Those $260 jeans suddenly only cost you $110, so now you can afford to invest in that high-yield stock portfolio you've always told yourself you'd add to your curriculum vitae. Or just buy some shoes, whatever. Right? The owner/manager is a sweet Asian woman who kind of looks mean but reveals her kindness whenever she asks you if you need help, and whenever she thoughtfully looks the other way when you realize girls' pants will fit you better than men's, if you're male but can talk with your hips and make the world come hither with your lips. The store's collection leans heavily toward young women but sways every now and then back to guys, so that there's something for everyone to add to their wardrobe. On my first visit, I walked around the store for about 10-15 minutes and no one said anything to me or asked if I needed help. My second visit was today, and while one of the sales people said hello, that was it. Both times the store was not crowded and the sales people were mostly talking amongst themselves. So I brought the frame, which was a wedding gift from my mother, to the Swarovski store to send out for repair. Before the clasp came loose, the crystals on both the left and right sides were filled to the rim. When I went to the store to pick up the frame after the repair, crystals were missing on the left side which created a gap to the rim. This has ruined the look of the frame. Swarovski is not accepting any responsibility for the missing crystals and the store manager refused to re-submit the frame to correct the repair. This is not an acceptable form of customer service for a high-quality brand. Be cautious before sending a Swarovski product for repair.

Prices are reasonable and they also bring new merchandise, so I like shopping here when I find a store (not easy) because they have nice, cute clothes, decent fitting rooms, and it is a great way to refresh your wardrobe on a budget.
