Very disappointed with the customer service received from this store. The clasp on the upper left corner of my Swarovski wedding frame came loose. So I brought the frame, which was a wedding gift from my mother, to the Swarovski store to send out for repair. Before the clasp came loose, the crystals on both the left and right sides were filled to the rim. When I went to the store to pick up the frame after the repair, crystals were missing on the left side which created a gap to the rim. This has ruined the look of the frame. Swarovski is not accepting any responsibility for the missing crystals and the store manager refused to re-submit the frame to correct the repair. This is not an acceptable form of customer service for a high-quality brand. Be cautious before sending a Swarovski product for repair. read more

I went in to buy the angelic necklace set that I had been eyeing for some time which I was very excited for, it would've been my first time shopping at this location. I went with my mom and sisters they were shopping at other stores but they wanted to see what was inside with me, when we walked in there was 1 worker with a customer and so we were just browsing waiting and I noticed this other worker literally came out of nowhere, no Hi! Or how are you! Nothing as my mom and sisters were picking up and trying on the rings she would literally be shoulder touching my mom along with my sisters every time they'd look or touch something I was so disappointed and mad! And I told my mom let's go!! I completely felt uncomfortable and racially profiled!!! I really wanted to like the jewelry that I purchased But I was highly disappointed. For the price point this jewelry should last longer than a few wears. One by one all of the jewelry started breaking. Whether it was the clasp breaking or crystals falling out. One bracelet just fell Off my wrist and broke. I got there pretty pearl earrings and the back clasp completely broke after I was only wearing them half a dozen times. It's all completely overpriced. It looks really shiny in the store but once you take it from the store it looks like cheap crappy jewelry from Walmart. Don't waste your money. I came to return the zodiac necklace because I was gonna lose it couple times it just opens and fall from my neck not secured good. On 8/26/2022 between 7-8 pm, I went to Swarovski knowing exactly what I was going to purchase. I was with my adult daughter who is also shopping for jewelry for a black tie family wedding in a couple of weeks. We definitely want to look our best and agreed on Swarovski for our jewelry! I found the ring I had in mind and requested to please try it on. The salesperson immediately said, "oh we don't have your size in that." I immediately got a bad vibe from her. She continued assisting me because I asked her to show me something in my size so I know what size to order for the ring I want. My daughter also asked for assistance with some earrings. We continued browsing and discussing different pieces with salesperson. Then suddenly, POOF!! She was gone from the store. I approached the register and told the remaining salesperson that my daughter wants to try on some earrings. I also asked if the other lady went on break and she said "Yes." I informed the second salesperson that the associate who was initially assisting us did not let us know that she was going to take her break and she did not provide a warm handoff to another associate; she simply left. I told her that I found this rude and unprofessional. The second associate apologized and began assisting us in a very nice and warm manner. She was very helpful and offered feedback on the looks we were considering. She even apologized for her associate several times as she assisted us. While in the store, I ended up making my purchase online, purchasing the ring I had in mind and matching earrings w/ a 10% discount I got for signing up for emails. I really like Swarovski jewelry, but I believe that a high-end store like this should go above and beyond for their patrons. This store has the worst customer service EVER. The sales associate eyed me with great suspicion when I entered, even though I was holding shopping bags from other stores in the Fashion Square Mall. Let me tell you, they ought to be nicer to ANYONE who makes it into their shop considering the parking nightmare at Fashion Square. Who came up with the brilliant idea of completely refurbishing the parking lot during the busiest shopping season of the year? Anyway, she was most unpleasant when I asked to look at the 2017 Christmas ornament. She held it away from me as though I might run off with it if I got my hands on it. When I tried to touch it she pulled it away and when I said I wanted to buy it, she seemed stunned. "How are you going to pay for it?" she asked. Seriously? I paid and noticed some of their packages on the display tables had ribbons. I had told her the ornament was a gift and I'd asked about gift wrap but she shook her head. Seriously? I offered to pay and she ignored me. When I noticed the ribbons and asked if I could have one she said, "I can't do that for you." No, of course not. At $79.00 plus tax, this was no cheap trinket. I wish my aunt wanted something else for Christmas. Next year I'll give her cash. Nasty place to do business. Great place to go if you want to leave feeling demoralized. read more

But here she was trying to go back and forth with what I was saying about trying to exchange a gift I was given. She failed to give the right, appropriate, and professional help. Holy lord where do I begin.. Valentine's Day, I came home to my bf. He give me a ring from Swarovski. It doesn't fit. He tells me he doesn't want to go back because the girl there was uneducated. Apparently he had first asked if they have any opals- my favorite, which I understand is a little silly as they are selling Swarovski crystals but give him a break ITS A JEWELRY STORE. Girl tells him she doesn't even know what an "opal" is. Omg. I beg him to come back w me to the store to get the correct size ring. I want to mention here that I have two rings from previous holidays from Swarovski that were assured under a "lifetime warranty" that had lost a few stones and or just needed cleaning- mind you these rings are about $2-$300 each. I brought them as well figuring they could send them out for me for fixing/cleaning. NOPE. GUESS WHAT? They changed their policy. No lifetime warranty. I explain the two previous rings were bought before this change of policy- they should be grandfathered under the previous policy. NOPE. I got my new ring and left. Won't be back and will do Zales from now on. Also, may I point out I'm in sales as well, and there are much better ways to explain policies and help a customer get in touch w corporate than shrugging your shoulders. I see now why this store has 2 stars. My "regular" Swarovski store at Topanga Mall is 100%. Learn to make a sale and keep a customer, ladies. Well all the reviews are true! I went in there and this stuck up sales lady named "andia" just glanced over at the box and said "we don't return figurines without a receipt!" Um well i didn't want to return I want to exchange for something more expensive! She rolled her eyes and walked away.. Than Kevin came out and she made a quick dash to him so she can whisper something in his ear and he looks up at us (obviously it was about us!!) Today, my mom and I came to return two crystals we bought. The guy at the register Luise who clearly has no idea how to use a register attempted to do our return. He agreed to give us 98 card and the rest cash, because that is how we paid. Instead he put all the money on the card with no cash back. After explaining to him what he did wrong another worker, named Andia began yelling at the guy for his mistake, turned to us and said she cant do anything. After arguing for a few minutes she went to the back and contacted another store manager to learn how to void. Aren't you supposed to know how to void transactions when you start working? She comes back saying that their stores don't void transactions. In what world is that true? She said they'll give us a call, kept our receipt and sent us on our way. I had to remind her that she didn't even take our number down to call us. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! Its not the first time we have had a problem with her. She tells us we cannot exchange without a receipt and tells us that every store has that policy, that same day I went to another store and they exchanged for me without any problems. read more

I do like this location and store. Marco helped me as well. I also found him to be very pleasant and helpful. The only thing about this location is it seems to be a smaller store, so it can get more crowded which can make getting close to the cases to view the items a little more difficult and also one might have to wait longer for help because the store can get busy. All in all, it's definitely not a location I would avoid by any means. Just be patient if the store is busy and they will get to you. read more

I went here to buy a last minute Christmas present for my wife. As I walked inside I immediately saw like at least 4 sales associates which I found it kinda strange when in fact the store wasn't that big. So this dark skinned middle eastern looking girl (sorry didn't get her name ) came up to me to ask if I need help and told her Im just looking around. But it didn't stop her from following me and explain to me this and that jewelry. The whole time she was following me like a mad dog as if I was going to grab their jewelry and run away. So finally I decided to buy this $99 necklace and as soon as I paid for it this girl acted to her true self and thank me without looking at me which I really find it very rude and disingenuous. I can offer more support to Yun K.'s review regarding customer service via 1-800 number and internet/online customer rep department. The Swarovski customer service reps do not care to help you. It took 5 days for them to get back to me; offered no solution to my issue (damaged packaging that was embarrassing to give; will have to use other gift wrap). They apologized in the email and said if I had any other concerns, to call the 1-800 number. I expect more from a company who charges a lot for their 'quality' products. read more

Every time I have visited this location the sales associates have been rude and have a bad attitude. They also give me the wrong information, they are just straight up idiots. BUT...to be fair I have only spoken with two different girls who work there. I wish I knew their names I would call them out. One of them was a kind of young over weight girl with black/dark brown hair hanging/leaning around the store like it's her hangout pretty much rolling her eyes when I asked her to look at something and the other time I visited I asked a young curly haired girl about a necklace, she gave me completely wrong information. She told me this necklace was "discontinued"....I went home that night and bought the necklace online from the swarovski website. I have never experienced customer service as poorly as I did last Tuesday, June 2nd. It was around 6pm and there was a male working in the store. What I needed was simple. I simply needed to exchange a ring I was given as a birthday gift for a different size. Oh my gosh! Basically I had to coach the employee how to do basic interaction for an exchange. He flat out told me "we don't have your size". I was puzzled because he didn't even know what size I would need. I had to ask him things like "umm, shouldn't we measure my finger first?" When I then went on my own and looked around the store and found my ring in a size that fit I said, "can we please find out the size of this ring, because it fits". He then said, "ya, we can do that, but that's not the same ring as yours". OOoooh it's not is it???? I had to then grab my ring from the counter and hold it up in front of his face. To which he casually said, "oh I guess it is". He could not have been more disinterested in assisting me. Then I inquired about possibly just ordering the correct size and have it sent to me. He replied "we don't do that, I mean if you want, I can call another store for you. If you want". Oh excuse me, I wouldn't want to inconvenience you from doing your job sir! So I said, "yes I would like that". He called another store and then without even looking up at me said "ok, ya, they will hold it for you until tomorrow". He never looked up at me, he was still glancing down at the phone pushing buttons, so I thought he wasn't finished. Maybe he was looking up an address for me? I didn't know, it was odd. So I waited 30 seconds and finally asked, "is there anything else I need for the exchange??" He then was like "no your good, they are holding it for you until tomorrow". I was like "I didn't know? You've been playing with the phone I didn't know we were done here!" At this point there were other customers in the store. They saw and heard our interaction and on the way out I just shook my head. My husband even said as we left, "I have never seen anyone so unprofessional". Such a shame. I love Swarovski. However, I did get some peace of mind after seeing this appears to be a common thing judging by all the bad yelp reviews. Turn it around guys!
