The entire company is deplorable. They do not value customers' time nor the complications their mistakes have in our lives. No one should ever spend money here. I dealt incompetence from the sales person to, customer service to the delivery team. The Lauderhill Clearance Center After explaining to the salesperson that my delivery requires 4 men because I have steps, he still screwed up and did not notate that on the sales order. So, my original delivery had to be rescheduled after waiting over an hour past the end of the delivery window. The driver finally showed up just to tell me they could not provide the service. So, delivery was rescheduled and I had to readjust my schedule again. This time they successfully installed the appliance but the dryer did not work. After making multiple phone calls and going back to the store no one would schedule a technician to come the day to at least look the appliance. No one I spoke with cared enough about a dissatisfied customer to resolve this issue the same day. I decided the next day that I value my dollars too much to spend with this horrible company. I requested a refund and pick up of the appliance. I had to find out that refunds are not process until after the appliance is picked up. The same salesperson who screwed up the first delivery processed the pick up. Somehow this incompetent human managed to mess up again. I was scheduled for pick up on April 1st. I purchased a appliance from a better company and scheduled delivery for April 2 because I was given the April 1 pick up date. I came home home during the pick up window time and to my chagrin the company rescheduled my pick up without contacting me. So, now Im stuck with an additional appliance taking up room and slowing down my delivery. After speaking with the store, delivery team, customer service and an uncaring store manager, I was again pushed aside. I openly admit that there's nostalgia tied to this store for me. This is where my parents would shop when we needed household goods, or a new TV, things like that back when we lived in South Florida. I've read the reviews and almost all of them call out customer service as severely lacking, and I can see why. I am by no means an HR expert, but it seems to me that more emphasis should be given on training employees in this category, AND should be followed up on, not just send out into the wild and hope for the best. For many folks, customer service is the reason why they step foot into your store in the first place, doesn't matter how great the deal is. Just a humble observation. You can get great deals here, there's a reason why it's been open for as long as it's been. Every time I come here, I always end up finding a good deal on something. Last time I bought a small frying pan, cute design, on sale for $3.99 I bought it thinking: "If it doesn't, "pan out" no great money was lost" I take good care of it and it's still in great condition after more than a year. This time around amongst other things that I bought; I purchased a new hair dryer since the one I currently own was practically being held together by duct tape. (Don't be like me kids) I checked online and while the cheapest price I found online had it for $45.99, Brandsmart had it for $34.99. Like I said, good deals can be found here. That's not to say that you can't find some duds, like a small radio I bought last time which overheated and I never got it to work and since this store is so far from where I live, I wasn't going to drive all the way there just to return it. I purchased a dryer from Brandsmart USA. I purchased an extended warranty for 4 years. I never needed to utilize the warranty until this past Friday. The dryer stop drying. I contact Brandsmart and was told their repair would contact me shortly. They called and told me they were out of my service area and would have to reschedule with another service provider. I was told that Warrangy Repair Experts would be servicing my dryer on Oct. 23. I was told to be home from 8-5 pm and they never showed up. I called this company at their phone and the phone just rang and a machine did not take a message. A man called and stated they would be there but never showed up. Brandsmart cannot provide service. I live close to where I bought the machine. The machine is of no use to me. I want a full refund of the purchase price including the warranty. They have no legitimate service available. Set up in essentially a giant circle (at least the West Palm location is) you can just walk from department to department, ogling the refrigerators and recliners to your hearts content. The selection is extensive with prices for every budget. For example, you can get a refrigerator in just about every price point and configuration you can think of, from small college-style units, to just short of a restaurant walk-in. This is repeated for just about every department in the place. It is almost impossible to find something that will fit your requirements or spending limits. Prices are all over the map, and there are promotions on different things, if you check their website. Even better is, for a small fee, they will deliver as well. They seem to have almost all of the items in stock unless you are looking from off-the-wall special-order thing. Salespeople run the gamut from super helpful to merely functional. We lucked out and had a great guy (George Glover): not pushy, listened to what we were looking for and did not try to upsell unneeded items or features. We experienced a "Bait & Switch," followed by bad interactions. My wife and I were seeking a specific top-of-the-line washer & dryer and told the salesman that we needed the washer within 3 days or we would buy it elsewhere. He spoke with his manager who in turn told us that he had the washer in the warehouse and we would have the machines timely. We paid in full (and for other items) based on those promises. The evening before they were to be delivered we received a call that there was no washer available and that a washer would not be delivered for 2-3 weeks. I told the manager that this felt like a bait & switch and his epic and horrible response was "Well, what are you going to do about it?" I told him that I would file a complaint and wanted the order canceled and our payment returned. He abruptly said "The order is canceled" and hung up. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We purchased a Samsung refrigerator from this store approx 4 years ago. From year one there was nothing but problems. Could this be a flaw in Samsung yes BUT my issue is with Brandsmart's customer service, their repair team and their horrible non sense of urgency to their customers issues. Let's begin with just this last issue that started the beginning of December where we had to file a claim because of our refrigerator freezing all the food (for the third time in 4 years btw). They had a tech come out to access the issue. Instead of the tech accessing our issue correctly, he decided to attempt to sell us surge protection for FPL! He then "figures" out the issue with our refrigerator and orders the part. The part takes a full week to come in then he comes back out "fixes" it and guess what two days later the fridge is a freezer again!! At this point we go into Brandsmart the service manager and his "assistant" "Mimi" claims they will send an email to get us a new fridge because of all the back to back Issues. They assure us that to get us through the holidays that they will get us a loaner fridge. This was on the 22nd we heard from no one after that. We called and called and got the run around only to be told our request for a replacement was denied because we were at 79% of the cost of the fridge in repairs and we needed to be at 90+%. How many times does this need to be repaired before Brandsmart admits that they sold us a lemon!! Oh and let me add. Still no loaner fridge at that point because they are out (I'm sure all the loaners are being used because their service sucks) Same technician ugh.. comes back out and says something else is wrong with the fridge he orders two more parts. The parts take 7-10 days to come in and we finally had an appt for the repair today. He texts my husband at 1230 am! Saying our repair window is from 3-6pm today. I just got a call from Brandsmart saying the wrong part came in they have to cancel our appt and order the right part that will take another 5-7 days. Long story short this store has HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE communication and no sense of urgency or empathy for their customers. Oh and their company for the extended warranty are just as bad. Together as a whole they make a useless team. These sales folk are like savages so if you're the type of person who requires assistance and / or wants recommendations, they have you covered! You'll be lucky to make it up the staircase to appliances without a greeting or two. I am the type of gal who knows what she wants and has already researched her options, I also like to physically see and touch what I'm going to purchase when feasible. This especially holds true for a kitchen appliances. I also have an independent spirit so I'll let one know when I need assistance and preferred not to be haggled throughout my shopping experience. I did my homework and price comparison shopping. In doing so, I found purchasing a new dishwasher from Brandsmart would be the best bang for my buck. Their prices beat competitors, they have more options on the sales floor (with many clerks to match, lol) and their delivery and installation prices are far more reasonable. My original plan was to only have it delivered; however, they offer delivery, installation and haul away the old one for less than what competitors charge for installation alone. Needless to say, it made fiscal sense for me to have them do all three verses me attempting to tackle uninstalling the current dishwasher and / or having a handyman or plumber make two trips. Brudy (I apologize if I misspelled) was my salesperson and did a good job answering my questions. Additionally, he was knowledgeable about the various options and prices. Easily the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I was so appalled at the way they treated us, numerous times over that I had to speak up about it. We purchased a 65' smart tv in January - we were told it was the last tv in stock, and that there was a minor issue with it, but that they would sell it to us anyway and if we had any issues with it, we could bring it back, no questions asked within 3 days. We purchased insurance on the tv and left. The tv was never taken out of the box and full inspected before we left... We brought the tv home, noticed the minor fault, and ended up bringing it back to return the next day. Somehow or another, there ended up being something wrong with the entire screen when they plugged it in. The manager said it was our fault 100% and refused to take the tv back. We calmly explained this was not an issue on our end, and they needed to take the tv back. Hours of arguing with their manager - both my boyfriend and me, he refused to work with us, said we broke the tv, and said the best thing he could do was offer us ANOTHER tv at a discounted price - so basically you lost $3,000, not my problem. He said to call insurance, but even they didn't cover screen issues. (UMM?) My boyfriend ended up calling corporate and spoke with the manager's manager who testified that there was no way they could blame us for the issue with the tv and said we could bring it back and they would replace it with a new one. We then agreed to pay $150 for a wall install so that we wouldn't have any other issues to deal with. They told us an installer would come on Sat am from 9-1pm. We tried to get a better time to no avail. Finally, after numerous phone calls, they agreed to come as the last appt of the day- except they said 6pm and called us for 4:45pm. We had to stalk them down to reschedule. When the installer came, he asked us where the wall mounts were. We said, wait no, we paid $150 for the mounts and the install. The guy started arguing with us. We said, this is insane, call your manager. We sorted that out and then he started telling us where the tv needed to go - umm it's our house, we know where we want the tv to go. I can't tell you how many hours were wasted and how many arguments we had with numerous employees here. Horrible experience. I wouldn't go here again if they were giving things away. read more

Purchased an entire Frigidaire kitchen suite at Brandsmart in West Palm Beach, Florida a week ago. Spent over $5,000.00 just for appliances on my kitchen remodel. The appliances were timely delivered and removed from their boxes. Delivery staff installed the refrigerator, but not the microwave oven, dishwasher or stove. Blue protective film was removed from the refrigerator, but not the other appliances. This can be proven by home surveillance footage. Fast forward a few days and - while removing the protective film from the other appliances - a blemish is found on the dishwasher front panel. No issues with the slide-in stove or microwave oven. This can also be proven by home surveillance footage. Two phone messages left for customer service staff were ignored. Only when I tweeted Brandsmart in a public social media forum did they respond. In response, they offered a $25.00 credit on a future order. A $25.00 credit on an order exceeding $5,000.00. Several direct messages through Twitter were for naught. Brandsmart has refused to properly address the issue other than to deny responsibility. Totally unacceptable lack of customer service from Brandsmart. From ignored messages, to - finally - an acknowledgement and offer of credit, then denial of responsibility. Saved money at Brandsmart only to get screwed in the long run. Let the buyer beware. I walked into the Brandsmart USA, in need of a new refrigerator. An "experienced' appliance sales associate approached me and asked what had brought me into the store. The sales associate's name was Juan. Giving him my current refrigerator dimensions, he pointed out a few different options. I ended up choosing a Samsung refrigerator and he started the buying process. I qualified for a credit card and thought it would be a great idea for me to apply to help me pay off this purchase. Unfortunately, the refrigerator that I chose was on back order and Juan informed me that I needed to wait a week or so until more came in. Juan assured me he'd call as soon as more refrigerators arrived to set up the delivery and installation date. A week passed and I did not hear anything from Juan so I took the initiative to call in to see where I stood on the waiting list. Juan was not available upon calling in, so I left my name and number with another sales associate and he assured me Juan would call me back. Hours passed and no returned phone call. I called back in only to find out that Juan already left for the night. Not making a big deal, I figured I'd call back the next day. Well the next day came and I called Juan and once again he was unavailable. This time he was on lunch so I left my name and number again, hoping this time he'd actually return my call. Nothing, no phone call again. At this point, I started to get frustrated at the fact that I couldn't seem to reach my sales associate and also that he was not returning my calls. But yet again I persisted for a 3rd time. His colleague, another sales associate, informed me he already left for the day but upon hearing my frustration was nice enough to ask if he could help. I told him my name and number and he looked up my order. He informed me there was a large shipment/delivery into their warehouse of the refrigerators that I ordered that came in 2 days prior. I was puzzled because I didn't receive any phone call from Juan indicating this, as he promised. Still speaking to his coworker, he helped me schedule my fridge delivery. A couple days passed and still no communication from Juan. Being that Juan was my sales associate, I wanted to reach out to him to confirm my delivery date, and simply to make communication with him in general. I finally reached him and he had the audacity to tell me that my delivery was automatically set up for 12/8/22. I informed him that it was not actually "automatically" set up and that his colleague actually did his work for him. He did not know what to say. Fast forward a week, a day prior to my scheduled delivery date, something in my gut told me to call and confirm my delivery. My sales associate was no where to be found yet again, l so I ended up conversing with another associate named Nathaniel. After confirming my delivery date, he provided me with a general idea of how the delivery was going to go. When Nathaniel got to the part where the delivery guys would take the "water line that I picked up" to hook up to my new fridge, I had to stop him mid-conversation because I was unaware of what he was referring to. Nathaniel asked if Juan, my sales associate, informed me that I needed to pick up a new water line from Home Depot/Lowes. I informed Nathanial that Juan had made no effort communicating with me and he did not inform me of needing to purchase a new water line. I found out this information leaving work, on my way to my gym class, the day before my delivery. Just absolutely unacceptable. The day of my delivery I received a text indicating that the delivery truck was 12 minutes away from my residence. After 45 minutes passed, I called my mother who was on site at my residence, to inquire how the delivery was going. My mom informed me that they were not there yet. Confused, because I am going by what their text message indicated regarding their arrival time, I called Brandsmart USA's customer service number to find out what was going on. When a customer service representative answered, I informed her I was concerned as my fridge was not being delivered as their text message had indicated. She responded that "she didn't believe me" and "they were currently at my residence". An hour later they showed up and began their work. After taking out my old fridge and bringing in the new one, my uncle noticed the right refrigerator top door arm was unable to open. Because of this, I did not accept the refrigerator. The delivery guys removed the new refrigerator and returned my old fridge. They returned my old fridge extremely damaged. Scratches and dents now cover my fridge now. This has been one of the worst experiences to date. Please let me know how these damages are going to be taken care of as they were not there before it was removed. read more

On July 13th I purchased 5 kitchen appliances for over $5,000. After countless calls and complaints, 4 months later, I received the final 2 appliances of my purchase. Customer service was unable to help me and I was told countless lies when I called or went to the store. I purposely bought G.E. as they are produced in The U.S. and not China!!! Ultimately, I had to call The Better Business Bureau to help me get my appliances. Brandsmart had my full payment for 4 months! I will never shop there again. My mom has to stay in hot house because of no A/C. Be grounds for lawsuit if suffer heat stroke or exhaustion from no A/C. Broken A/C unit extended warranty needs part. Months waiting for part. This is a review following our visit to look, not buy. It seemed like an abundance of salespeople on a Sunday afternoon. They don't deter me from looking. If anything, there's enough people to answer my questions. It's a great place to find scratch n dent appliances at great prices, understanding that you must look to the manufacturer to service you after. Shop around, know your model numbers and features before you commit to an appliance over $1000. They also had some furniture downstairs. There was always someone to answer questions. However, I found that they were not truly "selling." If they were, they would be more knowledgeable on the newest trends in their dept. The only person who was well equipped was the TV salesperson. This has to be the worst company ever for customer service. We bought all new appliances 4 years ago. After 2 years we had problems with the refrigerator they came and replaced 2 parts, the compressor and a motor. And six months ago we had trouble again and the refrigerator is still not working at the beginning they replace the compressor they put in 2 circuit boards. They replaced a fan motor. Now they say it's the condenser motor and it's been on order for over a month I call them 2 to 3 times a week and every time they tell me they will check into it and someone will call me back within 24 hours I have never got a callback. About two weeks ago. I called Aaron's service department which they are part of Brands Mart now I've called him three times every time they tell me they're emailing the district manager for Florida and Georgia over Brands Mart and Aaron and I will get a call back within 24 hours. I have never received a call back with them either. I had to pay for the circuitboard and the fan motor which total was over $500 and no one seems to care about that. I don't think Aarons is any better than Brands Mart for sure. It's come to the point where I have to call another appliance company. I don't know what else to do. What a horrible experience. I bought from Brands mart 6 years ago they were great. Today in west palm beach horrible customer service. When they paged there manager 3 times no response. Appliance Salesman Juan Perez followed through by calling me after the new year to ensure my item was on the truck and on it's way to the store for me to pick up! I have had issues with online orders, but Juan did the right thing. The Cashier and loading dock guys were then very polite and professional. I would give no stars if possible. They do nothing to help when they have screwed up. We ordered appliances from Randy on 2/8/2021.As of today we have received two of four, only to find out that the other two have been discontinued. Wouldn't you think the salesperson would know that?!? I called corporate twice to verify. I can't get anyone to return a phone call, email, or text. Randy keeps telling me "I got you in my pocket." Well, obviously not because I told YOU they were discontinued. I'm thoroughly disgusted with them. I don't have my appliances but they have their money!! Watch out for their commission scam. My family went to exchange an appliance for an upgraded version. After getting the store credit receipt I immediately see the appliance near the front entrance. As I pick it up to carry to the register a short blonde salesperson stops me and tells me I need a ticket before I take it to the register. She outright lied in order to waste 10 minutes of our time. Before paying at the register we see a manager and ask if this ticket story is true. We are told that we did not need a ticket. The sales person is basically scamming commissions by stopping anyone in her area, regardless if she had anything to do with the sale. So we have the manager confront her and she calls my wife a liar and says she did not force us to get a ticket. I made sure that ticket was not on my sale and the manager basically did nothing regarding the situation. Never coming back to these scammers. read more

Just want to give a shout out to the delivery and our installers today of our Tv And sound bar! Of course I do not know their names one has worked for your company for 20 years the other person has worked for your company for 8 months! They were professional quick and neat, helped me and my husband understand everything about our new tv never rushing us when they still had more delivery's to do, the reason we know this is because we asked them with what is going on In the world are they busy! I work in sales and always remember the last people to see your customers our the delivery team and both were beyond awesome Our sales person was knowledgeable and helpful as well! If I could Give this establishment a zero I would The service from the people at the television section if god awful nothing but disrespectful people & even the manager started with his attitude the "warranty" the tell you to buy is bull crap and they do not live up to there word and the warranty I will never be buying a product from this company again read more
