licensed electrician - was very kind and started the process by asking for pics to get an idea for a quote which he quickly provided - Days later James' repair specialist, Xavier, came to do the work. He was a lively, smiley and incredibly polite character who explained the process of the project every step of the way - Xavier manoeuvred expertly through the attic into areas other workers had said was too narrow - Hours later, an outlet was installed and connected to a new switch on the electrical panel (a relatively short amount of time to be honest!) - All dust & debris in the washroom where the work was completed as well as out in the garage where the attic was being used was cleared and swept... Xavier did this without being required to, asked or prompted - The cost of the job was in the range of but still below what the other electricians were charging - The work was done perfectly I won't hesitate to call these guys in the future or recommend them to others and neither should you. An easy 5 stars in my opinion!

Be aware that this company only sells the hardware, the install and painting they farm out to 3rd parties, I had issues with the paint after a few month, painter ghosted me even though he gave me a 5 Years warranty. One of my door handles started to come loose. It took 2 months to schedule an appointment for technician to come out with a dose calls and many missed appointments. When he finally showed up the technician came with a small Allen wrench and told us the screw is stripped and he would have to cut off the handle to replace with new. It would cost $1000 nor under warranty because the screw is stripped. I called the store at least a dozen times, no call back was ever received and they also ghosted me. This place has no interest in doing anything but sell the doors and hardware, they don't care about their customers at all. STAY AWAY!
