    Came into this Cartier location to purchase a timepiece, and the greetings were very welcoming. I already knew which watch I was going to purchase, so it was a quick in and out for me. Pleased with the service and experience.

    Jessica was very customer friendly and made me understood of how these precious pieces could add value to me as a person. And my goal in getting one is to reward me for being a workaholic and I think I deserve one. So there. They have 3 different options for Cartier Santos and I went for white. It's a sure treat for me!

    KOUROSH HOSSEINI my man! Best customer service and honesty. Very knowledgeable and explained the process of the wedding band my fiancée and I were looking for. We had a horrible experience at the Beverly Hills location where we were talked down upon but Kourosh made us feel very comfortable at the Topanga Canyon location. So glad and happy we were treated with the utmost respect and happily walked out with our purchase. Will definitely be coming back here. They treat you like human beings here.

    This was my first time shopping at Cartier for a ring for my fiancee's birthday. My first impression fell extremely short. The management here is unprofessional and disrespectful. As I was getting ready to pay, the arrogant manager, Veronica, felt it was necessary to say that "If your Apple pay gets declined, we can only run it once" I responded firmly by asking "why would it get declined?" This sort of backwards and inappropriate behavior shocked me because Cartier assumed my payment method would have been declined perhaps because I was being profiled due to my initial apprehension of giving my personal information to Cartier when transacting. I felt violated with the number of personal questions they ask. Next, they didn't offer me to inspect or verify the item I bought before they gift wrapped it. Veronica AGGRESSIVELY ripped open the gift in front of my eyes to verify that it was the correct item. That left a burning image in my brain. It was an unpleasant experience and the gifting experience for me was ruined.

So I walked out without purchasing again. I'm not even ugly but the workers here made me feel ugly and unworthy of spending my money here with them. Good customers service doesn't cost them anything to do but it cost them over $500 in sales losses that I didn't spend with them. Management, is this your trained policy?

It was our first time there, and we were warmly greeted by the security guard upon arrival. Our sales associate, Noush, introduced herself and took the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for. She guided us to a beautiful selection of rings. We were immediately drawn to the Tiffany Knot ring because of its unique design and variety of finishes. Throughout our visit, the staff was attentive and even offered us water. Noush was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She gave us the space to make our decision at our own pace. We told her we wanted to think it over and would return after lunch. She encouraged us to take our time so we'd feel confident in our choice. When we came back, we were again warmly greeted, and Noush escorted us to a private showroom. She offered us champagne and chocolates, which were brought in by another staff member. After confirming our selection, Noush carefully reviewed sizing and let us know the ring would need to be ordered and sized, which would take a few weeks. To our surprise, it arrived in just 11 days. We returned the following day to pick it up and were once again warmly welcomed and taken to the showroom, complete with champagne and chocolates. Noush presented the ring, and it was even more beautiful than we expected. Overall, we highly recommend Tiffany & Co., especially Noush. Every member of the staff--from the security guard to the sales associates--was professional and welcoming. After perusing around their entire store I landed on their Paloma Picasso's collection with three olive leaves. With the help of my very helpful sales professional, Dekermenjian, I fell in love with these earrings. She showed me how you can wear them traditionally and you could choose to turn the vibe to twist up to lay parallel to your ear lobe giving it another look. I was so pleased by the service and even more excited to land on such a beautiful earring that I could wear timelessly.

When I did end up buying that other pair on the app & they didn't fit, I returned to this store & exchanged them in store and the staff there was so willing to bring out multiple sizes to make sure they fit properly & then exchanged things with a smile and quickly. It was a great experience. I will certainly be back to this store. I will just have my expectations properly set knowing to come here for clothing, not shoes. It's something I would, honestly, love to see them change.
