These are the texts I received between my husband's call to cancel service and when they called me.
Amanda P.

We have about 17 screenshots of error messages. First they mixed up my spouse's and sister-in-law's accounts. Then they put my name on my spouse's account. Then they made the secondary account defunct so that we can only sign on with one account, the one attached to billing. However, I will say that one customer service agent was able to see that the latest issue needed to be escalated. And, on the plus side, we were able to reduce our monthly payments. Outside of accounts and customer service, the Internet service has been good, but we can find much better speeds at better rates. --- I'm updating this review and knocking down one star. When we tried to cancel my spouse (the primary account holder) talked with a customer service agent in Mexico and thought that he handled the cancelation. Right after he hung up the phone, I received a call from a customer service agent in India, and I asked why he's trying to sell me on Comcast the second after my husband canceled the account. I gave the call to my spouse and he asked to speak with the manager. The manager still tried to sell him on the service. I have attached a phone screenshot of our last interaction with the company. I did not request any information from the company. It's like when a kid doesn't like it when his dad say no, so he talks with his mom. It's an infantile way of doing business.

StreamWise Solutions - outdoor TV antenna

StreamWise Solutions

(42 reviews)

Five stars for StreamWise Solutions, and special recognition for Juan…read more I originally contacted StreamWise to install an outdoor OTA antenna for our home. I've been using OTA television for about 13 years and currently have five TVs, each with its own indoor antenna. That setup worked, but I wanted to finally move to a properly installed outdoor antenna that could serve the entire house. StreamWise absolutely delivered on that. The reception from the new outdoor antenna is outstanding. Channels that could be inconsistent with the indoor antennas are now coming in extremely well, and having one properly installed antenna serving the house is a much cleaner and better solution. But surprisingly, the OTA installation may not even be the most valuable thing StreamWise did for me. Our house already had RJ45/Ethernet connections installed in multiple rooms, but they were useless because the wiring and central panel was not complete / bad. I wanted to take advantage of those connections for years because I prefer hardwired internet for stationary devices rather than having everything competing over Wi-Fi. Juanito took the time to look at the existing wiring, understand what had been done in the house, troubleshoot the panel, and get the Ethernet connections functioning. And he explained the setup so I actually understand how to manage it going forward. That is the real game changer for me. We're a family of four with a lot of connected devices, multiple TVs, streaming, security cameras, and everything else on three floors! Until now, most of that depended heavily on Wi-Fi. With the existing Ethernet infrastructure finally working, I can hardwire TVs and other high-use stationary devices (work laptop) throughout the house and reserve Wi-Fi for the devices that actually need it. That should allow me to get much more out of the internet connection I already have rather than simply paying for increasingly higher bandwidth. It also gives me the flexibility to consider lower-cost internet plans and other ISPs because the home network itself is no longer the bottleneck. That is what impressed me most about Juanito. He didn't simply show up, install the antenna I requested and leave. He recognized another problem that was important to me, took the time to work through it, fixed it, and then helped me understand the solution. That kind of service is worth calling out. So if you're considering StreamWise for an OTA antenna, I can absolutely recommend them. The antenna installation and reception have been excellent. But in my case, getting the wired network throughout my house working properly may end up being even more valuable over the long term. This is not inexpensive work especially all the things I needed help with like my RJ45 fix so I spent the money to do it right. I expect my ROI to take a few years, if not in one year if I can get the right ISP and affordable plan soon. In short, excellent work by StreamWise and especially Juanito. This was one of those service calls where I ended up getting considerably more value than I expected. Highly recommended. p.s. once I get the new internet, start seeing the savings plan to look at other options as needed. A mesh system to increase any bandwidth dead spots, I find and possibly the Tablo concept. Most likely will give Streamwise that business. I need them to stick around.

Horrific service and completely unprofessional store manager named TJ…read moreWhile I believe T-Mobile offers good mobile plans, my experience at the Lone Tree store was nothing short of a nightmare. When I initially signed up for service, I was assured and shown coverage maps proving that the required area had full service and satellite backup. Trusting this, I even referred my daughter, but when she arrived at the location, her phone had zero service or satellite connection at all. When I went in the second time to request a refund--before I had even received the phones--the store tried to stick me with a partial refund because the service was supposedly "activated," even though I never used the service or touched a phone. I had to fight that back. During that same visit, store manager TJ assured me that all of my refunds would be fully taken care of within 5 to 7 days. Instead, nearly two weeks later, only a partial refund had been processed. When I returned to the store for a third time to find out why the rest of the refund never happened, TJ saw me, completely ignored me, and refused to come out of his office. When he finally addressed me, he falsely claimed everything was taken care of--which it wasn't--forcing me to wait four weeks for a Visa prepaid card because the delay pushed the refund past their standard system limits. (As for the phones, when they arrived after I was told they wouldn't be delivered, I simply refused delivery and UPS took them right back.) To top it all off, when I asked TJ about all of these ongoing issues, he actually threatened to call the police and have me kicked out of the store for trespassing. He never apologized once, showed zero accountability, and was profoundly rude and unprofessional. A manager who treats customers this way and threatens them for holding the store accountable has no business running a location. I strongly advise staying away from this store.
