An absolutely nice experience with Cartier. My wife and I decided to get a new pair of matching wedding rings along with special engravings. The ambiance and service was above and beyond. Pauline (she was awesome), the person who assisted us, made the process seamless and smooth-- we were offered complementary water, coffee, and chocolates throughout the process. The rings are perfect! Thank you, Cartier and team! An above and beyond experience :) read more

Beautiful store at the Topanga Mall with great customer service. My son and I came here to purchase a ring. When we walked in Natalia greeted us and helped us pick a ring. She was friendly, helpful and professional. We had a great experience with her when purchasing the ring. I knew what I wanted but she made a few other recommendations that were as beautiful. In the end I got the one I had my eye on. It was a gift from my son for my fiftieth birthday. read more

Ok folks here comes the Keep It Real Guy, and as all my Yelpers know I always will keep it real, and tell it how it is! So lets get after it! I had purchased my Cartier on Rodeo Dr. in Beverly Hills. I was soon to see the difference, in the interaction with the customer. I went in to look at another time piece, you know right away that you are in the San Fernando valley, trust me night and day difference between these two locations!! I was greeted by a young lady with no warmth, or greeting, no smile, I could see their wasn't going to be a connection. The young lady that I had dealt with in Beverly Hills, was warm, professional, caring, with excellent customer service skills, and a termendous amount of product knowledge!! She of course guided me, answered all of my questions, and then I had made my purchase. I was given a bottle of mineral water, and some chocolate mints, and at the end of my sale!! I observed the other male, and female, salespeople all very professional, and highly skilled, and trained in customer service!! In this mall location it was the typical Zales customer service, not Cartier!! I did not buy anything, and will return to Beverly Hills the Rodeo Dr. location. The young lady in this mall location had no personality!! I almost needed to take her pulse. I can see in this location a lot of of the people were a little on the snooty side, why I don't know?? Their in a mall location in Canoga Park, not the most classy address in Los Angeles!! I'm sure if I went to the posh South Coast Plaza store in Orange County it would be a total different experience. I did notice some other poor reviews, but for now The Keep It Real Guy gives a shout out out to my other Yelpers! read more

I've been a loyal client of the Cartier Topanga boutique for two years, and as someone who's very particular and detail-oriented, I can say Michelle K. always delivers! Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care make every visit exceptional--and she's the reason I keep coming back. This weekend, while celebrating an important milestone, Michelle helped me choose the perfect Santos de Cartier watch and a matching tie clip. The experience was so wonderful and inspiring that I returned the next day for the matching cufflinks. Ted, the boutique's watch expert, was equally outstanding. His deep knowledge of timepieces and Cartier's heritage, paired with his engaging personality, made the process even more special. Michelle and Ted are an unbeatable team. My partner and I truly appreciate them and look forward to celebrating many more milestones (and adding to our collection!) at Cartier Topanga. read more

For over six years I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Jolai Fox at Cartier, and she continues to set the standard for exceptional service and timeless elegance. Every time I reach out to her, she treats me with the same warmth, enthusiasm, and attention as the very first time we met. No matter the occasion, Jolai has a remarkable way of making every gift feel personal and meaningful. She doesn't simply assist with a purchase, she creates an unforgettable experience. Her intuition, taste, and dedication transform what could be a simple transaction into a moment filled with emotion and luxury. She has been my trusted person for every milestone, and each piece she helps select carries with it her signature touch of thoughtfulness and care. Cartier is truly fortunate to have someone like her, and I am grateful to have had her guidance and expertise for all these years. read more

It's unusual to look at a brand of this caliber the same ever again. They are, by far and beyond, the best customer service I have ever had. everyone was so attentive and understanding and helped me resolve personal matters. Stephanie was professional, empathetic, and genuinely very nice. I know the brand and items are a gem but Stephanie and her staff are unmatched. Don't go anywhere else. Whatever she's making it's not enough. I'm committed to this brand moving forward. read more

KOUROSH HOSSEINI my man! Best customer service and honesty. Very knowledgeable and explained the process of the wedding band my fiancée and I were looking for. We had a horrible experience at the Beverly Hills location where we were talked down upon but Kourosh made us feel very comfortable at the Topanga Canyon location. So glad and happy we were treated with the utmost respect and happily walked out with our purchase. Will definitely be coming back here. They treat you like human beings here. read more

What a lovely experience at Cartier Topanga!! We went in to get my fiancées wedding band and had an excellent experience with Cole Mannuzza. He was extremely helpful with finding the perfect ring. He took his time with us and truly gave us a fantastic experience. He was easy to talk to and provided great insight on the ring and the brand as a whole. The service he provided was top tier, make sure to ask for Cole when you go in, you won't be disappointed!! Thank you, Cole!! read more

This was my first time shopping at Cartier for a ring for my fiancee's birthday. My first impression fell extremely short. The management here is unprofessional and disrespectful. As I was getting ready to pay, the arrogant manager, Veronica, felt it was necessary to say that "If your Apple pay gets declined, we can only run it once" I responded firmly by asking "why would it get declined?" This sort of backwards and inappropriate behavior shocked me because Cartier assumed my payment method would have been declined perhaps because I was being profiled due to my initial apprehension of giving my personal information to Cartier when transacting. I felt violated with the number of personal questions they ask. Next, they didn't offer me to inspect or verify the item I bought before they gift wrapped it. Veronica AGGRESSIVELY ripped open the gift in front of my eyes to verify that it was the correct item. That left a burning image in my brain. It was an unpleasant experience and the gifting experience for me was ruined. read more

I have shopped in a lot of high-end stores recently, and to say the customer service has dropped is an understatement except at Cartier. BUYER BEWARE! Cartier Topanga is an absolute scam - please do not waste your time or money on this business. I had to bring my ring in for resizing multiple times, as they kept incorrectly fitting me. The Love Wedding Band scratches CONSTANTLY due to the softness of the gold they use, and because of this, my ring "wasn't eligible for return" despite me owning it for only a few short months. A product this expensive should have a more graceful return window, be properly sized the first time, and NOT be painful to wear (seriously this ring is so uncomfortable!). I wasted a substantial amount of money on my first, and definitely last, Cartier purchase. Don't make the same mistake as me; shop at a reputable jeweler or literally anywhere else with respectful and empathetic customer service. read more

Wonderful experience!! I'm not much write any review but this time was very special. I first came to Cartier Topanga a few days ago. Thank you Julai for your help! I finally got my Small Love Bracelet and I love it! My original intention was to go and get my wrist measured, think about it and maybe someday get it. But after reading some articles online: with the price increase, an increase of sales, and turn around time is taking much longer then usual, I didn' think I was going to leave with one. So after I got my wrist measured, Julai informed me that the color and size I wanted was available, so I took it as a sign and got it. I highly recommend meeting with Julai, she was super helpful and informative. On top of getting my bracelet, she was more then willing to get my fingers measured so I can come by and buy rings. She was very friendly with letting me try out other colors and designs. Can't blame a girl, who has the urge to stack a few together, to get a feel. Notes: - Appointment is needed, best way to book it is online, website very easy to use - Everyone inside was wearing a mask and social distancing read more

Cole is the best SA!!!!!! I walked in mid day on a Friday with no appt and Cole showed me the rings I was interested in. My finger is a weird size I guess so they had to order into the store the ring in my size. Cole messaged me when it was ready. I did have to exchange for the next size up but now am happy. Overall, the attention I got from Cole made me feel like a valued customer even though it was my first time shopping there and I was buying probably one of the cheapest things they sell read more

Tony was dismissive upon arrival. I wanted to buy a ring and had some questions, but after him repeatedly being rude, I observed that it was probably due to his lack of competence. This review is long over due. My husband and I have the privilege to have met our favorite sales gal Jessica Sanchez. She has helped us find the perfect jewelry pieces on so many occasions. Even during quarantine she helped my husband get me a Mother's Day gift and repair my necklace! She is so incredibly sweet and kind and always goes above and beyond. Such great customer service at this boutique especially because of her. I just want to give a shout out to my girl Jessica at the Topanga mall Cartier. Came in a little nervous because I've never step foot inside a designer jewelry boutique of this kind, yet my good friend walked us in and we were greeted by a security guard and a host of some sort who assigned us with the amazing Michelle Ku. I came in with the intention of purchasing a single piece (Love necklace) yet I left the boutique with two pieces for my mother's birthday gift. I was nervous yet glad because Michelle not only knows about Cartier product but also understands what a woman would want as a gift of this nature. I told her what price range I was in the market for and she showed me countless beautiful pieces that fit that preference. Basically I needed a woman's opinion and she went above and beyond to assure me the pieces I'd eventually choose would be perfect for my mother! I intend to return here to buy myself a ring by Cartier and I hope the wonderful Michelle Ku will assist me again! My good friend and I were also blown away by the customer service we received as well as the store ambiance. Thanks Michelle Ku and Cartier! read more

Just WOW! Normally I'm extremely anal when it comes to customer service but the sales rep Kouroush was through the top! So disappinted in this store. I recently went in to order ink for a vintage pen and sales person said they would have the manager check and order the item for me. Unfortunately, I still have not recieved a call regarding my item and it's been over a few weeks. What's the problem? Aren't you supposed to provide service no matter how much the $ amount? The first couple times in the store, I was helped by a male representative who was very attentive and helpful. This time around, it was a female sales rep and it was obvious between the two females, they weren't too willing to hlep. It would be nice to not have to drive all the way to Beverly Hills for great service when this store is close by. It would have been a 5 star review if based just on my first experince but thanks to the ladies with attitude this store lost 3 stars. read more

I did not like my experience with employees of this store. They were rude and disrespectful, tapping on the glass while I tried on jewelry. I ended up making significant purchases here and the employees tried to trick me every chance they could--making up excuses that they didn't have any more cleaning kits to give me with my purchase, and trying to claim I can only exchange or store credit when I was entitled to a full refund (from a purchase THE DAY BEFORE). I also heard employees making fun on certain customers when the customers left. No class. My experience at other Cartier stores was way better. read more

Amazing Experience. Our brand ambassador is Trudy. Trudy made us feel very welcomed and at ease. Look for her at this branch and you'll have a great experience. I ve been in a store, on summer. July, I remember correctly, at that time I was just looking around. We had a sales assistant who showed us around, her name was Jessica! I asked her business card, cuz I told her: when I ll have a chance to buy a ring, I ll come back. Cuz she was amazing that time already! Today I did! And I am the happiest in my life. I think she is the best in her job! She has a big knowledge, honest, intelligent and really help full. To be honest, I am from Europe, I used to live there, If I would still live there, I'd fly here from Eastern Europe, just cuz she is an amazing lady! So thank you so much again! So Miss Jessica, thank you again and see you soon! read more

The service was absolutely AMAZING. I tend to be very indecisive when shopping and I've noticed most high end establishments get pretty annoyed by that. However, Julai was the EXACT OPPOSITE. She takes the time to actually listen and she is extremely helpful. I stopped by just to get my watch looked at and checked if I installed the watch band correctly. With the pandemic commotion going on, the fact that I had no appointment and it was 10 mins to closing.. I was shocked that someone was actually willing to help me. (Especially when they were turning away people with no appointments!) the security guard talked to one the senior reps.. I saw him explaining to the rep about the question I had for my watchband. She came to the front and carefully looked at my watch and the watch band.. agreed that it was installed properly. She asked me for my name and I started giggling. I was like, "Julai, it's me!" She smiled and was a bit confused then we started laughing together... I have been coming to this Cartier location for the last 14 years but wearing a mask, sunglasses and my hair grown out, even my own rep didn't recognize me. Lol It's been 6 years since I last saw Julai. If I am not mistaken, Julai has been in this location for as long as I have been coming here. For someone to be employed this long in a place where you see employees come and go, tells you a whole lot about the employee.. YAAAAS!!! Julai is the sh*t and she is the best at what she does. I have been coming to this location because of Julai. What I like about her the most is her honesty. Whether you purchase or not, she'll treat you with respect.. "No pressure" type of attitude, very accommodating. (Just don't look at her eyes directly'.. she is so damn beautiful, you'll end up buying something without her saying anything! Now, that's gangster!) You think I'm playing? Why don't you go to the Cartier Store at the Topanga/Westfield Mall and ask for Julai. So to make this long review short, I ended up buying a few things lol. read more

Okay so I would like to update my review from the previous one star I gave Cartier. The manager from the store called and apologize and said he wanted to make this right. I told him I do not want to drive that far again due to going there twice and gotten no help. He was very sincere I've the phone and sent me a package to send in my love bracelet from home. I sent it in and got a email from customer care describing the work that needs to get done. I called them and let them know the situation and cleaned my bracelet practically looking brand new for free and fixed the problem. I'm hoping it was just one bad experience and never happen again that's why I gave them the 5 star for fixing the issue . They have great customer service specially if you aren't happy with the outcome. Thanks again to the store manager that helped me and immediately got on top of it for me . And the customer service representative I've the phone as well! Well appreciate . Oh also I got a cool cleaning product from them as well! Check out the photos guys! read more
