Filet Mignon, Side Chicken Fried Rice, noodles, and veggies

Our family always goes to Wu House for special occasions. Last night to celebrate yet another event, we had a fabulous dinner compliments of our chef Francisco. Our food was all prepared perfectly with ample proportions. We also love the decor and atmosphere. We had a mix of both chicken and steak hibachi meals which were perfectly seasoned and tasted great. The fresh noodles and chicken fried rice to start were fantastic as well.

The ambiance is very pretty and upscale. The service was extremely quick; I had my lunch in less than 10 minutes. The egg roll was just ok. My Thai chicken was wonderful; with large pieces of chicken, peppers, onion, and asparagus.

This restaurant chain is great. They offer huge portions and great hibachi service. The decor is great as well and they even had a samurai suit, but I forgot to take a picture. Will be back and take a picture next time.

Wu's House was a success. Came here to celebrate my granddad's 89th birthday. We were seated promptly at 1:45pm. Most of my family ordered hibachi: Steak, Shrimp, Chicken and even Salmon. The portions were good. The fried rice and noodles were tasty. I ordered the Philly Roll as I have had fried rice for the past few days. In addition to my sushi, I grabbed Crazy Spicy Beef Noodles (Thai). My sushi was good but my noodles were great. My thai dish was full of beef strips, snow peas, and other veggies. My noodles were nice and fat. I had plenty of noodles to take home. Taste held for the next day and spice was just right. Wu's did a good job of keeping the meal going. Appetizers were quick, hibachi service was not dragged out. Our sorbet was an excellent palate cleanser. Shot out to our Indonesia chef, he was a hoot. His sake shots were fun.

Wus House never disappoints whether we're enjoying the hibachi in the restaurant or ordering to-go for dinner the portion sizes are always worth the money and the quality of food is extremely consistent. From the shrimp to the chicken to the sushi, noodles, rice or soup it's always fantastic and the staff is always accommodating and kind. Despite it being such a big space the noise is never over the top from what you'd typically expect (it's hibachi so of course banging and such is part of it all) but it's always a fun environment.

Save yourself some time, Wu's is not worth it. If you want good Hibachi, go to House of Kobe. The portion size here was not worth the price, not to mention the meal had hardly any flavor. I got seriously skimped on veggies while they piled my husband's and other guests plates high. Our server was very short with us and not attentive after taking our order and our chef was not very interactive.

We arrived at the restaurant around 5:20 pm and ordered drinks at the bar while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Our party of 10 ... 8 adults/ 2 toddlers were seated and ordered another round of drinks/ sodas. Drinks arrived and we ordered our apps and meals... which included 4 split hibachi meals +egg rolls + calamari + udon + edamame + broccoli. We were then told that we needed to add 3 more hibachi meals to meet their "minimum". Meanwhile there was a party of 3 (parents and child) with their own hibachi table and they were served no problem. Also I'd like to point out that the restaurant was basically empty. Between all of our drinks and meals we would have spent more than enough but i guess they don't like business . We got our check and left. Shoutout to the manager who literally left easily $500 bucks or more on the table and i feel bad for the servers and chef who missed out on a tip.

Therefore, our Mother's Day dinner was an easy choice for once. Her favorite dish at Cooper's Hawk is the Shrimp & Scallop Risotto. She absolutely loves that dish! I have a few: The Shrimp & Scallop Risotto, The Jambalaya, and The Chicken Madiera (i. e. Chicken Marsala). Today, I ordered the Risotto, along with the Calamari and salads (Caesar for her, House for me). We also got Pretzel Bread. I recently opened the bottle for dinner at home and after our friend raving about how good the wine is I had high hopes. Sad to say even with low hopes this wine falls short, it tastes like grape juice (and not the quality box juice kind either). The wine tastes so bad that after a sample glass we closed the bottle and haven't opened it since. We ended up going to the restaurant with a friend, against my better judgement, and after waiting 38 minutes for a table when originally we were told on the phone no wait, we left. During that 38 minutes I decided to look at the reviews on yelp, and am grateful we had the wait. Because if we had been seated and received the same treatment as these poor yelp reviews, I would've wasted a lot of money for a poor experience. 0/10 on this winery, DO NOT GET THEIR WINE EITHER unless you like your wine to taste like second hand grape juice

But for sure they should have been prepared. Had some cocktails. They were strong. The old fashioned wasn't made correctly. One ice cube. Not multiple. We had the crab cake. It was decent. A ton of filler. Not a lot of crab to be found. We ordered the ribeye with fries. Excellent. Definitely cooked medium to specification. Fries were hot too. I ordered the peppercorn filet medallions. They were covered in the demi glace. Also I had a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The plate was NOT hot. The steak was warm at best. Could have been HOT. Especially if you are paying $50. The potatoes were COLD. I sent them back. The new potatoes I received were ALSO COLD. Unacceptable. You should not have to send cold food back twice. I was also told I could get the vegetables instead but would take long. We waited. They never came. Even asking our server at the end she said it's included in the price so there is nothing she can do. Salad was watery. Should have dried the lettuce before serving. This way the dressing doesn't rub off. Disappointed in the ending of our meal. Not a repeat for me

As for the food, Rosebud Steakhouse is known for its steaks, and the 13-plus people in our group who ordered steak said they were good. However, one steak did have to be sent back because it was overcooked. I ordered the chicken sandwich, crab cake, macaroni, and broccoli on the side. The macaroni and chicken were oversalted, the broccoli was over-peppered, and the crab cake was undercooked. I packed my food up and took it home, where it ended up sitting in the garage. They do have a full bar, which was a nice bonus. Overall, if steak is your thing, this is the place for you.
