Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. I honestly hope to not need Zencom again, but if you need them, I highly recommend Adam and the Zencom team.

Mike and his team were absolutely incredible from start to finish while installing my full home NVR system. Suntech stands out above the rest with their unparalleled technical expertise and exceptional value for the quality delivered. When choosing a company for something as important as your family's safety, it's crucial to pick one that really understands the technology inside and out and how to optimally utilize it to secure your home. During my consultations with various security companies, I kept going back to Suntech because I just felt like Mike was the sharpest out of them all. He fully understood my situation and grasped the entire NVR ecosystem more fluently than all the others, and he has an excellent memory too! On top of that, I feel that Mike truly cares about his clients- he's not in the business only to make money, but rather to make a truly positive impact in his clients' lives. The actual installation went smoothly and it feels so much better knowing that my whole house is now covered both inside and out at every angle with 24/7 continuous surveillance. Having that peace of mind is priceless and I'm so thankful to Mike and the Suntech team for it!

Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

I'd been using the hard drive to store ALL of my data after I had this same issue years ago, only with my laptop. Needless to say, losing absolutely everything I have saved is my worst nightmare. I worked directly with Gabe who could not have been more friendly or offered better customer service. He responded to my project request right away and we communicated regularly via text. Gabe answered all of my questions, big and small, throughout the whole process, and communicated clearly and thoroughly (I consider myself to have a basic/intermediate level of understanding technology, but am no expert). What I really appreciated was the transparency given with price quotes, and found that their prices are very reasonable for the service. Since I don't live nearby their shop, I took advantage of the free Uber service they provide to have your device picked up from and delivered back to you. I was incredibly hesitant to give my device, with all of my data on it, to an Uber driver, but Gabe assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that he had means to handle if anything went awry with the delivery. Thankfully this wasn't an issue. I don't know of any other company who offers this service, let alone at no charge. I am delighted and relieved to say that Total Computer Solutions was successful at being able to retrieve almost 100% of my data - the few irretrievable files ended up being not very important to me anyway. They also hold onto your data for 3 weeks post-service as a precautionary measure. I am so grateful I found Total Computer Solutions and now consider myself a loyal customer should I ever need their help again. Thank you, Gabe & the Total Computer Solutions team!

I have been an Xfinity customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem. This is not a…read morenegative review of Xfinity, as a company I give them 5 stars and will always be a customer. This review is specific to the Dublin store and my experience with an associate named Maria. My wife and I visited the Dublin store to resolve an $800+ discrepancy on our account regarding promotional trade-in credits that failed to attach to our phones. The original trade-in transaction back in September was handled personally by Maria during the "iPhone 17 on us" launch promotion. When we returned to the store in July to fix the billing issue as we were getting billed full retail price for the phones with no promotional credit, Maria checked us in herself and explicitly wrote in the log that our visit was about "phone credits not being applied." After making us wait 90 minutes while she was in the back office, another associate called her over to assist us. Before we could even explain our situation, Maria immediately claimed she didn't remember us, despite handling our original upgrade and personally writing down our reason for visiting an hour prior. When we asked her to check the backend transaction notes on our account, she told us she made during the trade-in, she refused, raised her voice, and falsely claimed our trade-in devices were not eligible for the promo she explicitly sold us at the trade-in. She then pulled out a personal phone calculator to perform arbitrary math that comically wasn't even adding up to dismiss our bill balance, and condescendingly telling us we just didn't understand our bill. When we pushed back, she used the initial retail agreement to claim we agreed to the incorrect pricing so there was nothing she could do, completely ignoring that backend promotional credits were supposed to be attached. It was clear she had 0 interest in helping figure things out. We walked out and escalated the issue directly to Comcast Corporate Executive Resolution. An executive audit revealed that Maria had typed explicit notes into our file back in September acknowledging that our trade-in credits failed to apply properly, but she abandoned the ticket and left us being billed full retail price for months. Executive Care resolved the issue in ten minutes and issued an $896.00 adjustment to fix her error she was either trying to hide or simply did not want to do her job that day. Xfinity as a company made things right immediately, but the level of misrepresentation, dishonesty, refusal of service, disrespect, and outright stonewalling from Maria at this store location was unacceptable and almost cost me $896. Never go to this store.
