Concrete work seems to be good, and we will see how good as time passes.
Now for our yard and the cleanup - not so good. The company has been contacted but has not replied nor corrected the issues.
Team members dumped concrete under tree near street and left it.
All grass dug out was not hauled away as specified in written agreement - Haul away debris (grass, dirt, bricks, gravel)
$11K paint job ruined by workers - smudges on trim, siding not cleaned off, not good.
Excess concrete in front yard near gate not cleaned up.
Excess concrete was dumped in river rocks in front yard, another cleanup not done.
Dirt, rocks (gravel-which was supposed to be hauled away according to written agreement), and concrete pieces piled against concrete and grass all around house, - not what we paid for.
Most of the gravel was spread everywhere by the team - including all over remaining grass in places it never was before, now someone has to remove all the rocks.
Beer cans were left in my yard by team, maybe allowing workers to drink on the job lends to yard destruction.
One member of the team decided to urinate in the corner of backyard.
Concrete residue and dirt were left all over in front of house, no attempt was made to cleanup.
Team left mud and mud prints on sidewalks road and in neighbor's yard.
Work completed by this company's team needs a lot of improvement.
Ask me about the concrete - I would rate good, only time will tell.
