I will never step foot in this store again…read more I needed to return something to Amazon yet I had thrown away the shipping box. The postage was already paid so I stopped in to the Mail Room simply for a box. The Mail Room had a medium sized box for sale for $4.95, a little high for a box but no matter. The trouble arrived when the clerk asked if she could mail it for me. "Well, I already have the postage and I have packing tape in my car do I should be ok", I said. To which the clerk replied "it is no problem. I can do it for you." At this point I agreed thinking how nice she was being. That was until she rang up the box and an additional $5 fee to 'pack' the box. Outraged, I politely made it clear I was I was not paying for the packing charge, though I still agreed to pay for the box. At this point the manager or owner came around to question the issue. I explained the situation, yet he insisted I pay the additional fee. I then asked him to remove my item from the box and give it back to me so I could find a new way to ship my goods. The owner refused my request stating that the box had already been cut to order and could not be exchanged. After much back and forth I once again agreed to purchase the box but refushe the packing fee. Finally, the manager cut open the box and removed the few wads of 'packing' from my non-fragile item. He then charged me for the box with an additional $1 for the tape that had to be used. I paid what was demanded, taped the box, applied the label, and dropped it at the post office. Not only will I never go back in this establishment, I will also smile bright the moment they go out of business.

Don't ever use this place for international shipping. They have no idea what they are doing. I paid…read more157$ for expedited shipping to Colombia and my package never got out of customs. Apparently there are some restrictions in shipping cell phones. She later admitted she didn't know that. I'm pretty sure it's their job to know that. They represent FedEx but aren't actually FedEx. I can't put in a claim unless they do it and she refuses to. Zero customer service. I lost 157$ and an expensive cell phone. My son works off his phone and had to fly back to the United States. It would have been cheaper for him to fly back and me hand him the phone in person. It's been 6 weeks. I won't ever use this company of FedEx. The owner said she could have the phone shipped back for 97$. I don't trust her and refuse to spend any more money on this. Complete lack of knowledge for shipping internationally. So sorry I put my trust in them. Found out later that it would have cost 70 thru post office.

An acquaintance recommended C&F Orlando for the packing/shipping of my fathers' record collection…read more(over 700 albums), record player, and guitar, along with some of my own personal DVDs and memorabilia from Florida to another state. The office team, led by Kimberly as the main communicator, and Enrique jumping in with details, was FANTASTIC. The crew that came to the residence, led by Javian (sp?), did a fantastic job packing/loading things in a careful, but timely manner. They were in-and-out within about an hour and a half. C&F had provided a rough estimate based on the items I told them, without being able to visit the residence and look at the items in advance; so I had to to rely on the items being officially weighed once everything got back to their warehouse and hold tight on the final weight against the estimate. THANKFULLY, everything came in well underweight; and the team was very conscious of my budget -- The overestimate at the beginning helped a a lot in factoring in unknowns, but the team did their research. Once I paid the invoice of the official weight of items, it was shipped via a carrier, FedEx, and even they took over and made appropriate arrangements directly with me for delivery. I am writing this review now that all has been unpacked and inspected, and ALL items arrived in perfect condition. They packed *everything* diligently and with extreme care. As a bonus, the only plastic used was for shrink-wrapping all of my items together on the pallet. All packing materials in the boxes were paper/cardboard products (see photos). I recommend this office for all Orlando locals, no matter where you are shipping to!
