I was in the market for a new refrigerator and was repeatedly referred to Rosner's Appliances, so I decided to check it out. I had already visited several big-box stores, but so many people insisted Rosner's was *the* place to go that I made the 50-minute drive. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the hype. The moment I walked through the door, I was approached by several salespeople at once. Instead of feeling welcomed, it immediately put me on edge -- it honestly felt more like walking onto a used-car lot than an appliance showroom. One salesperson eventually stepped forward, but the interaction didn't improve. There was no smile, no warmth, and no attempt to connect. I work closely with sales professionals every week, so I understand the role -- but basic approachability matters. I even tried to break the ice with a bit of humor, but there was zero engagement in return. When I mentioned I was interested in a Samsung refrigerator, I was told Rosner's doesn't carry Samsung because they "can't be serviced if there's an issue." That was enough for me to end the visit. I ultimately purchased the Samsung refrigerator from a big-box retailer, complete with warranties, free delivery, installation, and removal of my old unit -- services Rosner's charges extra for. In the end, I didn't find better pricing, better selection, or a better sales experience to justify the trip. I'm genuinely puzzled as to why Rosner's is so frequently recommended. Constructive feedback: Rosner's should identify sales staff who struggle to connect with first-time customers and invest in basic customer-experience training. I have bought several appliances from Rosners and was delighted to shop there until April 2026 when I tried to contact Greg the manager mutliple times to let him know the difficulty i had in getting a promised remabte after 5 months. I left multiple messages with assurances he would call me back and he never has. In another phone call on April 29, 2026, trying to explain again to a salesman why i needed to speak to Greg, the manager, .....that salesman hung up on me. I will not be shopping there again. I was shopping around for a new dishwasher recently and was looking at offers from Lowe's , Home Depot, and Best Buy. All had pretty good pricing but their installation and delivery times were farther out than I would have liked. I then remembered Rosner's, where I had purchased a couple of appliances in the past. Reached out to them, explained my situation and they basically guaranteed me installation within 24 hours and the same price as from the big box stores. On delivery day everything went well, they showed up exactly as promised and got the unit installed quickly, I was really happy with the service. I recently bought a new LG washing machine and called about the limited rinsing capability as my load was literally dripping wet after the cycle was complete. the person that I spoke to was just plain nasty literally scolding me for putting a mattress pad in the machine. I have washed plenty of mattresses pads in the past with no issue whatsoever. when I called back several minutes later hoping to speak to someone different, the same guy answered the phone with"I am not going to take the machine back". that was not even what I was going to ask. I was actually calling to get info on a different brand to replace it with. I will go elsewhere for this and any future appliances. These people only show kindness and professionalism at the point of sale. Once it is installed, you are very literally on your own. Buyers: don't be fooled by the fact that it is a family owned company! They treated me worse than any large company ever has! This has been a great experience with people who care about customers. I bought a new washer and dryer a year ago from Rosners. As a snowbird, I went home soon after purchase. Returning this year, it wasn't working well. I reached out and they got a service company out. I was told the pet I needed had a one month back order. I went to Rosner's with my dad to look at ranges and to get some general information about the different brands. We were immediately greeted upon entering by Scott K. He was extremely informative and honest about the different brands and features. He was also very personable and it didn't feel like he was there to just make a sale. We ended up spending about an hour with him while my dad and him geeked out over appliances. Unfortunately, Rosner's doesn't deliver to the Orlando area. As we walked outside, Scott ran out to stop us and he gave us a name of an appliance store in Orlando. Scott mentioned that we "made his day," which was a really nice compliment! Our 4 yrs old LG washing machine died, and after trying to get parts and get it serviced it was dead. I called Rosners & Darren took our order for a new machine. We were able to get it delivered & hooked up a few days later. He took our credit card, gave us the Memorial Day sale price $250 off. Nelson came when scheduled removing our machine. We went to Rosners on Military Trail and got a great price for a Frigidaire. We have seen commercials for this place and reviews are right.. plenty of staff to help you and everyone was extremely pleasant. My wife and I recently remodeled our home which included a total kitchen upgrade with new appliances. We place an order for all appliances with a large national retailer because we had been told that their delivery commitments were among the best. After a few days we found out that most items would be late or were back order, which put us in a bad predicament with the schedule of our remodeling contractor. Then Rosner's came to the rescue. Not only they were able to deliver the items quickly, but the total price of the entire package which included appliances, 5-yr protection plan, and delivery, was less than what the large retailer had given us. Four of the five appliances arrived in a week and the fifth arrived in 10 days. Scott Karinen was our salesman, and I can't say enough about the first-class customer service he provided. I am not a the review writer type. In fact this is the first one I've writen; but I could not go without tipping other consumers on my possitive experience. Totally disappointed. We ordered Viking oven, 2 Viking dishwashers, 1 LG refrigerator and 1 LG washer dryer. First month, washer dryer had to be repaired. Then ice maker in LG totally stopped working. Viking oven racks are now frozen in position and cannot move them in or out. Dishwasher no longer works (already has been repaired a few months ago). These were all top dollar supposedly new equipment, bought recently, under service contract. Stay away from Rosner. read more

We ordered 4 appliances a month before we needed them, and gave Rosner's over a week's notice when we wanted them delivered. Despite the advance ordering, when the delivery date came they called to say they only had 2 of the 4 to deliver. When I questioned the manager, he suddenly found a third one (clearly taken from someone else's order). They promised to deliver the 4th appliance (microwave) within a week, and did not make the deadline I had specified. I had to go there and pick it up. They wanted me to go to 2 locations to complete the process (which I refused to do.) When I arrived to pick up the 4th appliance, it wasn't there as promised and they kept me waiting a half hour. Overall, they were rude and unaccommodating. Two of my friends also used them recently and both had problems. read more

Sorry Rosners but you dropped the ball BIG TIME on Customer Service. I purchased a GE Cafe refrigerator during Covid in August 2020 along with an Extended Warranty for which I never received the paperwork. Fast forward to April 2025 when I called to ask if I had a contract as my fridge was making a terrible noise. I was told it had expired and they gave me the name of a reputable repair company which promptly came to my home. I paid $149 for the person to diagnose the problem. Ironically that same day I received a flier from the Warranty Company telling me that my Service Contract would end on May 30. I called immediately and they said since I hadn't told them I had a valid contract they would not refund my money. I immediately called Rosners to let them know that their person had given me incorrect information. Since approximately April 22 I have been calling every week with no success. Stupid me I then purchased a dishwasher from Rosners even though they are giving me a run around. Since I trusted in their claim of superior customer service I am trying to compromise with my asking for a Store Credit as I will buy a microwave in the future. No loss to them as they will still be benefiting from the sale. The Assistant Customer Service Manager just basically gave me the same response again and again and then hung up on me. My machine broke after 4 1/2 years and was not used that much. They shoved me off on an outside warranty company that they farmed warrantyees to. Thankfully, they gave me a cash settlement. I would've rather had a repair or a new machine sent to me, but the cash went towards a new dryer. read more

Bought a whole kitchen from them- all the high end appliances and they never notified us when they came into stock. They sold us a 5 year extended warranty- which I took out on the oven, refrig, and convention microwave. A small ceramic piece broke off the convection microwave that holds up the element. Jenn Aire confirmed $30 part but contacting the warranty company was a joke. Called- send in video and pictures and they assigned a claim, a call 2 days later. No call. They never received anything. Finally set up- all local places repair (15 min) in 2 days. They set up a repair two weeks out. On such an expensive unit we use everyday- this is a joke. read more

Purchased a home 2 months ago with a brand new high end GE Monogram refrigerator ($10K). Have been in the house 7 weeks and the fridge has worked for maybe 12 days intermittently. I am on my 5th GE service tech visit. New condensers, dryers, evaporators etc. Initially told after 3 failed parts they would replace the fridge. Now being told they keep fixing it until it's unfixable and maybe then replace it...if it's still in warranty. Will buy a Samsung from Costco or Lowe's and move forward. Just had a new refrigerator freezer delivered and installed by Rosner's. This is the fourth appliance purchased from them and the transaction always goes without a hitch Earlier this week we had the same appliance, delivered by Costco. Their delivery and install team spent the first 15 minutes telling me how problematic the removal and installation of the new fridge might be. They suggested leaving the fridge uninstalled and I should get a plumber to hook up to the existing water line for the ice maker. After about an hour of discussion, I canceled the order and told them to leave Rosner's price was identical to Costco. There was no savings on this item from the big box store. The entire Rosner transaction was handled over the phone with prompt delivery, exactly on time with knowledgeable and personable delivery guys. We should've gone with Rosner's at the start and saved a lot of aggravation. read more

Warranty and Rosners circles around scheduling repair and part replacement. 2 months without a refrigerator or freezer. All passing the buck. I had 4 refrigerator deliveries from Costco - all damaged. They first one was in my house and luckily each one after never made it past the street. I hated to buy something somewhere else because I know I would have 2 refrigerators in my kitchen / living room area but - I fell in love with the Cafe Platinum Glass with adjustable temperature drawer! Costco was going to try to get it for me and then they said it was out of stock. I called Best Buy, Brandsmart, Home Depot etc. All of them out of stock. Even the manufacturer was out of them until December. Then I remembered Rosners! I called them on a Thursday and Scott answered the phone , looked it up, an they had 1 or 2 left in stock. I paid for the refrigerator over the phone with a credit card and they delivered it Saturday morning. No damage, no fuss, and a great experience all around. I bought a fridge from Rosners and it was so low to the ground that my knees were hurting from looking inside the fridge. I called Rosners and asked for them to find me a different fridge. After about 40 days I told them that I could not use the fridge from GE. I had already purchased 3 appliances from them sight unseen in the past 15 months. I thought they were a good company. But I was SO WRONG. They refused to return the fridge and told me I had 30 days to alert them that I wanted to return it. I called after 20 days and was told they would find me a new fridge that would FIT in the space I have. They never called me back. They refused to talk to me and they refused to let me talk to the owner, who avoided my calls (A BAD SIGN FROM ANY RETAILER). I had to keep this Fridge. About a month later I was ducked down to get food and the freezer top popped out and I banged my head on it. I got a concussion from the freezer and was very sick for 2 days. I have since researched other companies and they give you 90 days to return an appliance if it is defective or not good for your health. The Fridge is still sitting in my living room and it is terrible that after 40 days Rosners would not take it back. I am sorry I did not go to the hospital and take legal action again Rosners. They are the WORST people. DO NOT GO THERE. Salesmen come and go - and if you need help they don't care. We recently purchased a couple of appliances from Rosner's. Jared, who assisted us was very knowledgeable and patient and spent a lot of time with us. Shortly thereafter both our washing machine and dryer quit working so I called Jared, and he was amazing. He was with a customer at the time but actually called me back after 6:00! I told him the features I wanted and that I needed something in stock so it could be delivered ASAP. The next day he called and emailed me details and we worked everything out over the phone! Both the washer and dryer were delivered in 2 days and the delivery team was very professional. We were especially impressed with Devonte.
