As I was walking down the aisles, few things popped up that I know I could use, so I ended up buying. 2 short sleeve shirts and nice black sweatshirt with a hoodie. Customer service was great and they had a lot of things to choose from. Everything is priced differently. I have bought shoes from them in the past and wore them until I outgrew them. They have items on sale racks and have been around since 1966. Store was easy to navigate and was SUPER CLEAN!!! Quality along with fabric and comfort is above and beyond ones expectations. Love my Vans! Plenty of parking, since it's inside the mall on the 2nd floor.

When I say tiny, I mean like something close to a perfume that is not too big in size. I was there like 4 days ago and was browsing all the aisles.I noticed how well, neat, organized the store is now; then it was before. A lot of employees on the floor asking questions if we needed any help. Everything was almost 75% off of the original price! Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall.There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). When we walked inside the store, a worker greeted us right away and asked if we needed any help. My wife said she was just exchanging so he told us where the cashier station is. The women working the cashier was very helpful with my wife and tried to find the exact pant that she wanted in a different size. Not only I got a free pretzel, but got a chance to explore this store that everybody is talking about. I go in and noticed how cool and organized everything was. And colorful too. 2 employees asked if I needed help, but since I didn't know what I was particularly looking for I said no, thank you. Store was very welcoming, interesting looking, had so many things that different people of different age groups will need. A bit pricey for my pocket, but noticed that they had good discounted items on the shelves here and there. I got a nice shirt and a black nice cap from there. I am wearing the shirt as I am writing this review. The hat perfectly hugged my head. For both items I paid $55.00. Not including tax and it was not on sale. I have been a long time Clarks customer. I really like the styles, fit, comfort, plus I wear size…read more12 and they usually can accommodate that. I have many Clarks shoes, of all different styles. However, I've noticed that on some of my shoes, the materials do not last. The (fake?) rubber soles crumble or develop deep cracks. The (fake) leather finish on my ankle boots peels off. These shoes are not worn frequently and they're stored carefully. No other brand I buy has ever had this problem. I spoke to Thaakirah J at customer service. She provided bad service, going out of her way to offer nothing in the way of a discount or credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I provided photos. She refused to help. I have concluded that Clarks shoes don't actually wear out through normal wear, they simply disintegrate due to inferior materials. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I am done, done, done.

I've trekked around the planet in pairs from here and I'm a fan. Of course I still love a 5inch stiletto just as much as the next petite woman but Clark's has some modest options that are great when you'll be in them and on your feet for hours. I actually find myself coming to Clark's to look for shoes. They have some options that I'm quite happy with. They also occasionally have great sales, and she loves a good sale (: I'd definitely recommend Clark's. They have some nice men's options as well. Great service!!
