When I asked about two custom insole options, the employee simply read the product names back to me rather than explaining the features or benefits of each. What surprised me most was that the one topic every employee seemed eager to discuss was the VIP membership. I learned far more about the membership program than I did about the products I came in to buy. I also found several employees dismissive when I asked follow-up questions, which made the experience feel more frustrating than helpful. The entire reason I chose a specialty running store instead of shopping online was to get knowledgeable guidance. Instead, I left feeling like I had learned almost nothing and would have been better off doing my own research. Very disappointing experience.

I have also experienced employees asking other customers if they need help, but being ignored even when I clearly have items in my hands to try on. My last visit was slightly better in that a shorter dark haired girl asked me how I was doing, but that was after a couple of other employees ignored me both when first entering, and at the front desk. I'm own several Vuori pieces but now think twice about buying from this brand.
