Trash the Comcast/Xfinity techs leave behind.

I hate Comcast/xfinity because of their high prices and bad customer service. I canceled them years ago and couldn't be happier with just a digital antenna and streaming videos through my Roku. Here's another reason why I hate them. Their service techs would make occasional visits to our townhome complex each time there's a service call. Each time they activate/deactivate an account, they would cut the coax cable and not clean up their mess.

Not a big fan, employees just treat like a number, get you in and out without making you feel any value at all. Poor guest service, tell you to go to Best Buy. Leave you feel like you just wasted your breathe and time, shoved off all while taking your money every month! Just because you have a monopoly on the market doesn't mean I should be treated less than polite and nice.

A new Comcast Service Center is now open by the Outlet Collection (formerly SuperMall). Recently, I reduced my service plan and needed to return a TV box, exchange an HD box, and inquire about a credit I was supposed to receive. The store itself is quite inviting. Recently they just added a numbering system and while you wait, there is actually a TV and comfortable seats to make waiting less painful. The customer service is great compared to my prior experiences with their other locations. I have been here 3 times and each time the wait never exceeded 12 minutes. So in sum: quick service, comfy waiting area, free wireless internet, and helpful staff makes this location a welcome Xfinity place to visit.

First timer to this retail store on Monday, March 30, 2026. Initially after signing in and waiting…read morefor 20 minutes, we were skipped over in line when nobody called our name! The first representative didn't acknowledge us when we were sitting inside the store and put us back on the waiting list after we told him we didn't hear our name being called at all. Then after a few minutes, a different Customer Service Rep, named Edward, assisted us. He clearly explained all of the details needed to make a purchase and also the changes for our current Data Plan. In addition to that, clarified the changes for the monthly charges if we were to upgrade to a new phone and also use the promotion to trade in the old phone for a new line, but be able to keep the phone for a discounted monthly fee. Edward and Thet both assisted our shopping experience at the Verizon store in Federal Way, VA. They made it a pleasant experience to communicate with us and outline all of the information needed to make a new Smartphone purchase inside the store. They were knowledgeable and helped us with the best options in order to make our choices easier to upgrade. With their excellent customer service, it made us feel more comfortable and feel at ease reviewing the details of the purchase. We really appreciated their help and all of the clarification that were provided during our recent visit. Made us happy getting the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra - Black 512 GB. Thank you!

I've been without Internet service going on 3 weeks. I was told 3 different time a Tech would come…read morefix the problem only to be told, after the first no show, that it required a higher skilled technician to come fix the problem. Ok so no one showed the second it third time, smh‍ I called about 20 different times even leaving my Chemo appointment to make sure I was home not to miss the scheduled tech. Oh you guessed it was a no show without communication!! I received an email and a text so I responded to the email to try to explain asks reschedule but while doing that, multitasking, I was offered another appointment for a tech to come out on the 18th, but then it kicked me out and I had to schedule a later date, the 23rd. The lack of communication, the customer service agents telling me the tech was coming only for a no show, only for me to schedule yet another appointment. I'm so sick of the lies, possibly poor training or lack there of ‍ They didn't have a problem taking your money but they have a problem scheduling a technician to come fix the problems. Has anyone else experienced scheduling an appointment, changing your personal appointments, just to be let down? Oh I must add that I work from home so imagine my frustration. I also have to do a lot on the Internet in regards to my husband cancer, all the appointments and virtual appointments he has. Comcast here we come ‍‍

I had centurylink ever since they became centurylink. I recently wanted to change my internet…read moreservice. I called and talked to victor but he was rude and would not listen to me and insisted on talking over me. He even put me on hold. I don't think I'll ever use this service again based on his rude behavior. There are plenty of other alternatives that are justice cost effective.
